I stayed there by myself for two nights in early November 2023. The code received by email on the day of arrival, is only needed to enter your apartment/unit. It's not necessary to open the front gate. When I approached another guest to ask how the gas oven and stove hot plates work. - He replied that, a clicker that is a lighter, is in one of the top drawers - to light the hot plates and oven cavity with. I contacted the manager about it, who replied to me by text message, to inform me that is how those appliances are turned on. - In addition to pressing a button, or turning a dial. One question I asked before my arrival, but did not receive an answer to, was that all cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and mugs are provided and kept in the kitchen drawers and cabinet. The only negatives during my brief stay: 1. The front wooden door didn't lock well. I had to keep turning the key clockwise or anti-clockwise to get the door to lock properly. 2. I think it was during the first night I was there, in bed at around 1 AM trying to sleep, when I suddenly heard the voice of a male guest either in the apartment/unit above me/mine, or outside. - His language sounded Chinese or Korean. This guest continued speaking loud enough for 15 to 30 minutes. So that was inconvenient and not pleasant. I thought staying in standard room accommodation of that price, that I would be much less likely to encounter that noise. Having previously stayed in hostels. - To my knowledge, noise there needs to be kept to a minimum from 10 PM. I know how hard it is to find decent accommodation without any or much bad reviews in Perth, that's not far from the CBD. If you're a single, solo traveller, I would advise using a car to transport groceries in. The walk from Woolworths (St George's Terrace) the larger of Woolworths two CBD stores to Malibu Apartments should take 36 minutes, with a distance of 2.5 km. The problem with using Google Maps when walking in Perth, is that it isn't always accurate and reliable. I brought over with me, a UBD printed pocket map of Perth city, as a alternative for navigation.

La chambre était impeccablement propre, lumineuse et moderne. La grande télévision et j'adore les fenêtres entièrement vitrées avec un rideau aveugle pour que vous puissiez dormir sans que la lumière du jour ne brille sur vous. La kitchenette était bien équipée et facile à utiliser. La chambre dispose même d'un lave-linge séchant pour la lessive. Très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Stiling et d'un trajet en bus jusqu'à scaborough. Vous pouvez faire vos courses à Spudsheed, qui était également à environ 10 minutes à pied. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un séjour incroyable !! Je reviendrais !

Picked Ocean View for price & location. I had read reviews & a lot were accurate, Clean but maybe in need of a bit TLC here & there. Ocean View is a smallish family run Hotel very friendly both my wife & me enjoyed 16 nights here on a visit from the UK. we had room 20 which was on the 1st floor & only a flight of stairs to get to it no lifts, I am not the best with my old knees but it was not a problem for me. The rooms are cleaned every day & towells changed as you want them always good water pressure & warm when showered. We had a shower over bath & maybe the bath was a bit high for getting into for us older folk but managed .Lovely comfy bed, full size fridge toaster & kettle so not a lot of cooking facilities but cereal & toast in the morning did us & if you want a cooked breakfast lovely bakery with cafe not a hundred yards away & plenty of restaurents & bars near at hand. plenty wardrobe & cupboard space but wife complained could have done with a set of drawers being as we were there a while .We had a sea view balcony with a couple of chairs & table great for sitting having my cigar & watching the sun go down. All in we had a great stay in a good size clean room but in need of a little TLC on the outside of building. Parking sometimes a little tight but room on the front of Motel if it was busy. The location of the Motel is lovely near beach & on Westcoast drive amongst lots of lovely Millionaire Houses. Thanks to Vel & his Family for a good stay.

Très bien situé et chambres très propres et spacieuses. L'enregistrement a été très étrange, obligé d'attendre la chambre après l'heure d'enregistrement. Nous étions au deuxième étage auquel vous ne pouvez pas accéder par ascenseur, vous êtes censé prendre un ascenseur jusqu'à un étage puis monter les escaliers, c'est vraiment étrange, surtout avec un chariot à bagages et deux petits enfants censés monter les escaliers . Après une conversion, nous avons été autorisés à monter un autre ascenseur avec des bagages, mais nous avons dû prendre le combo d'escaliers de l'ascenseur chaque fois que nous partions ou revenions. Cela aurait été quatre étoiles sans cela.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est relativement facile à trouver, pas dans le centre-ville, la circulation n'est pas importante, il est relativement propre, mais les installations sont relativement anciennes. Il y a un supermarché IGA, une pharmacie à côté. L'hôtel dispose d'un bar pour dîner, le goût est ok, il y a des groupes au bar le week-end

L'hôtel est situé dans une grande localisation avec vue sur l'océan, près de la ville, des boutiques et un restaurant. Le personnel est extraordinairement aimable et utile, mais l'hôtel pourrait faire avec un peu d'ascenseur, un peu de poux et j'ai mal supposé qu'il fournirait des installations de base telles que un brosse dentaire. Le restaurant était aussi ami et le petit déjeuner était grand et vaste, mais le dîner était un peu désastreux, ne pouvait pas manger la vessie du porc, c'était un gros bébé, très décevant. La piscine était fantastique, très inhabituelle et beau éclaircissement à la nuit, 5 étoiles. J'étais choqué par l'état de l'équipement de l'équipement qui était efficace et propre dans le passé.
