« The location of the hotel is very close to the Kaohsiung Main Station, which was very convenient for us.
The hotel room was very clean, in which the beds and facilities inside were maintained at a high level of hygiene.
The service of the hotel staff was magnificent. There was a slight leakage problem under the toilet sink, and after we informed them of the issue in the morning, they already fixed it when we came back to the hotel in late afternoon. They were really efficient and also very friendly in responding to our queries.
In terms of facilities, we felt that there can be a few improvements. First of all, there were no microwaves inside the hotel. We suggest adding some in order for guests to reheat food that they might want to eat at the hotel. Also, it would be great if there is a common area for guests to sit down and chat or eat together. In addition, the TV remote control in our room had a really slow response time, in which each button took like 5 seconds to work.
What surprised us was how spacious the room was. For its price, the size of the room felt like a bargain. The intelligent voice butler (small AI-esque machine) in the room was also a fun device to use and play with.
Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel, and would definitely recommend it to travellers in Kaohsiung. »
