The location is good. Rooms looks good from a distance. Look closer... Bathrooms are a 2-3 out of 5. Carpet is dark but was dirty when I got in here. When I put my feet on the bed there's stuff that stuck to my feet so I will not go barefoot in here. There was a dark hair on top of the bed. There's no safe in the rooms. They brag about the 'private pool' in the rooms but it's just an older Jacuzzi bathtub. Looking at the yellowed jets, there's no way I would go in it. The welcome gift when we came was an 8 ounce carton of milk and two individual packages of cookies. Look at the photos. The light has bugs in it and is burned out. Look at the two towels/clothes racks. Yuck! The Jacuzzi faucet? No! The walls are really paper thin! I could hear conversations. I needed to rest and there were kids jumping on the beds/ laughing loudly after 10. All afternoon & on both sides of me there were a number of younger adults outside and inside drinking beer and quite loud. When I got back at 9 o'clock, The office was closed and dark and nobody that I could contact about the noise. I was not happy. Very noisy in the bathroom. There's a buzzing and humming noise that goes on and off every couple minutes. Most of the equipment noises are coming through the bathroom window from different machines on the back of the buildings. l also wasn't told this room was on a second story. had to walk upstairs with a bad leg and naturally no other rooms were available on the first floor. There is no solid ”door” to the room. The outside wall is glass windows and a glass sliding door that you get a key to. The sheers are as thin as a pair of nylons. You can see right through them. There's almost no way you can completely close the curtains over the door when you leave, without them being open a little where people can look in. This is certainly not what I would expect from a hotel room when I'm paying this High a price!

Nous avons réservé une suite à deux chambres, une chambre avec un lit queen et l'autre avec quatre lits simples. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine thermale et de deux salles séparées dans la piscine thermale, l'eau coule, alors ne vous inquiétez pas des problèmes de santé. Bien que l'hôtel soit situé dans la banlieue, il y a un supermarché à proximité, et il n'est pas loin du jardin municipal en voiture. Il se sent bien.

I stayed here for two nights in May 2023. The hotel is located on the main street in Rotorua, about a 10-minute walk from the main shopping centre. Just up the road, about a 5-minute walk away, there are a couple of supermarkets. The airport is a 10-minute drive away. The hotel has plenty of parking. The room was very big with a small kitchenette, large bathroom, table and chairs etc. However, the room was showing its age and could do with an upgrade. Unfortunately the room was cold. I had the heating on but, given the size of the room, it took a long time to heat up. It was uncomfortable. There was no extra blanket for the bed. The wifi worked well. The service at the front desk was good. For what I paid, this hotel was good value. However, for my next trip to Rotorua, I would be prepared to pay a bit more for something warmer and more up to date.

Reçoit une bienvenue chaleureuse, une nuit froide et humide, le chaleur s'est ouvert. Vous pouvez voir le vent gagner à nouveau au stade de l'air. Merci de vous avoir fourni ces informations. Sur les installations d'équipement: il semble très vieux. Le dressage est mauvais et un peu sale. Le roue à chaud est défectueux, les fenêtres sont défectueux, donc pas très sûr. Je suis surpris qu'une petite goutte de lait soit encore à payer. Il est peut-être temps de faire un peu d'investissements.

When we booked the cheapest motel we could find for the short stay of two nights, we were not prepared for such an interesting experience. The rooms were scrupulously clean. Top marks for that. Towels changed every day. But oh what a strange place. There are two parts to the motel. We were put in what had once been a very expensive 1950's house converted into motel rooms. Up a very steep staircase, into the room, which has been decorated in what can only be described as someone's idea of art deco come 1950's. We had such fun figuring out what parts of the house had been altered to accommodate our space. The bathroom is very adequate and rather quaint. The toilet stall is housed in what would have been the homes original shower, with all the original pipework covered up by pictures. Access to the bathroom from the bedroom - step onto a mat - check under the mat and start laughing, because the pipework for the original toilet is still there. But hey, it was clean, the rooms large and after all, it's only to sleep in.

The place was nice, but not as exceptional as we expected by others reviews. Things are a little worn in the room we were in. In the morning my wife went to use the spa/hot tub and after filling it with water she turned it on and it spewed out extremely dirty water. Manager said it was because the hotel was old. I disagree. - it simply needed a better cleaning. Use bleach and fill, run and refill the hot tub until it comes out clean. It’s not rocket science. They don’t offer any kind of refund but they did offer us a couple of candy bars and an apology.

Le centre de Wylie était excellent. L'emplacement est idéal pour la ville et le parc des bois rouges. Le personnel était super amical, et il est allé au-dessus et au-dessus pour nous aider à sortir (même avec des bikes!).

Quel grand Motel ( un peu daté ) mais très propre , les réflexes de prix qui , avait tout ce que nous avions besoin , le personnel était très aimable et aménagé , nous avions stock pour nos E Bikes ( qui était très important pour nous ) , le motel était très proche de tout & beaucoup de pistes de vélo , il avait une piscine chauffée , lavabos , etc , nous retournerions certainement & serait hautement recommandé
