Bel endroit, personnel très accueillant et chambre vraiment spacieuse et propre. Je n'y ai passé qu'une nuit de de transition mais ça valait le coup.

Du côté est de l'île de Phuket, il est construit contre les montagnes et surplombe la mer. Le service et la nourriture sont bons, et les installations de l'hôtel peuvent être utilisées encore quelques années. Prenez la navette de la chambre au hall et vous serez là à votre appel. La piscine est un peu petite mais bien conçue Cela vaut le coup rien que pour ce paysage unique. Si vous voulez aller à la mer, c'est proche de la jetée de Rassada et à environ 20 minutes de Phuket Town, ce qui est plus pratique.

L'hôtel est assez unique, c'est l'équivalent d'être à la montagne. Il faut utiliser la voiture de l'hôtel pour aller et revenir du hall des chambres, du restaurant et de la piscine. L'hôtel dispose également d'un bus pour Phuket Town, où il fait bon manger et se faire masser dans le centre commercial de la ville. Si vous recherchez une plage, il serait peut-être préférable de choisir un autre hôtel.

La vue sur la mer de l'hôtel est superbe, le service est très bon, j'ai dû attendre longtemps pour m'enregistrer le premier jour et la dame GYP de la réception m'a offert un déjeuner gratuit pour deux. Quand je suis parti, on m'a donné un départ tardif. J'ai fait une réservation pour le mauvais jour et j'ai reçu une annulation gratuite et sans condition. Le personnel de cet hôtel est très enthousiaste et amical envers les Chinois. Belle expérience. Je voyage beaucoup pour affaires et c'est la première fois que je prends l'initiative de donner un avis positif sur un hôtel. Westin Phuket est le roi du rapport qualité-prix.

The service is always awesome at the Westin siray bay. The staff are very kind and helpful. They are very thoughtful. The hotel rooms are good and clean. A great place to stay

Services at the hotel were also excellent. The only dissatisfaction were, one of our rooms booked, the air conditioning unit was broken or not cool enough, issue was never taken care of. The hotel seems to be old, so it can use some major clean-up to make sure that some of the floor or ground rooms are not musty and moldy smells, shower heads, and bathroom rooms can also use a make-over, shower head not working properly. Otherwise, services and hotel views eere awesome!!

We booked the pool access room and and it was fun. Breakfast was good. But not in prime location and the beach was not great. The water was not clean like patong and Karon beach

I would not recommend this hotel. Hotel is really run down and desperate for a renovation. Apart from looking very dated, most parts were not well maintained. The rain was heavy during our stay and the ceiling in the bedroom leaked for 2 days. We were not moved rooms and it took 7 different communication attempts with staff to get it repaired but afterwards there was paint flaking off in the room. A very unpleasant experience. We received an apology fruit platter for the inconvenience. The pool also had lots of damage and safety issues with broker tiles and handles loose. The pool towels were old and falling apart. The service everywhere was very slow and usually ineffective. The breakfast buffet had quite a big selection but was also very disorganised. The whole resort is on steep hills so would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. There are golf carts for staff to drive you to your room which was necessary when the rain was heavy but usually a long wait to get a cart. There is not much outside the hotel and about 1km walk to the nearest convenience store. The 3000THB deposit per night charged at check in seemed excessive.

Place is okay for a stay but 15 min away from Phuket town. We haven’t tried amenities so can’t speak of it. We wouldn’t recommend breakfast, not sure whether it was us or something else, but every dish we tried was underwhelming and the buffet was not worth the cost.

We came here during the low season, so it rained a lot during our stay; nonetheless we still had an incredible time in this beautiful seaside resort. The compound is built on the cliffs, so the area is full of steep hills, but the hotel has buggy drivers to take guests around, and it is a lot of fun riding it. There are 3 swimming pools, we swam in them all and loved the experience. The gym was fully equipped and overlooks the water, making for a great workout. There are several restaurants, and we went to the one that served a traditional Thai tasting menu. The room service experience was less stellar, they forgot our order and after waiting 45 minutes, I had to ring and follow up, and they said they were only starting to prepare the food, which took about an hour and half in the end of waiting time. The portions were also small for the price, so we were still hungry after. One thing to note is that it takes about an hour to get to the airport, so time your commute accordingly if you have a flight to catch.

The hotel room are old with poor maintenance, their towels are worn off, the rooms we stayed have broken shower heads, and bathtub tap, we requested to change a new room, and it turned out the other room have broken rains shower head. This is not a 5 stars hotel standard, disappointing.
