« L'hygiène laisse à désirer : cheveux sur le sol de la salle de bain et sur l'oreiller, et la poussière sur le cadre du tableau n'a pas été essuyée depuis au moins un mois ! J'ai demandé au personnel de l'accueil à quelle heure il était possible d'enregistrer les bagages à l'aéroport, et la personne m'a répondu de demander moi-même. En tant que personnel de service, je pense qu'il aurait été tout à fait possible de se renseigner auprès de l'aéroport et d'informer le client ! J'ai toujours réservé l'hôtel Yuexiang pour mes amis, et c'est ma première fois ici. Le service est bien en deçà de celui de Yunxiang ! Les points positifs sont que c'est un hôtel d'aéroport, pratique pour prendre l'avion, et on peut enregistrer ses bagages directement à l'hôtel. »

« Nous avons adoré l'hôtel et son emplacement. Les draps étaient excellents, l'établissement était très propre et la chambre était équipée d'une bouilloire, de chaussons, de gel douche et de shampoing. Les transferts depuis et vers l'hôtel ont été organisés à un horaire qui nous convenait parfaitement. L'attente à l'aéroport n'a pas excédé 15 minutes. La cuisine des restaurants avoisinants était délicieuse. Finalement, nous avons trouvé que la cuisine sichuanaise était notre préférée parmi toutes les cuisines chinoises. »

« When flying from Moscow to Nha Trang, I had a transfer to Chengdu. I was sure that the airline had booked a room for me at the time of the transfer. But no one met me and couldn't help me find a representative and literally by mistake I got to this Derunda hotel in Chengdu. The hotel staff tried very hard to help me, explaining that I do not have a reservation from the air carrier and if I want to stay, I have to pay. I didn't have enough cash, and the card doesn't work in China, I was confused. But one girl working in a hotel showed special kindness to me and great patience to help. I used the translation app and my kind heart. She helped me calm down and find the right solution. My daughter booked a room online at this hotel and paid for it with a card also online. Thus, I was able to spend time comfortably in this hotel, very beautiful and cozy, a beautiful room, and an incredibly large and comfortable bed allowed me to sleep after a long flight. I was also provided with a transfer to the airport from the hotel. Thank you very much to the hotel and, especially, Pan Jing. This is my savior's girlfriend ❤️ »

« J'ai fini par devoir faire une escale légère. Cet hôtel était magnifique sur les photos en ligne et avait de bonnes critiques. Et je l'ai choisi à cause de cela et de la navette aéroport.
À mon arrivée, j'ai appelé la navette dans les 20 minutes. Elle était arrivée à la sortie treize du hall des arrivées internationales de l'aéroport.
Je dirai qu'il faut environ 30 minutes en navette pour arriver à l'hôtel, mais une fois arrivé, c'est une chambre très bien aménagée, même pour une chambre plus petite, avec de belles finitions.
À mon arrivée, j'ai reçu une boîte de lait et de pain que je ne voulais pas vraiment, mais j'ai été très reconnaissant de cette considération.
J'ai vu une salle de sport sur la propriété, mais j'étais trop fatigué pour y aller. L'agencement de la propriété est très agréable.
Et j'adore le jardin devant le bureau, très joli »
