J'avais des problèmes pendant mon séjour et presque à la gauche, mais Paul (premier bureau) et Esperanza (agent de nettoyage) ont certainement changé d'esprit sur la réduction de mon séjour. Paul était si étonnant! Il a été très agréable, très agréable et très agréable. Les deux personnes sont vraiment ce que le service clientèle est et elles sont tellement un patrimoine pour cet hôtel. Malheureusement, il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur dans les chambres, la douche n'est guère chaude, la décoration est vieille et dépassée, le restaurant n'est pas ouvert pour le déjeuner ou le dîner et la télévision pourrait utiliser une mise à niveau technique, c'est-à-dire la télévision intelligente.

La chambre était en face du centre-ville. Le train est pire que le train qui frappe leur flûte à 2:45 heures plusieurs matins suivi par le pick-up de décharge à 5:00 heures et le bruit constant des camions de sauvegarde, encore plusieurs matins. Je ne sais pas si l'autre côté du bâtiment ou l'autre bâtiment est mieux, mais au moins vous avez été averti.

Très bon hôtel, très neuf et propre, la conception de la chambre est raisonnable, très grande, pratique pour la Silicon Valley, petit déjeuner américain gratuit, vous pouvez faire des gaufres vous-même, bon rapport qualité/prix

Globalement, je suis très impressionné. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient excellentes et très propres. Le personnel était très courtois. Seul l'expérience négative était avec la télévision. Je n'ai pas eu Chromecast travaillant sur mon iPhone et je suis renoncé après quelques minutes d'essai. Oui, je vais rester ici la prochaine fois.

Hotel is very new. Room is spacious, beds are comfortable, the kitchenette and shower is well equipped with microwave, stove and dishwasher. Our room faces the mountain which was beautiful to wake up to..5 mins to The Great Mall. Breakfast was wonderful with a build your own parfait stall and a fair variety daily. Note that housekeeping is only on alternate days. Would stay here again if I'm in the area.

Love this motel. It’s located just right off of the 880 and you can access the 680 a few miles down Calaveras blvd. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping just a walk across the street. Starlite park is also close by for those parents who have active littles ones or for those who just enjoy getting out to enjoy the sun. The motel has a pop and snack machine located on the first floor. Two washers and dryers located on the second floor and another pop machine on the third floor. They offer grab and go breakfast bags and free coffee in the morning. There is also an outdoor pool and seating area. The price is great for the quality! I definitely recommend!

Short Review: This place is Terrible. Rooms outdated, no housekeeping, self parking is expensive, and no room service/food service, HVAC is Impossible, breakfast food staff closes early, but if you like to get asked on a date by their cooks, you will enjoy the egg station. DONT Stay Here. Long Review: I am a Hilton diamond member and stay at many places throughout the year. My last stay was Feb 2023 here. Prior to the pandemic this place was great. After the pandemic, Absolutely terrible. I stayed for 7 nights. and requested house keeping to which i was informed would only happen on my 4th night. THIS IS WAY DIFFERENT FROM THE EMBASSY SUITES IN WALNUT CREEK 30 MIN AWAY. Note that most Hiltons will provide housekeeping upon request. I was informed that management at each hotel makes this choice. So I waited. on the 4th night, no housekeeping because they forgot. And then the rest of the nights no one was able to get to the room due to staff shortages. Keep in mind, other rooms were completed. The room had cosmetic damage, the washing machines didn't work so I had to take laundry off site, the restaurant didn't deliver room service. All of these amenities are up to hotel management to restore after the pandemic and you can tell that they don't care about their guest experience. I Talked to the front desk manager who said there was nothing she could do about housekeeping, room service, or room issues. All she could offer me was fresh towels and a 20 dollar credit. and in reality its not her fault. Hotel Management above her doesn't care so why should she? I would also like to note that because of the lack of housekeeping the hallways look like one giant trash walkway. People leave old door dash food, room trash, dirty towels and more outside their door for pickup and it DOESNT GET PICKED UP FOR DAYS! Pandemic is over, the rooms are fully booked and while 1 or 2 people leaving trash outside their room was ok in 2020 its not ok when the whole floor smells of trash and dirty towels. Lets Talk about the Room Once you get in, First of all if its winter, the room is BAKING HOT, its because of their ”two pipe system” pretty much Management doesn't care about you, so they aren't going to upgrade their system from 1920 something. so I had to turn off the system (which just meant that hot air would come out a little less forceful from the vent) and open the sliding door to the outside. Lastly, Breakfast is the main feature of any hotel and this place has a full hot breakfast, but good luck kids. I stayed for business, and would meet co-workers for breakfast. Many of our female co-workers were uncomfortable going to the egg station because the cooks kept asking them for dates or drinks. SOO the men had to get the eggs. they close the breakfast at least 30 minutes early so you have to ask the staff for many things like butter, jelly, bagels, hot water etc because they pack all that stuff up early and close the sliding doors to make it look like it

Pour un hôtel 2-star, cela offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour impromptu de nuit - le prix est une fraction de tout autre hôtel de zone, et si vous avez besoin seulement d'une chambre propre et d'un lit, c'est votre place. Le parking est plein, vous devez donc être là avant 8 h, et il n'y a pas grand chose dans le style des équipements, mais pour une chambre propre à un prix abordable, cela convient parfaitement au factur.

Il a été parfaitement amélioré, mais il y a encore beaucoup de crime et une fuss de ceux qui travaillent tard dans la nuit, beaucoup de patrouilles innocentes et beaucoup de gens qui utilisent des drogues pour louer une maison pour n'importe qui et nous savons tous comment finir.
