Après plusieurs visites à l'hôtel Galla à Pristina, je reste aussi impressionné que jamais avec le personnel, le repas et la propriété. Ils ont pris soin de préparer des sandwiches pour mon voyage de nuit tardif. Ils ont remarqué où je me suis assis et me diriger vers elle comme si nous avions un accord. Ils ont voyageé à travers Pristina pour récupérer mes tests COVID. Ils gèrent facilement le support d'affaires, la facturation, le WiFi et les réunions.

What a fantastic hotel this is, and one which delivers well beyond the expectations of its four star rating! Checking in was a welcoming and slick process, completed very quickly with the friendly member of staff still taking the time to explain the hotel facilities. The decor of the lobby was great, with loads of reading material which was actually very educational on the city and local area if you have the time to peruse, and indeed the same level of homeliness and great decor extended throughout the rest of the property. My room was on the first floor and despite being a standard category was really impressive. It was huge in size and as well as the spacious sleeping area there was an armchair and large coffee table, chaise longe and large desk. Spending an extending period of time in the room wouldn’t get uncomfortable or claustrophobic! All the decor remained modern, there were plenty of lighting options and the whole area was very cosy. The TV was large but even on maximum volume a little too quiet for the size of the room but the air-conditioning worked well. The view was over the parking area below which meant there could be some noise when the windows were open, but otherwise it was a silent night’s sleep with great quality bed. I really liked the bathroom area. There wasn’t a separate bath but with the glass walls (still with blind if you needed) it was very modern, and the wooden floor in the shower made it feel more like a spa. Annoyingly the shower itself didn’t have the hottest water or pressure, the towels weren’t as soft as I’d hope and the area always ended up with a wet floor thanks to the door pushing the towel mat out the way. Other than that though it was a lovely space, with plenty of storage, nice soap in dispensers, a magnifying mirror and both gown and slippers available in the room. The bar area on the ground floor has a great outdoor patio area which is pleasant to sit outside in with a drink, either relaxing on the sofas, or working / dining on the tables. The staff are attentive and friendly and the prices really good for a hotel. Wine is served in miniature bottles and not always chilled, but otherwise no issues at all. The restaurant was good for an evening meal with nice quality food. The pepper steak cooked medium was a recommendation of the staff and it didn’t disappoint, although not as spicy as made out. The tiramisu desert was presented well and really enjoyable. There’s a good range of wines all of brilliant quality too. The breakfast offered in the morning is decent for the size of the hotel, with a range of hot items as well as the usual meats, fruit and pastries. Overall I left this hotel really impressed, both with the modernness of the rooms, brilliant decor and friendly service. On a future visit to the city I’ll definitely be picking here again.

New modern hotel with carefully embodied traditional elements. The food is amazing, I highly recommend its restaurant as a choice for lunch and dinners. They also have options of local dishes with a modern twist. The hotel is very clean and the staff friendly and attentive.

C'était une très belle expérience, excellente cuisine, excellent personnel, comparable à l'hôtellerie suisse élevée. La pureté était au plus haut niveau. La cuisine est diversifiée français & méditerranéen . Tartare di Manzo est très conseillé.

L'hôtel est situé en aval. La zone autour de l'hôtel n'a pas l'air le mieux, mais il est sûr. Il y a un bar, un restaurant et un supermarché «fresh» tous dans deux minutes. Le principal boulevard est à 4 minutes à pied. La chambre est très confortable et confortable. Une grande télévision à écran plat (je ne pouvais pas trouver un canal de langue anglaise), une caisse (grande assez pour iPad) et des installations de fabrication de thé/café. Si vous aimez votre thé de petit déjeuner anglais, apportez vos sacs. Le lit était un double mais un peu trop ferme pour moi. La salle de bains était moderne avec une douche grande et une tête de douche réglable adaptable pour toutes les hauteurs. Le petit déjeuner est des offres froides, vous pouvez commander des œufs trois façons différentes. Des boissons chaudes sont servies au bar counter. Le prix de la chambre est très bas pour les vacances et les vacances.

The front desk guy was incredibly warm and welcoming, and I enjoyed talking to him when we checked in. The room was large and clean and everything worked well, including the lights and the bathroom facilities. Honestly the only downside was the location, which is a bit outside the center of the city, in a rather shady area filled with massage parlors. But truly, I can recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good value in Pristina, since it is only a 15 minute walk or so from everything near the downtown area! Special shoutout to the manager at the front desk! Great guy.
