Treasure Island Resorts Lonavala

I want to express my extreme discontent with my recent stay at the "Treasure Island" resort in Lonavala. The lack of cleanliness and hygiene standards at the resort were appalling. Shockingly, we encountered cockroaches in one room and lizards in another, highlighting the severe neglect in maintaining a sanitary environment. The lobby reeked of a foul odor that was reminiscent of urine, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Despite promptly bringing these concerns to the attention of the staff, their unsatisfactory response was to relocate us to lower-category rooms in the dead of night. This disregard for our comfort and safety reflects the utter disregard for guest satisfaction at this establishment. I vehemently discourage anyone from staying at this resort and advise seeking alternative accommodations in Lonavala to avoid a similarly distressing experience.

It is a beautiful place. The staff is courteous and food is excellent .We wanted everything extra mild and they ***aged it perfectly. It is unbelievable that there is such a divine place so close from Mumbai and Pune. Well done Treasure Island. Keep it up.

They were having special bad rooms for RCI bookings. There were no nonsmoking rooms. They were having leakage on walls from upper bathroom. Smoking smell plus bathroom leakage smell made our holiday horrible. Due to this we checked out early. Is there any way to get refund & some penalty for resort?

The breakfast is really good and rooms are clean and standard. The games room was really nice, it had table tennis, carrom and Ludo. Was perfect for my family. We also ate at the cafe, very nice pizza and pasta.

This property is a classic example of perfect planning but poor execution. Rooms with Balcony are spacious, property is well spread, pool and dome area is very nice. But unfortunately the game zone is in pretty bad shape and so are the rooms. Cafe at the turf is a beautiful spot for photos, unfortunately the prices are comparatively high and therefore not much crowd. Entire property is pure veg, without any alcohol, so keep that in mind before booking. There are ***y dhabas in vicinity though.

I had earlier read reviews about the resort, but thought of visiting it as it was only resort near Ekvira Devi ***dir. We reached their late so we didn't get lunch, we had to do it snacks which was pathetic...they charge Rs.500 for pizza...our local street pizza wala makes better pizza than that we received. Next morning we wanted to dip in the swimming pool but the water was not clean and ***y places there was green algae. Next day morning breakfast was ok. The price did not justify the facilities provided.

Excellent Place to visit One of the best resort in Lonavala It is a beautiful place where everyone feel secure and enjoy the piece, Had good memories and enjoyed 5 days a lot property is very nice and maintained and it was neat and clean and staff is extremely good and helpful specially Uzair....In house restaurant food was very nice.....Lagoon Villa is the heart of this resort with private pool and another huge swimming pool at middle of Resort....enough parking space....indoor games for kids, perfect for family nd friends, specially for couples...enjoyed a lot we enjoyed turf also with best music and songs

An all veg resort with swimming pool and ground plus one set up. The place is big enough and has ample parking, but on weekends it can get a bit cramped up. The resort has multiple room types and we opted for the suite. It had a living room with sofa cum bed, a bedroom of equivalent size and a big bathroom. It can smell a bit musky during rainy season and not much view is available from ground floor. But rooms we decently big and comfortable. The pool area was nice, and they hosted some sort of event with music. A lucky couple would be awarded candle light dinner. We skipped this part, so can't comment as to how it was. Food was all veg, but alright. Breakfast had ***y varieties from dosas to pancakes. They wrap up by 10:30 am. Good place if you want to just relax from hustle and bustle of the city

Its an amazing place to chill out with family. We got to workout in the gym play Table tennis with my people and food was amazing. Very professional people. Uzair was the representative who was very helpfull in getting the booking done.
