The property is located in a beautiful location. Our room overlooked a small inlet from the bay and had a nice balcony. The room were adequate. The hotel had nice restaurant, but the food and drinks were very expensive. The staff was wonderful.

Incredibly rude front desk. I had to call Marriott to complain. Hotel waited until the final day to reach out to me and still has not made it right. For these prices the hospitality has to be on point, but this severely lacked both in the initial interaction and in the failed recovery. I stay at Marriott's all around the world and this was the worst experience at a Marriott property. The private beach is nice to be fair...

Disappointment - we stayed 2 nights at the hotel in an upgraded room. The room is spacious but the general structure and the bathroom facilities are outdated. In the last night I didn't sleep because from 12 midnight I heard incessant clicking and I got up with a terrible headache (5 star hotel!!!)- I reported this to the guy at the front desk and he apologized and said that they earned me points for a Marriott member - but of course it was not carried out. At this price, I recommend choosing a better 5-star hotel in the area - not worth the money!

Could not have been more pleased with my stay. Suite was recently renovated, extremely clean and very comfortable. Everyone at the reception and concierge desk went above and beyond to make my repeat visit as enjoyable as possible. I spent a few nights here and a few nights at Cala di Volpe and was a great way to spend time on different parts of the island. Breakfast could use some more choices, but otherwise I can’t wait to go back. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay!

Exceptional service! I’ve stayed in several hotels and resorts throughout Europe and the Americas and can say with certainty that Sheraton’s Cervo Hotel currently sits at the top of my list. I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay by two nights. A special thank you to Nicola, Adriano and the rest of the staff working at the restaurant and restobar. These two gentlemen took the time to make me discover Sardinia wines, meals and desserts. Their attention to detail, knowledge of the land and amazing attitude contributed to prolonging my stay. The front desk team was also great. Another special thank you to the gentlemen working at the conciergerie. They notably helped me plan my trip to Lula and helped me solve a dilemma I had regarding shipping a parcel back to Canada. I informed my immediate contacts of the quality of this hotel and I plan on coming back. Thank you once again. François S.

Vado a luglio o fuori stagione tutti carini tutti cortesi. Stasera passo a fare L aperitivo all esterno con il mio cane (5kg) educatissima e buonissima si avvicina il direttorone vestito da pupazzo e il cane non può entrare. Volevo avvisarvi che al quisisana vado con il cane e me lo accettano ovunque . Ad agosto c'è la sentite senza motivo . Non vengo più

This is a lovely hotel with great staff. It is well located on the water in the central square. There is a great pool and outdoor gym. Our only negative was that the concierge staff seemed to push Sheraton related restaurants right in Porto Cervo.

More of a business style hotel rather than leisure. Small enclosed pool with no bar area. Private beach rather scruffy - water, soft drinks & beer served from a shed. Not peaceful as walkers crossing the area. Highlight was speedboat across to it. Breakfast served inside so no lovely view of the marina or piazza. Sheraton hotel owns 90% of restaurant’s in Porto Cervo so all prices similar - €25 for glass of wine - main courses €40/50. Taxis €30 for 5 minute trip. Hotel very nice & well maintained. Hotel Manager - Marco very helpful after a disappointing evening. Weather beautiful & very picturesque - a day trip definitely so see the marina & beautiful designer shops
