我最近有機會入住美好飯店，這是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗。以下是我在這個飯店的心得報告： 1. 服務： 美好飯店的服務無可挑剔。工作人員非常友善和專業，總是願意提供幫助，無論是預訂旅行行程還是處理任何特殊要求。 2. 房間： 房間非常寬敞、舒適，並保持著高度的清潔。我喜歡房間的現代設計和精心挑選的家具，床鋪也非常舒適，讓我每晚都能享受良好的睡眠。 3. 飲食： 飯店的餐廳提供了多樣化的美食選擇，無論是國際美食還是本地特色菜餚。我特別喜歡早餐自助餐，種類繁多，品質出色。 4. 設施： 美好飯店設有一個迷人的游泳池區，讓您可以在炎熱的芭達雅天氣中放鬆身心。健身中心也提供現代化的設施，方便客人保持活力。 5. 位置： 這家飯店位於市中心，交通便利，附近有許多購物中心和旅遊景點，使我們的芭達雅之旅更加輕鬆。 總的來說，美好飯店提供了一個出色的住宿體驗，我強烈推薦給所有前往曼谷的旅客。我期待著下次再次入住這個美妙的飯店。

I really impressed with the service here. I decided to visit Pattaya alone so I booked this hotel which I think its fits my proposal of visit. Quite place to focus on my work. Once I call to the hotel to request single bed, the lady pick up my call with gentle voice and I requested my demands to get a single bed. Unfortunately, the hotel is in very high occupancy so it a little hard to get a bed that I want. However, Faii the trainee can arrange the room that I expect even the front desk was crowded. Really touched my heart on her service and front desk team. In the night, the bar was closed and I need some drink. The friendly lady at bar willing to reopen shifts to sold it again for me. Again, with her smile is really impressive! The security guard at night also smiled and humble all the time when he meet the guest. And the housekeeper did her job very tidy, I shower before I go out but when I back to room. There no depiction of any wet part on the floors. So well. Finally, I love chicken porridge at the breakfast.

The location of the hotel is terrible, extremely far away from the shopping and tourist attractions. Bear in mind that if you file a complain against any staff members of the front desk, there will be a very high possibility that you will be going through a " near to death " experience. The hotel front desk can arrange a car for their guests if they want to travel to any particular destination. I did make it crystal clear to the front desk staff that I want a sedan , and not a pick up truck. But the front desk staff get me a pick up truck twice in a roll. My wife and I finally hopped into the 2nd pick up truck since we do not want to be late. The traffic was quite heavy and the driver was getting annoying. We paid the driver and he was furious, yelling at us in Thai which we did not understand a single word he said. The driver then grabbed his cell phone and started calling. We went to the car rental company for about 10 mins , and when we left the car rental company and I was looking downwards at my phone, someone threw a punch at my left eye, and two more young guys attacked my head by punching and stepping, they even beat up my wife. My nose were broken. My wife called the hotel , but the front desk staff declined her call. My wife finally found the police phone number and called, then a whole bunch of police officers came over. If the police arrived 30 seconds later , I would have been slaughtered and murdered by these youngsters in broad daylight. This is definitely an attempt to murder. The hotel had to be held liable for ignoring my wife call , my wife was crying when she was calling the hotel. I had to undergo a CT scan to find out if there is any damage to my head, especially the brain. The diagnosis came out and I had a serious bone fracture in my left eye. Afterwards, we went to the police station and one of police officers told us that one of the youngsters who attacked me is only 15 years old. All those youngsters who tried to beat me to death do have criminal records. This is absolutely " attempt to murder " . How can a guy beat up women, in this case my wife. I talked to some foreigners who had similar experience as mine told me that's why Pattaya had been labeled as " murder city " . These foreign visitors also told me that pattaya is well known for *****, human trafficking, killing. So if any tourist wants to stay at Best Western Plus Nexen Pattaya, I strongly suggest that he or she should think twice. You might be slaughtered in broad daylight. My suggestion is " Do Not Set Foot IN PATTAYA ". I got photos of how much injury that these attackers did on my face , but I think is too disturbing .

My 2nd time here .. I feel disappointed with breakfast.. it was good 1st first but look like they changed lineup .. this makes me struggle to revisit next time!!!

So convenient. They have a bar and restaurant in the lobby and by the pool so you dont have to go outside the hotel for a drink after a long day. The staff is so nice ＜3 I had 0 problems everything was great.
