Good hotel as advertised. Room is clean and convenient. 5min walk to Sophia Cathedral.

All Good only need to improve the variety of breakfast 😊

Very close to Sophia church and the main pedestrian street. Don't forget to try Ice Cream during Harbin winter. It's the best ice cream that won't melt.

Nice location

We had an amazing stay. The room was incredible, always clean, and the location was perfect. Shout out to the cleaning lady and the chef who took great care of us! It would be nice if the reception staff could speak English to accommodate international travelers.

The breakfast serves really good noodles and dumplings. We were greeted by really friendly staff members both at the lobby and for breakfast. The hotel management acts swiftly to help alleviate the cigarette smoke problems. The overall experience is positive and I will not hesitate to book again when coming to this city

Although is 3 stars hotel but very good customer service. Location is good as well, not far from Sophia Church. Room cleanliness and facilities are good. Overall, an Excellent hotel to stay during our holiday at Harbin.

酒店距離索菲亞到教堂不到1公里。中央大街也1.5公里可以騎行自行車去，如果不累可以步行來回。前台服務很好，有求必應，離店的時候還贈送了冰箱

房間乾淨，前台小姐姐們態度很好，等着打掃房間的時候還給了好多小零食和飲料，臨走的時候還送了小禮物，會推薦朋友來的。

到酒店找不到停車位，求助前台，前台小哥哥熱心的幫助找車位，還幫助挪車，到了酒店辦理入住，前台姐姐看見我父母還貼心的給拿了兩瓶熱的礦泉水，還主動幫助長者連了酒店WIFI，知道我們兩個房間不在一個樓層還多給了一個房間卡方便上電梯，服務沒得説。 到了酒店房間簡直喜歡的不行，房間面積很大，乾淨衞生，使用的配置應有盡有，連吹風機都好好用，洗澡水很熱，床品和枕頭都很舒服，房間安靜隔音很好，總之哪哪都好，這次的酒店是我最滿意的一次！
