Отдыхали в отеле с 11 по 21 декабря 2022 года. В Таиланде были первый раз. Летели авиакомпанией AZUR air через туроператора FUN&SUN. От аэропорта Утапао до отеля минут 45 ехать. Отель находится в самой Паттайе, всё в пешей доступности. Отель не на первой линии, до моря идти минут 15. Приехали в отель примерно в 12.30, а в 13.00 нас уже заселили. Номер достался отличный, свежий ремонт, всё чисто, панорамные окна, вид с балкона на город и море. Убираются каждый день. Завтраки хорошие: всегда несколько гарниров (рис, макароны, иногда картофель), мясо каждый день, всегда пару супов, яичница глазунья, сосиски, разные соусы, из фруктов каждый день были очень сладкие ананасы и арбузы. Несколько видов соков, кофе, чай и выпечка. Голодными не останетесь точно. По-русски в отеле персонал не разговаривает совсем, но яндекс(гугл)-переводчик вам в помощь. На крыше отеля есть классный бассейн с шикарным видом на город. Во-общем, отель понравился, рекомендуем.

I've stayed in several resorts and this one is by far the worst. The taxi had a problem getting there at first, because there is no Chateau Dale Beach Resort. If you risk it, tell the driver it's called Chateau Dale Boutique Resort. Even the security at the gate was confused and sent us away at first, but I decided to ask at the desk. The front desk is never manned. After waiting 10 minutes, someone finally arrived and told me that I was in the right place. She showed me a tablet to select my name of a list of 2 people checking in that day. Not sure if I should see someone else's booking data. The room was a sauna when I arrived, but the air conditioning eventually cooked off the room. The room was adequate, but the eclectic heater barely lasted 2 minutes to keep the water lukewarm. There is no phone in the room and there is only WiFi in the lobby. There is a lounge just off the lobby, which both are open air rooms. A big part of the lobby is under construction as well as the bathroom in the lobby. Apparently the room above me was under construction as well since I would wake up to drilling and hammering early in the morning. I'm writing this on my last night in this place, because I'm sitting in the lobby while getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. I wanted to quickly grab something from the Seven Eleven down the street and left my key in the room. I talked to the security at the gate and they said I had to call a locksmith or wait for the staff to arrive in the morning. It was only midnight, so either I have a long wait while getting bit by mosquitoes or waste even more money on this place. Speaking of price, there are places nicer and cheaper that are even closer to the beach. In my honest opinion, I would avoid this place.

La position de l'hôtel est très bonne à trouver, le transport est très pratique, le quartier est très proche de grands magasins et de grandes zones de paysage, vous pouvez arriver à pied ｡ La dame de la réception est très enthousiaste, il y a des problèmes résolus en temps utile pour la réponse, et aide à régler les bonnes attractions et délicieux environnants, merci ｡ la chambre est très atmosphérique, Le style général de décoration et la description sont les mêmes que les chats quand je viens juste. Le temps est très chaud. Il est plus approprié de séjourner avec deux amateurs, le tout est toujours bon, et il est également un hôtel de qualité. Continuez de venir la prochaine fois pour faire votre séjour!

Il y a trois chambres, une petite piscine, adaptée aux enfants à jouer, le modèle de salon est généralement disponible, il n'y a pas de canapé, si vous débarrassez le canapé, le canapé sera meilleur, les outils de cuisine sont essentiellement disponibles, mais il n'y a pas de condiment, tout ce que vous voulez acheter vous-même n'a pas de bouteille, il n'y a pas de dents, il n'y a pas de lave-linge, le temps en Thaïlande est très Les chaussures sont sûres, la salubrité de la chambre est de 60 points, car je vois quelques petits insectes, des petits chaussures, et plusieurs caisses de climatisation sont très épais en dehors de la chambre. Le propriétaire est bien.

This reviewer strives to assess fairly and objectively across the full spectrum of scores and I am not afraid to be constructively critical where this is warranted. I find that my readers value and rely on this. The Venue is a small boutique hotel of a 3* grade however it delivers consistently to a 5* standard within its category. I have been staying for many years and have yet to find any significant criticism. The hotel is ably managed by Manager David and Assistant Manager, Chris. The new owner, Andy, strikes me as objective and progressive and, together, the management team provide a welcoming and clean environment that is both comfortable and friendly. The Venue is located within the Jomtien Complex and is perfectly situated to access a wide variety of dining and entertainment options. It is a 10 minute walk from the beach and the Baht Bus into Pattaya (fare 10 Baht) operates from the entrance of the complex. There is an inviting entrance to the hotel that can be accessed by steps or ramp. Once inside it isn't immediately apparent where to go however the bar is to the left and is staffed until midnight. There is always member of management available in the office during daytime hours. After midnight there is a security member of staff (Kim) on the ground floor. All staff are welcoming. There is a small indoor swimming pool. At the time of my visit, the name signage of ”The Venue” had the ”The” word not lit up. There are currently 3 categories of rooms available which, broadly speaking, offer similar facilities, but of differant sizes. All are attractive and I have always found them to be comfortable. The beds now benefit from duvets and that makes a high difference. The airconditioning is very effective and fairly quiet and there is good natural light. There is ample storage space and a safe in each room. Bed linen and towels are changed daily and the room is cleaned. There is a bathroom with shower leading off from the bedroom. The showers may not be the most powerful however they are perfectly adequate. Olay is responsible for room cleaning and he does an excellent job with his small team of helpers. He is very friendly. I had a differant room to usual on this particular visit and this was located at the back of the hotel. I learned very quickly that this was a much quieter part of the hotel (it is important to remember that The Jomtien Complex is a very active social area) and I couldn't hear a sound after retiring. I slept like a lamb. The bar is open until midnight and food is served on a very pleasant balcony from 09:00 until 17:00 (currently 14:00 on Tuesdays). All items are freshly prepared and are of a really good quality. Prices are very fair. The Venue also provides a cabaret 6 nights per week. This has to be the best show, not only in the Jomtien area, but in Pattaya as a whole. There is no cover charge and drinks are very fairly priced when you consider that the entertainment lasts for approximately 2 hours

Je veux savoir pourquoi l'hôtel est si égoïste. Nous avons réservé l'hôtel et transféré la caution le 11 à 23 h 06, ce qui a appuyé sur le mauvais bouton le 11 et nous avons voyagé le 12, après l'heure d'enregistrement également. Et puis vous ne pouvez pas appuyer sur annuler via l'application, mais l'hôtel pousse pour accepter, appuyez sur OK, vous voulez savoir s'ils ne vérifient pas ou comment ? Si vous ne pouvez pas appuyer sur Annuler au lieu de rembourser Mais ce n'est responsable de rien. L'hôtel est un peu au fond de la ruelle. Il n'y a pas de navette pour vous permettre de marcher, l'hôtel dispose d'une moto à louer. Il y a des boissons à vendre (mais très chères), de belles vues, des chambres propres, avec des installations. les employés parlent parce que délicieux petit déjeuner mais malheureu*****t, irresponsable, pas très content
