We stayed twice at the hotel during our visit to Chile. Rooms are adequate and as expected. The people are the best and so helpful just great. Even if your Spanish is wanting you will be served well; and if a misunderstanding occurs, it will we rectified. The hotel is in an interesting neighborhood and close to the Metro. One important issue: there are no sign to indicate that you are at the hotel; apparently the neighborhood building code does not permit it. Be reassured the address is correct, you just have to cross what looks like a bicycle parking lot for ubereats or grubbhubs…An alternative is Romero 2828 during daylight.

4,5/5,00 Le Best Western Station Central est un excellent hôtel. Il dispose de chambres larges et est très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est servi jusqu'à 10 heures et est bien fatigué, avec des variétés de fruits, céréales, pains, froids, œufs et la langue. Les employés sont bien réceptifs et attentifs. Ils offrent un petit-déjeuner (sache de café, thé, fruits, sandwich, yogurt) pour vous permettre de prendre le jour des excursions, demandez jusqu'à 21h à la réception. La région n'est pas vraiment bonne, mais l'hôtel dispose de sécurités de disposition si vous devez attendre un uber ou un taxi de la face extérieure. Il était très calme de demander des voitures d'application pendant la journée et pendant la nuit. Près de l'hôtel il ya une station de Turbus (station Alameda) et il a un métro de l'autre côté de la rue

Le service est très bon, vous avez un personnel anglais qui est très rare au Chili + nous avons eu une demande de bagages qui a été remplie et bien pris en charge ! Nous vous recommandons également de prendre en charge la vibe standard.

We flew into Santiago on an overnight flight and used booking to stay for our first night. Arrived at the airport and needed to WhatsApp the hotel to arrange for a complimentary ride. It’s 10 mins away and the shuttle was new and clean. We attempted to check in a little early @ noon, but we’re told if we wanted to check in before 3PM we would be charged an extra 1/2 day rate. We decided to wait. After having a coffee I spoke to the front desk @ 2PM and they agreed to check us in early (I assume it’s because the hotel was extremely quiet and they had ample space/rooms). The hotel is clean, but quite a ways off the beaten path. Not sure how safe the area is as the hotel is gated with a wire fence and looks desolate and a little prison-like. Also, the hotel seems newer, but the walls are super thin and a little noisy because of this. Breakfast was very good and Lorenzo was helpful at the front desk.

This is based on two stays / two rooms a week apart. This hotel is substantially better than the one at the airport. Bed was comfortable and a/c is strong. Wifi good throughout the hotel. Water pressure excellent, although the water smells so chlorinated as to be pool water. The room was clean, but they need to change their mopping chemicals. There is a slippery residue throughout the room which is really noticeable if your feet are wet. Breakfast was a travesty. Buffet with no alternative. Scrambled eggs, toast, very few pastries, fruit, and cereal. That’s it. Coffee machine wasn’t working (gasp). It was free, though, maybe. The staff wasn’t actually sure. Transfer from the airport is on request and free. Send flight details ahead of time and your driver will arrange pickup via WhatsApp. Transfer back is only on the hour, but you can pay $20 for your own five minute taxi if you want. Reception staff speaks English. But no one else did (including restaurant / bar staff). The hotel doesn’t accept any cash payments. The price is reasonable and offsets the above problems. I would stay here again for a layover. The hotel is not suitable for a city visit.
