My husband and I spent 4 nights at the Art Hotel. We would highly recommend this place to stay and this village for anyone wanting a great experience in Santorini. The front desk staff- Fernando and Eli and George, the bartender are so friendly and amiable. Breakfast was served as room service style, delivered to your balcony and food was great!

It was a beautiful hotel. Small-so not many people- and spacious! Awesome views and pool. A short walk to town and bus line. Front desk was extremely helpful in guiding us on Santorini telling us about Crete. Their guidance was spot on!

Had the most enjoyable 10 day break at this fabulous hotel . We had 2 rooms both of which were great in their own way especially the room with the infinity pool with the most amazing views . The breakfasts bought to your room were tasty . Lots of choice and nothing was too much trouble for the staff . A special thanks to Fragkiskos on the front desk who was very friendly, professional and so helpful with suggestions on where to eat and visit and sorting out transport etc .. it’s on a quiet location but the restaurants are only a short walk away and well worth the visit. My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the Art Hotel. Our room ( Nest 4) was outstanding with a private pool.and beautiful view. Breakfast was brought to us every morning on time and could order whatever you wished. All.the staff were welcoming and helpful in every way, and always had a smile on their face. Nothing was too much trouble. This hotel is in a perfect place to explore Santorini. Note this is a quiet hotel which we loved but is not for anyone wanting to party all day/night. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing accommodation! I travelled alone and I needed relaxing holidays, so it was very important to find safe, and quiet place: exactly what ArtHotel is! Staff (especially reception staff 🩷) were absolutely amazing, genuinely cared and very helpful: from booking taxis and tours, recommending restaurants, to chatting about everyday life in Santorini! Very patient and nothing was too much bother! Rooms were very clean and equipped in everything I needed. Breakfasts, served at the balcony: delicious! Wide choice of food and drinks, fresh and filling. Located 10 min slow walk from Pyrgos village (small incline) felt safe to walk there and back after dark, in quieter part of the island, with lower land behind the hotel, its possible to watch a sunset from just outside. Strongly recommending!

We received a warm welcome and to our surprise we have been upgraded to a suite with infinity pool. The staff were helpful to our queries. It has a little shop, the town was only less than 10 minute walk where you also can get the bus going to different places. Choices of restaurants for food, coffee shops and bakery. The hotel is quiet which what you just need after a day of buzzing around.

Much attention to show and appearance, but not substance. Large amount of talk and what sounds good, but not follow through. Management and staff didn’t do as they said they would. No follow through and with poor results. Hotel was worn, not maintained and many items broken and not functioning. Fixtures and fittings broken. Dirty linens, bedding and pillows on arrival. Housekeeping took towels, hand towels and washcloths, but didn’t replace. Personnel promised to replenish amenities, but didn’t. Breakfast was always incorrect and never as ordered. Bar was closed and never opened. Staff was only mildly interested in the problems, with no attempt to correct. Hotel charges high rates, but worse than a low end budget hotel.

The view from Birds eye apartment from our balcony/hot tub was stunning over looking old town and the islands. Close walk to old town with lovely restaurants. Make sure you walk up to the highest point as restaurants will over look Fira and Oia. The receptionists were amazing as friendly and helpful - Mr Fragkiskos and Ms Vaso
