Le lobby est vraiment très beau ainsi que le bar et les restaurants. Très bel accueil du personnel. Concierge à l'écoute de nos souhaits. Chambre décorée avec goût et spacieuse. Repas au café Saigon correct. Globalement, on se sent comme à la maison, avec un service personnalisé. Nous avons retrouvé l'ambiance de l'hôtel du Palais à Biarritz. Nous reviendrons !

El lugar desde la entrada es espectacular, y acogedor, y con un excelente servicio, Isi en todo momento nos ayudó con recomendaciones y lugares a los cuales ir, justo estuvimos en la fiesta de san Sebastián y nos dieron amenidades para poder disfrutar de la fiesta, la habitación tiene de todo, es hermosa, limpia, y muy cómoda, el desayuno... No tengo palabras para describir lo delicioso que era todo, digno para estrella Michelin, recomiendo el huevo con coliflor asada, y la salsa holandesa que hacen uff, la mesera (no recuerdo su nombre) siempre con una muy agradable y bonita actitud ... GRACIAS GRACIAS GRACIAS a todo el equipo de Nobu, hicieron que mi visita a Donostia fuera inolvidable, volveré cada que pueda sin duda !

Cet hôtel est un excellent auberge. Il est propre, ils offrent des choix de petit déjeuner très agréables dans le cadre de la réservation. Les lave-linge sont très propres, les douches fonctionnent également très bien. Ils soulignent la nécessité de conserver l'eau et d'utiliser du papier toilette recyclé. Le personnel est vraiment excellent. À chaque occasion que j'ai parlé à quelqu'un, ils étaient super, même quand ils sont occupés. J'ai séjourné ici deux fois. En 2017 après une promenade de Camino, et en 2020. Il reste le meilleur endroit que j'ai séjourné. Ils ont une belle zone de patio, vous pouvez acheter une bière à la réception si vous vous plaisez, et le supermarché est à l'angle. La plage est à quelques minutes (comme le Camino).

Ubicación estratégica, situado frente al Kursaal y la playa de Zurriola; al costado del casco viejo y la playa de la Concha; ubicado en una peatonal con varios locales gastronómicos en los alrededores y en un barrio cómodo y agradable para vacacionar. A 10 minutos a pie de la estación de bus. El hotel es costoso teniendo en consideración que no ofrece desayuno ni atención las 24hs. (brinda café de 9 a 21hs.), aunque es sabido que el país vasco, en líneas generales, es caro. El personal es muy amable y la habitación está en correctas condiciones. El baño es un poco justo pero cumple su función; la presión de la ducha es buena. El lugar era limpio, cómodo y tranquilo. Hay estacionamiento enfrente por la suma de 24 euros diarios, aunque se puede estacionar perfectamente en la vía pública y no hacer uso del parking. En definitiva, al margen de que la relación precio-calidad no se condice, es una buena opción para aloj**** en San Sebastián.

I spent two and a half days and three nights at this establishment. I can’t think of anything else they could have done to make my stay more pleasant. The reception by Paul was wonderful. He was polite, understanding and well explained all the amenities that came with the stay. The studio unit was clean, and well appointed with fresh linen, towels and bottled water. There is no AC which is quite common, but the unit was equipped with two powerful, adjustable fans, and the windows opened slightly for fresh air. The hotel is a 50 yards or so from train tracks serving the local station. Trains run periodically during the day but diminish as the evening approaches. The location is a short walk to Old Town San Sebastián where one can experience plenty of enjoyable night life and the crowds are not a problem, as there are plenty of restaurants and bars. All in all, a nice stay for my first visit to San Sebastián.

C'est le quartier de Gros, mais la position est très bonne, car je peux arriver dans la vieille ville à 10 minutes à pied! Quand je suis fatigué lors de mon voyage au bar, je peux retourner à l'hôtel dormir un peu. C'est moins cher que l'hôtel dans la vieille ville, j'ai mangeé beaucoup de choses, donc marcher là-bas est une bonne chose pour moi. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants et de bars autour de l'hôtel, même si c'est très enthousiaste la nuit, donc même les femmes seules ne doivent pas s'inquiéter de la sécurité. L'hôtel est très grand, propre, vraiment très confortable. Les installations sont des dents, des bouteilles et des couches de papier, et une bouteille d'eau n'est bue que le premier jour. La pression de l'eau dans le réservoir est forte, la puissance du ventilateur est forte, ce qui est très élevé. Le seul défaut est que le réfrigérateur n'est pas... Les récepteurs de l'hôtel sont également très agréables, c'est une fête très agréable. C'est un très bon hôtel. Si je reviens à Saint-Sebastian, je m'occuperai de vous!

Our experience unfortunatly didn’t match the comments we could read on Tripadvisor. First of all the hotel is situated next to train rails. Even with the windows closed you can hear the train and they pass by now and then including early in the morning. If you don‘t like to wake up listening to a train passing by, you may reconsider. Just google-map the hotel and pay attention to how close the rails are… The walls inside are pretty thin too. Being a family with 2 small children we were the ones that sometimes were doing some noise even if we were trying to pay attention to be as quiet as possible. One of the other clients, who complained a bit, qualified them of „paper walls“. Our daughter got sick towards the end of our holidays. We asked for advise at the reception for a pediatrician. We were sent to a place that doesn‘t have a pediatric department, since a while it seems, and doesn‘t take emergencies. It was a nice trip to this „hospital“ with a child who was sick… anyway this can happen… One day our room wasn‘t done, just because we were in the room when they passed and they just pass „once“. No luck… What I couldn‘t tolerate was the situation with the parking… the hôtel has an arrangement with some parking… given that we were staying few days (5 nights) they gave us 2 tickets. One for 3 days and one for 2 days. It seems that a single ticket for 5 days didnt exist (max is 3 days). I make it short we ended up paying almost 2x the parking… exactly 57 eur on top of what was initially arranged because of some „not adequate“ handling on my side with the 2 tickets. I got 0 explanation from the hôtel in this regard before and having to move the car during the night for an emergency (my daughter again), I had no choice to pay to use the car and thought I would arrange the obvious with the hôtel the next day. The only thing I got from them is a „Lo siento“, I am sorry… no refund of what I paid extra, although they fully understood what went wrong. Let’s cash in on all fronts… Hey what’s the problem…. That‘s about how much they care about clients… what an experience. This left me in disbelief. They have some coffee and cake in the hall, that’s nice, but it doesn‘t make up for the rest. With this money (price of the room, which is relatively expensive for what you get, not talking about the additional parking rip off…) you will probably find something better in San Sebastián. Big disappointment, and a big waste of precious time and holidays. My advise? Clearly, don‘t stop there… Lo siento

Le meilleur endroit pour l'hôtel est de pouvoir garer gratuitement. La chambre est très propre, l'eau chaude est particulièrement abondante, la pression de l'eau est très élevée, le bain est très confortable. La ville n'est pas grand, il est également proche de la plage. L'attitude de service des petits garçons de la réception de l'hôtel est très bonne.
