Chambre basique avec peu d'équipements pour 2 nuits. 900 $ est un montant exorbitant pour une chambre basique sans vue. 500 $ auraient été plus que suffisants pour ce que nous avons eu.

Service was good. Managed to get a room before standard check in time. Nice view from the room.

I would definitely stay here again. The staff were amazing and the pool area was fantastic especially the outdoor spa.

Wonderful stay, clean comfortable grand suites , loved the breakfast buffet with extra things offered there than what is usually available in other similar hotel chains. Felt every thing were somewhat grander but well kept and clean ,even though the interiors looked little dated

Great facility, great location, it would be a great stay but your receptionist Ramy has ruined it at the time of the check in. A great thanks to your reservation team who is able to solve the problem whin a few minutes.

the staff were not aware of their hotel and surrounding areas- i was sent in the wrong direction and no one mention my sons special birthday despite saying something three times it really wasn’t the right hotel

Paid to make up the room but the housekeeper just came in to close the curtain and left, might be got an emergency call but never came back. Called the front desk to request but the attitude of the staff is rude.

The star will always be a nice hotel to stay in, unfortunately the housekeeping staffs need to be better trained and more diligent in there work.
