« L'hygiène laisse à désirer : cheveux sur le sol de la salle de bain et sur l'oreiller, et la poussière sur le cadre du tableau n'a pas été essuyée depuis au moins un mois ! J'ai demandé au personnel de l'accueil à quelle heure il était possible d'enregistrer les bagages à l'aéroport, et la personne m'a répondu de demander moi-même. En tant que personnel de service, je pense qu'il aurait été tout à fait possible de se renseigner auprès de l'aéroport et d'informer le client ! J'ai toujours réservé l'hôtel Yuexiang pour mes amis, et c'est ma première fois ici. Le service est bien en deçà de celui de Yunxiang ! Les points positifs sont que c'est un hôtel d'aéroport, pratique pour prendre l'avion, et on peut enregistrer ses bagages directement à l'hôtel. »

« Because we were going to land at Chengdu Tianfu Airport at 10 p.m., we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport that offered airport pick-up service and a small breakfast (bread and milk). Communication with the hotel was quite good. We were picked up on time, with a spacious vehicle, and they also picked up two more people near the MRT station. The drive to the hotel was very winding, uphill, and there were no streetlights, so it was pretty dark—we relied entirely on the car’s headlights. At first it felt a bit scary, but after about 15 minutes we arrived at the lobby for check-in. It turned out that the lobby was only for checking in; to get to the rooms we had to be driven again. Since it was late and there wasn’t enough lighting, the driver escorted us right to the front of our room. After a one-minute walk, we reached the door, turned on the lights, and we absolutely loved the room. There was 1 double bed and 1 single bed, plenty of power outlets, a separate toilet and shower, clean, tidy, no odor, a kettle, complete toiletries, and a heating AC that made us sleep very well. In the morning it was drizzling a bit, and outside it turned out to be really beautiful. This hotel is really great. If it weren’t so far from the city, I would want to stay longer. But if I go to Chengdu again, I will definitely stay longer at this hotel—first to visit the Panda Base and Dujiangyan, then afterwards return to the city. Because the distance from this hotel to Chengdu city is about 1 hour by Didi. But if you only need a short stay for an early flight, it’s highly recommended »

Elle m'a aidé à se calmer et à trouver la solution appropriée. Ma fille a réservé une chambre en ligne à cet hôtel et a payé pour elle avec une carte en ligne. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très grand et très confortable, et un lit très grand et confortable m'a permis de dormir après un long vol. Les transferts depuis et vers l'hôtel ont été organisés à un horaire qui nous convenait parfaitement. L'attente à l'aéroport n'a pas excédé 15 minutes. La cuisine des restaurants avoisinants était délicieuse. Finalement, nous avons trouvé que la cuisine sichuanaise était notre préférée parmi toutes les cuisines chinoises. »
