Le séjour a été très agréable. L'hôtel met gratuitement à votre disposition une voiture de fonction pour vous récupérer à l'aéroport, ce qui est très pratique. L'hôtel est très bien situé : propre, hygiénique, bien rangé et calme. L'expérience globale est très confortable. Le service de la réception et du chauffeur est également excellent. Je recommande !

Excellent service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I don't speak Chinese so we communicated with wechat which translates for me. I needed some extra toilet paper and this was sent to the room almost immediately by robot service. I was at the hotel for 12 hours as a stopover between flights while in transit and I had no complaints. All my requests were handled quickly and efficiently. I will be going to TFU again and this hotel is absolutely wonderful for my needs. I photographed the breakfast that was available in the buffet section.

La réceptionniste a été très serviable ; elle m'a même ajoutée sur WeChat pour organiser mon transfert, car je n'avais pas de numéro de téléphone chinois. Le chauffeur, M. Li, était également très aimable et s'est assuré que j'étais bien arrivée à destination. Le service attentionné de l'hôtel m'a fait me sentir, en tant que voyageuse, vraiment la bienvenue. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, et pour un hôtel de chaîne, c'était le plus agréable où j'aie jamais séjourné. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Positive - Overall a very nice hotel with spacious/luxurious rooms and ideal location if you are in transit or need to be close to the airport - Breakfast was amazing (11/10) - There is a nice (bit more western) cafe (open until 21:00 I think) and a supermarket - The facilities such as the swimming pool (make sure to check opening hours!) and the fitness are a big bonus! Very nice and tidy. Negative - Difficult communication with hotel people. 1) They did not find my booking and acted like they did not know trip.com (?!) even though in the hotel room itself there was an advertisment on trip.com (lol). 2) They also told me that swimming was not included in my reservation and I had to pay extra. I had to reach out to trip.com and luckily everything got sorted because it should have been included… Shout out to the customer service of trip.com who resolved this matter quicky and professionally 3) I got a smoking room even though I reserved a non smoking. But honestly at this point and due to high difficulty of communication you have to choose your battles. (I think the issues summed up were due to the fact that they did not find my reservation…) 4) When I wanted to ask where the swimming pool was (since no english speaking people you did not really get information on these things - you have to figure it out yourself), some people were cutting the line and even when I just let it be and waited patiently another person just moved me aside. Hotel people did nothing but honestly this was the least issue of all. 5) at the end of my trip they were probably were so fed up with this foreigner (aka me) that they were not friendly at the check out. - Very bad wifi (you maybe can check your emails or use basic apps but the network is weak protected).

Pour être tout à fait honnête, cet hôtel se trouve à Jianyang, donc assez excentré par rapport au centre-ville de Chengdu et loin de toute attraction touristique. C'est pourquoi il n'obtient que 3 étoiles pour son emplacement (par rapport à Chengdu). Alors, à vos vélos ! Le petit-déjeuner est très simple : petits pains, porridge et quelques spécialités locales. Comptez environ 20 minutes. Une légère odeur de fumée flottait dans l'air de ma chambre en entrant, mais étant un homme voyageant seul, cela ne m'a pas dérangé. J'ai choisi Jianyang car je n'y passais qu'une nuit et je souhaitais découvrir un Chengdu différent de celui que j'avais connu il y a près de 25 ans ! Cet hôtel est situé sur les rives de la rivière Tuo. Vous pourrez observer la vie locale et vous détendre le soir si vous le souhaitez. Côté restauration, vous trouverez facilement de quoi vous restaurer. Je recommande la visite du musée public de la rue Yun-Yu pour en apprendre davantage sur l'histoire de Jianyang, puis une halte au petit restaurant voisin qui vend de la soupe d'agneau ; je l'ai trouvée excellente. Apparemment, Jianyang est la ville d'origine de la légende de la soupe d'agneau ? Ne vous attendez pas à quelque chose d'extraordinaire, juste un endroit agréable (qui ressemble à un quartier résidentiel) pour se détendre. Je pense que Jianyang est parfait pour une excursion d'une journée et une petite balade, et cet hôtel est tout à fait convenable. En plus, il n'est pas cher. N'oubliez pas d'utiliser le service de navette gratuit après votre réservation ! À bientôt !

Le personnel de l'hôtel a essayé de me aider très dur, expliquant que je n'ai pas de réservation de la compagnie aérienne et si je veux rester, je dois payer. Mais une fille qui travaillait dans un hôtel m'a montré une gentillesse particulière et une grande patience pour m'aider. J'ai utilisé l'app de traduction et mon cœur aimable. Elle m'a aidé à se calmer et à trouver la solution appropriée. Ma fille a réservé une chambre en ligne à cet hôtel et a payé pour elle avec une carte en ligne. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très grand et très confortable, et un lit très grand et confortable m'a permis de dormir après un long vol. Merci beaucoup à l'hôtel et, surtout, à Pan Jing.

L'environnement était agréable, avec une cour intérieure. Le service de navette était également bon, mais une odeur étrange s'est dégagée dès que j'ai ouvert la porte. La cour en contrebas était bruyante très tôt le matin, à cause des travaux et des conversations à voix haute. La veille au soir, j'avais vu un panneau « Ne pas déranger » dans la chambre et je l'avais accroché à la poignée de porte pour signaler au personnel d'entretien que quelqu'un était présent et qu'il ne fallait pas entrer. Or, le lendemain matin, vers 9 h, nous avons été réveillés par les coups forts et insistants du personnel d'entretien. À peine nous nous sommes-nous levés pour voir ce qui se passait qu'ils ont défoncé la porte, nous faisant sursauter. Franchement, que fait votre hôtel ? La direction est-elle aussi désorganisée ? Les clients n'ont même pas encore quitté la chambre et vous ne prévenez même pas le personnel d'entretien avant de défoncer la porte si tôt le matin ! Est-ce normal ? Les clients séjournant dans les hôtels près de l'aéroport sont soit des voyageurs qui prennent un vol le lendemain, soit des personnes qui arrivent tard le soir, comme nous. Vous n'avez aucun sens du service ni du respect ? Il n'y a aucune intimité. On avait verrouillé la porte, et ils l'ouvraient quand ça leur chantait. Quelle horreur ! J'avais pourtant bien accroché un panneau « Ne pas déranger » à la poignée la veille, mais ils n'en ont rien fait. Je suis furieuse. J'étais à moitié endormie, et j'ai été réveillée par ces coups bruyants et par le personnel de ménage qui faisait irruption. Je suis sans voix.

Because we were going to land at Chengdu Tianfu Airport at 10 p.m., we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport that offered airport pick-up service and a small breakfast (bread and milk). Communication with the hotel was quite good. We were picked up on time, with a spacious vehicle, and they also picked up two more people near the MRT station. The drive to the hotel was very winding, uphill, and there were no streetlights, so it was pretty dark—we relied entirely on the car’s headlights. At first it felt a bit scary, but after about 15 minutes we arrived at the lobby for check-in. It turned out that the lobby was only for checking in; to get to the rooms we had to be driven again. Since it was late and there wasn’t enough lighting, the driver escorted us right to the front of our room. After a one-minute walk, we reached the door, turned on the lights, and we absolutely loved the room. There was 1 double bed and 1 single bed, plenty of power outlets, a separate toilet and shower, clean, tidy, no odor, a kettle, complete toiletries, and a heating AC that made us sleep very well. In the morning it was drizzling a bit, and outside it turned out to be really beautiful. This hotel is really great. If it weren’t so far from the city, I would want to stay longer. But if I go to Chengdu again, I will definitely stay longer at this hotel—first to visit the Panda Base and Dujiangyan, then afterwards return to the city. Because the distance from this hotel to Chengdu city is about 1 hour by Didi. But if you only need a short stay for an early flight, it’s highly recommended

L'expérience hôtelière que j'ai eue cette fois-ci était géniale ! Dès que vous entrez dans le hall, vous pouvez ressentir l’enthousiasme du personnel. L'enregistrement a été rapide et attentionné, et ils ont également aidé à surclasser le type de chambre. La chambre était propre et bien rangée, le style de décoration était simple et élégant, les installations étaient complètes, la literie était douce et confortable et j'ai bien dormi. Le petit-déjeuner propose une grande variété d'options chinoises et occidentales et a bon goût. L'emplacement est également très pratique, et il est facile de manger et de faire du shopping. Je choisirai ici la prochaine fois !
