One of the most incredible hotel we have stayed in! Breathtaking and excellent views of Siguniang mountains and a stream from the moment you stepped into the lobby. The rooms are exactly as advertised, with zero obstruction of the snowcapped mountains - spectacular views from the room windows! We were worried that the pictures from the booking page would differ but it was exactly the same. The hospitality at the hotel was top notch, extremely bespoke to one's comfort and at the same time very homely and warm. We even got a free upgrade to the best rooms in the property and they even took the effort to celebrate one of our birthday which happened to coincide with our stay. The two hotel owners (张哥和冷哥), as well as the staff treated us like family, with lovely meals at the hotel (their breakfast noodles were yummy!), recommendations on how best to tour Siguniang mountain valleys and even bringing us to the local convenience stores in the nearby town. Do not hesitate to reach out to the owners to arrange for a horse to be brought to the property for a photoshoot - the pictures on a horse with the mountains in the backdrop are stunning! All in all, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we will definitely be back! Highly recommended for anyone who wants a relaxing get away with jaw dropping views of Siguniang mountains and the best hospitality that Sichuan can offer!

Nous apprécions vraiment l'hôpitalité étonnante à Feeling Mountainby loin d'être l'une des meilleures expériences que nous ayons jamais eues. ✨ Avant d'arriver dans la région de la montagne Siguniang, le doux meimei nous a contactés à l'avance pour s'assurer que nous avions l'adresse exacte du séjour, puisqu'il est situé à moitié au-dessus de la montagne. Elle nous a enfin emmenés à Siguniang et nous a même amené à déjeuner avant de monter. Le séjour est situé dans un village local à moitié de la montagne. Ils nous ont même mis à jour dans une chambre avec une vue plus belle, où nous pouvions voir le Mont Siguniang directement de notre fenêtre. La chambre n'était pas super spacieuse, mais il brillait propre et si confortable! (Ne pas mentionner le lit super confortable!) Nous étions toujours nourris par meimei, haha. Le BBQ était un grand dîner et nous avons dû le profiter dans la zone de la salle de séjour avec vue sur les montagnes couvertes de neige. Il y a un chien adorable nommé Jiujiu (durée) et un chat cutie nommé Shiyi (11) nous aimé leur compagnie aussi. La photo avec deux chiens est du beau café à proximité, juste un 2-minute à pied, où vivent Jiujiu's ”fille”, haha. En général, l'expérience était superbe et nous avons tout à fait apprécié notre séjour à Feeling Mountain Homestay. Restez en bonne santé et heureux jusqu'à ce que nous nous réunissions!

This hotel is excellent! The owner is extremely kind and friendly. The service is outstanding, and the rooms are very clean. It’s close to the park—you can even walk there. There are plenty of food options around the hotel. It was a very pleasant experience being welcomed by the staff upon our arrival at the hotel. They kindly helped carry our bags and luggage from the car into the hotel. Every question was answered patiently and sincerely, even though we faced a communication barrier and had to rely on Google Translate and WeChat translation. When we asked about nearby halal food, they were very helpful in recommending restaurants. Although our room did not include breakfast, they generously prepared simple Muslim-friendly breakfast items for us such as corn, porridge, and boiled eggs. We truly appreciated their kindness and thoughtfulness. Before we left for our journey home, they even gave us a small souvenir as a goodbye gift and asked us to visit again in the future. Unfortunately, we forgot to take photos with the especially kind staff members; one gentleman and one lady who made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for their sincerity and excellent hospitality. Thank you very much. With such wonderful service, we will definitely stay here again if we visit Siguniang Mountain in the future. p/s: Siguniang is a beautiful place to visit!

Great location near Changpinggou Entrance (easy walking distance), with restaurants nearby and one inside the hotel. The room was spacious, warm, and clean, with daily towel changes and an auto-flush toilet—though the shower floor had some drainage issues. The staff were outstanding, genuinely eager to help. They assisted with luggage, booked taxis to Shuangqiao Valley and back to Chengdu, and used translation apps and WeChat to communicate despite the language barrier.

The stay was ok. The hotel staff were not that friendly and helpful. The staff didn't greet us whenever they saw us during our 2 nights stay there. It is a small property and we were probably the only few customers there and yet it felt like we're were strangers to them. There is no elevator and we had to lug our luggage up to the 4th floor where our room was. Likewise we need to carry them down from our room when we checked out. If you need suggestion and information about getting around and what to do, don't hold hope that the staff is able give useful tips, you would have better luck checking the Internet. Breakfast was not ready by 7.30am on our first morning and the choices were limited due to low season. We had some soup noodles which was nice. The room was decently decorated. However, the toilet bowl flush was annoying and flushed by itself and splashed water out onto the floor with the ”faulty” sensor. There is no air conditioning but luckily there was floor heating. However, the heating took extremely long time to heat up. We also had to request them to activate the heater for us even though they knew we were in the room in the cold winter, really lack of sense of good customer service. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Changpinggou visitor center. We visited in February, during the low season, 80% of the shops were closed in Changpinggou area so it felt like a dead town. We went to Shuangqiaogou for meals and it seemed livelier there.

Bien que les enfants soient équipés d'oxygène, ils ne sont pas trop soulagés, ce qui a conduit à ne pas dormir trop la nuit, ils voulaient chercher de l'aide avec l'hôtel, mais il n'y a pas de poste dans la réception, ils ont passé la nuit à craindre et ils ont été inexpérimentés, Bon, les enfants ont un soulagement demain matin, le jour est en train de se chasser, en résumé, il est recommandé, l'hôtel est toujours très satisfaisant.

I love staying here! Tu dou (potato) is the cutest golden retriever and the ladies here were all so hospitable! Would definitely stay here again in the future. Their hotpot and drinks were really nice too! Thank you for turning on the heater every time we eat at your restaurant!
