Avis : Orange Tree Resort

Excellent place to stay. Continently located in Scottsdale, with wonderful amenities.  Everytime we are in Phoenix we stay here.

Orange Tree Resort was a nice hotel conveniently located to surrounding attractions in Scottsdale, however the resort was much more expansive in size (at least 8 buildings) than what we expected. We didn't realize when booking that it was part of the Club Wyndham Timeshare group, so there was a low-pressured sales pitch at check-in, but we were able to refuse attendance to the much higher pressured hour long sales pitch. Our suite was clean, spacious and accommodating. The pool area was a little bit of a walk from our building, but very nice. The bar and restaurant were open and enjoyable with plenty of TVs to watch the football game. We did not take advantage of the golf course or practice facilities, but they appeared to be first rate and highly utilized.

Excellent location near to Scottsdale but with good road links and very safe area

The Orange Tree Resort is our choice, when we go to Phoenix. Everything about it is great. Easy check in, staff are friendly and are always ready to help you if needed. Have all the amenities you need for a good stay .Had a great sleep every night, beds are awesome.!

Parking was overcrowded and we had to call for shuttle service constantly. We were placed in the furthest building away from everything. Very inconvenient. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay. A very nice staff.

Propre et confortable et bon service et facilité pour changement de literie ou manquement de produits étant donné qu'il n'y a pas de ménage durant le séjour. Buanderie gratuite mise à la disposition des clients. Grande piscine et il y a un Starbucks sur place près du lobby. Seul bémol jamais de stationnement près de notre unité mais si vous voulez on peut vous amener en kart de golf sinon une petite marche. Près des restaurants et épiceries ainsi que Walmart.

Are you looking for a place to stay in the Phoenix area that is adjacent to a golf course? If you want more space than the typical hotel provides and a golf course that is steps away from your room, then you should consider staying at the Orange Tree Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. I stayed at this resort with my fiancé for a few days. I had timeshare points to use and this resort had available space, so we booked the trip. The first thing I noticed and liked was the friendliness and helpfulness of the resort staff. They filled us in on the resort and what it offers, without being pushy, and one of their people even gave us and our luggage a ride to our room, on a golf cart. The rooms at Orange Tree Resort are spacious, with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. With the kitchen, there is a full- size refrigerator, microwave, and dishes but no stove or dishwasher. The bathroom is a good size, with a large, long shower, perfect for you and your mate. There is a back patio, too, but it’s not private- the guests next door are right there, in open view, if they happen to be sitting outside at the same time as you. They have a nice pool at this resort, and the vending machines are stocked with beverages, at very low prices, which was a pleasant surprise. There is a bar and restaurant, but the hours are irregular so don’t be surprised if you visit and find that it’s not open. And, as mentioned before, there is the golf course, right there, waiting for you to take a swing. Overall, we found the Orange Tree Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona to be a good place for a short getaway. They don’t charge extra for parking, which is a plus, and the overall comfort of the facilities meets or exceeds most of my standards. It’s a nice resort to stay at, in this Phoenix suburb.

Orange Tree hasa great location. It is clean, quiet, and has beautiful views of the golf course. Outstanding staff and very quick carts to get aroun d the property.

The golf course is gorgeous. The resort staff is perhaps some of the nicest and most helpful and any staff that I have ever encountered. The weather was a bit of a challenge--from triple digits to Monson flooding. It would be nice if the golf shop had the golf sized umbrellas for sale. I could have used one.

Orange Tree Resort, is by no means a 5 star resort. The room was dated, worn out, and bedding needs replacing- especially the pillows. However, what it didn’t have the staff made up for. They are so quick to bring you anything you might need, from coffee to a cooking griddle. The pool was clean, a nice temperature and everything worked! The BBQ’s are maintained properly(at least the ones we used), and the grounds are kept clean. Best part of the trip was the staff. Always friendly, helpful and welcoming! In addition, not being harassed everyday to do a timeshare “update” was nice, although I would appreciate it if when someone says “no”, it is respected. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

This is such a great convenient location for the Scottsdale area with minimal traffic. My freshly updated room was lovely and very quiet. The only thing that could have been improved was the weather lol.
