Je vous présente mes plus sincères excuses pour la gêne et la frustration que vous avez ressenties lors de votre visite. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d'apprendre les nombreux problèmes rencontrés, notamment la lumière clignotante de la salle de bain, l'absence de climatiseur à votre arrivée et la poussière retrouvée sur la couette. De plus, il est inacceptable que votre chambre n'ait pas été nettoyée pendant deux jours et que vos préoccupations aient été traitées avec indifférence à votre départ. Nous sommes loin du niveau de service et de propreté que nous souhaitons vous offrir, et nous comprenons votre déception. Nous regrettons également que l'emplacement de l'hôtel et le parking n'aient pas répondu à vos attentes. Si de nombreux clients apprécient la situation en hauteur avec vue sur le lac et les montagnes, nous sommes conscients que l'accessibilité peut ne pas convenir à tous.
