Basic hotel for one night stay. Friendly staff, clean, nice room! Walking distance to Masjid Agung. Travelling around - you can opt for GRAB Bike if you are too lazy to walk, otherwise, no issue to walk around exploring the streets and alleys.

The hotel location is on great location, near mall easy ti access. Recommende to stay at this hotel if you come for business trip amd family trip. Employee is friendly.

The hotel behaved in very bad faith, having destroyed a white dress which I had sent for laundry. It came back with a brown panel and the hotel refused to believe my dress was initially all white and we had to trawl through the CCTV tapes to prove this. Even then, they did not make any move to compensate me.

Depends on what you paid. I feel that there are opportunities for improvements. When you have a non smoking policy stick to it. Selective rooms. Selective customers. Stick to it
