La première chambre que nous avons vérifiée n'était pas si bonne, nous avons entendu la musique des bas. Nous avons donc changé à une autre chambre, qui était jolie. Il n'y avait qu'une piscine pour les enfants à jouer. La piscine est bien ombragée, mais avec des chaises de piscine limitées. La cuisine de la piscine était la meilleure moyenne. Nous avons également eu un buffet pendant le week-end, avec la musique en direct. Je dirais que c'est globalement bon. Cependant, puis les choses vont à la baisse, nous avons loué une voiture qui est un parking valet dans l'hôtel. Le jour où nous nous en occupons, nous avons découvert qu'il y avait un grand dent et un cran sur la porte latérale. Nous avons appelé l'hôtel à plusieurs reprises, nous avons été dits que quelqu'un nous appelera et découvrira ce qu'ils voient sur la caméra, les jours, les semaines, pas de téléphones. Nous sommes déçus de toute l'expérience. Je vous recommande vivement de prendre une vidéo de la voiture avant que votre serveur d'hôtel donne. Nous ne reviendrons pas !

L'hôtel est proche de la côte de la mer, il peut y avoir une rue commerciale et une rue espagnole à pied. Pour aller voir la petite Havana et la petite rue haïtienne et des designers, vous devez prendre un taxi pendant 20 minutes. Nous sommes tôt, la sœur de la réception nous aide à stocker les bagages d'abord, nous allons nous jouer. Les jours de l'hôtel sont très froids, ils ne sont pas passés à l'hôtel pendant une centaine d'années, donc il n'y a pas de beau piscine au sommet! Rappelez-vous à la réception pour connaître les plages gratuites qu'ils offrent et les plages de samedi matin! La salle de sport doit être utilisée pour un autre hôtel de soeur, 20 couteaux une fois. Il y a aussi des problèmes dans l'hôtel. Nous avons trouvé la télévision brisée après notre séjour, il n'y a pas de réparation. Pensez que nous ne regardions pas la télévision trop, donc nous n'avons pas changé de chambre (pas de chambre à changer, pleine boutique!). L'attitude du personnel est très professionnelle.

J'ai passé cinq nuits dans cet hôtel très bien placé dans South Miami : 200 mètres de la plage, 10 minutes de marche de Lincoln Road. Nous avons été accueillis par Amaury, une personne très professionnelle qui a le sens de l'hospitalité. Tout d'abord, comme nous sommes arrivées bien avant l'heure de l'enregistrement et que nous étions trois au lieu de deux, Amaury nous a proposé une suite pour un petit supplément. Ensuite, le jour du départ, nous avons pu garder la suite deux heures de plus gratuitement. De plus, il est venu nous souhaiter bon voyage le jour du départ. Toutes ces petites attentions sont ce que j'appelle un VRAI service à la clientèle. Le seul petit point négatif serait un léger manque de nettoyage des chambres et le fait de devoir toujours réclamer du papier toilette et autres produits!

Hotel propre et moderne réparti sur 2 étages et 4 bâtiments qui forment une cour intérieure ou se trouve une belle piscine rectangulaire. Le personnel était très accueillant et sympathique. Notre chambre standard avec lit king était suffisamment grande et comportait plusieurs rangements pour les habits. La salle de bain était simple et propre, sans traces de moisissures ou autre. La décoration avec de grandes photos vintage ton sur ton était agréable et pas tape à l'oeil. Le wifi fonctionnait bien. Le bar en fin d'après-midi devant la piscine était bienvenu. Les prix nous ont paru satisfaisants. Le déjeuner à l'hôtel d'à côté était correct sans plus, surtout grâce à la terrasse intérieure.

Hôtel très bien placé dans Miami SB. Cependant, les chambres sont “cheap” et pas du tout à la hauteur d’un small leading hotel, pas du tout. Notre chambre avait une terrasse, avec un moteur de climatisation à 20 cm, donc terrasse impraticable vu le bruit. Cette chambre est si étroite qu on pourrait la comparer à un couloir ; même la télévision ne tient pas face aux lits = obligés de tourner la tête a 90 degrés pour la regarder! Le téléphone ne répond jamais, il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner ni un quelconque service en chambre, et la conciergerie ne vous donne aucune réponse. Impossible également de vous installer au bord de la (minuscule) piscine : il n’y a pas de place pour tout le monde. Bref, c est a éviter et nous éviterons cet hôtel dans le futur.

I feel the need to contribute an honest and transparent review. I booked my stay at Greenview - WEEKS PRIOR to falling upon the Tripadvisor reviews for this hotel. I read these overwhelming reviews days before checking in and they had me scared that I was walking myself into a nightmare stay. I decided to make my own mind and stay anyway - and I am glad I did. Upon arrival on a Tuesday morning (10am), the check in staff member was VERY nice and immediately took my bags to hold. March is a busy month in South Beach, so I didn't expect to have a room that early so I planned to do work in the lobby or a coffee shop. This hotel is located right off the Lincoln road mall so I actually decided to post at one of the nearby Starbucks locations. By the time my work was finished it was 2pm and I walked back to the hotel to check on the status of an early check in - and to my surprised my room was ready. I was on second level, #204 - the check in staff ensured I was in a room away from the nearby construction. I held my breath as I walked into my room - and to my great surprise, it was great. The floors are wood, the AC unit was working (blowing cold) and looked fairly new. I don't like cold, so I turned my unit off and didn't need to turn it on the entire stay. The room was like the picture of 2 full beds, same colors on the wall (green/teal). It is a little dim at night - but there was plenty of light and light fixtures to turn on. There was a nice flat screen tv with cable channels. The window was nice and large with a black out blind and sheer curtains. The black out blinds actually caused me to sleep so well the first night I woke up late! The bed is very comfortable, I had plenty of clean linens and pillows. The room was spacious, there was a separate small walk in closet with plenty of shelving, and hanger space as well as a personal safe. The room had a desk, chair and a small fridge. Bathroom was adequate with a spacious step in shower. I had plenty of towels in the bathroom as well as back stocked in the closet. The amenities were premium. Overall the room was clean, spacious, comfortable and equipped. It did not smell - this was my greatest fear from these bad review - as I have an acute sense of smell. I did not have or see any bugs at any time during my stay. Actually, the cleaning staff were ALWAYS working. I woke very early on days to run and so I was in and out the room a lot and I witnessed the cleaning staff constantly cleaning & servicing neighboring rooms. Now was the room and hotel BRAND NEW AND PRISTINE?? There are scratches on the wood flooring, wall paint and furniture - but scratches isn't filth. The tiles in the bathroom aren't brand new - they look to be original to the old construction of the building...but again, cracks and not being new, doesn't mean it's filthy just older.
