Due to a 30hr delayed flight i didnt really get to spend anytime in the hotel. However, when i arrived late the staff were accomodating.

When we arrived there，two elevators are not work. We can only use the dirty and inconvenient staff one.

The service was amazing, the staff are friendly and approachable. The room is clean and comfortable, and the amenities are very practical as well. Complimentary breakfast was amazing, it had a wonderful selection.

#Hotel Pick-up: Perfect, welcome is amazing at the airport #Security Alert: Hotel people do not care which cab person is taking which customer and give me security tips. #Services: Hotel life was in service and thus need to go 7 floors daily by stairs. #Hotel Staff: Very friendly #Service Quality: Satisfactory #Food: Not much vegetarian food at the hotel, and chefs are not well trained to cook well.

Great hotel. Clean, friendly staff and great service. Love staying there. Only difficulty is no eateries around so either get on a cab or drive out or order within the hotel.

Location of hotel was great. However, the house keeping was not reliable had to wait 2 hours before check in when we arrived and towels, floor mats and milk were not replenished after cleaning. Staff were very friendly and helpful but housekeeping was a let down.
