Nice view and clean room Suitable for family package No welcome drink and room is small Not recommended But staff is good

Room size is ok, not too big or too small. Clean and nearby walking distance got a lot of food stalls, and Pekanbaru Mall.

Extremely dirty and unkept hotel. This hotel is in desperate need of a deep clean and repairs. Had to call reception to change the sheets before sleeping as they had multiple "unknown" stains and bodily fluids. The shower was disgusting and had very low water pressure, bathroom as a whole resembled a public toilet! The price was low and only booked the hotel to get a nap after a long interstate drive. Would certainly not stay again.

I decided to use their laundry service and I found out they additionally charged me for water they left in the room for drinking. It took about 30 minutes to discuss the matter, all this time I had to stand and explain to them that I didn't ask for any paid water. They still didn't return the money. This hotel is greedy and doesn't think about the feelings of the guests When you come to your room, don't drink the water in big bottles if you don't want to pay for it. It's just a trap to take more money from you

Comfortable stay with good view. We request for high floor and was given as requested due to non peak and nin weekend stay. Overall acceptable and the receiptionist all very efficient and helpful.
