Stunning property and the room was probably one of the most unique and beautiful rooms I've ever stayed in. We were in awe of our bathroom and level of detail in our room and throughout the property, super impressive. Our breakfast at the restaurant was just okay, the coffee was served lukewarm and the dishes we okay, not stellar especially given the price point. Staff was nice, however, my chief complaint is that they were less than flexible seemingly because we booked through Expedia. We were traveling with our two young children arriving off a red eye flight, I requested an early check and when they noticed I booked through a third party site, confirmed it twice and followed that by stating they would not be able to accommodate the request. The hotel was completely desolate, we sat in the un-airconditioned lobby for 3 hours until our tour was scheduled and literally saw two other guests the entire time. The dining room was completely empty as well so it was not a function of having a fully booked property the evening before. I guess my recommendation is to NOT book through a third party site should you have any special requests.

I stayed here for 2 weeks while studying Spanish at nearby LIVIT Immersion Center. I chose a junior suite and was put in Peregrina on the ground floor. It was great: comfortable bed, zero street noise, and nice shower. The only downside was the limited natural light, as there is no window to the outside in that room. (There is a light well from an upper floor, and there is a window out to the courtyard that I kept closed because of privacy.) That didn't bother me but it might bother others. I was glad my room rate included breakfast, because it was fantastic. I could order off the menu or just ask for a la carte items. My servers Esteban and Yísica were really nice people. I already miss them and Miranda, who makes beautiful drinks in the bar.

L'hôtel est beau, plein de luxe et de confort. Toutes les fois que nous visitons Puebla nous restons ici. Il est incroyable et gratifiant que la réception est réservée à nos noms et goûts. Il a toujours des détails pour nous faire sentir à la maison. Manuel Bell boy aussi super aimable et gentil, nous aide toujours à descendre nos bagages et s'inquiète de prendre soin de tout très bien. Nous resterons certainement notre option d'héberger à Puebla. Nous sommes ravis d'arriver à cet hôtel.
