First, they made us check in at 16.30. and when we entered the room we had a great shock because the room had nothing to do with the photos on the site the room was very bad in every way There were sun loungers and a pool in the restaurant. It's not nice to see people on the sunbed while eating. The only thing we were satisfied with in the hotel was the food and the waiters. every other şwy was so bad a room with no view and a strange hotel I definitely do not recommend

An amazing unique hotel in a great part of Santorini . Built into caves down the cliff side we had Amazing views across the caldera without the crowds experienced in OIA. The Customer service we received from Marie, Mariana and team was absolutely exceptional - check in was seamless and nothing was too much trouble for them from tracking down lost luggage to arranging in room Beaty treatments and booking dinners & drivers for us . Highly recommended

Truly magnificent hotel . The room , food , views , customer service at its best . Effie is a wonderful Manager she can arrange anything for you in no time . We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor heated pool and the spacious villa . God willing want to go there again . The best in Santorini.

Me and my friends had such a good time! The view was breathtaking, everyone was so friendly and kind and we also had amazing food! The rooms were as expected and better! We will definitely come back again!!

Wow!!! The room was incredible, the coolest room I have every stayed in and we travel a lot!! The hospitality from Effie and everyone at the front desk was incredible! The triple pained infinity pool and view are unreal! We will come back and stay here and be telling our friends about this hidden gem! The bar is set so high now from this resort it will be hard to go back to our “regular” 5-star resorts in the states! Thank you Kivitos Santorini team!!!

Must-visit. This hotel is the stylish and more exclusive sister hotel of Kivotos Mykonos. Facilities: An infinity swimming pool made of glass. Sufficient loungers and seating options. Spa. Rooms: Each suite and villa is grand (spacious and stately) with unique interiors and lavish features. Top facilities and ample amenities. Everything you can think of, need, wish (any special amenities in the suite or villa i.e., personal trainer, yacht charter, helicopter flights), is arranged for you. One of the best and most extensive minibars we have seen in a hotel room: cabinets with sweet and savoury snacks, soft drinks and alcohol, water, sweets, coffee, and tea making facilities, etc. There are several minibars per room (small kitchenettes): one on each floor. There is a large stocked SMEG fridge in the villa. Minibars are refilled every day. There is also a separate fridge with wines and champagnes (in the honeymoon suite near the jacuzzi, handy). There are several bathrooms, toilets and showers in the suites and villa. Large dressing rooms with lots of storage space. There is a desk and many sockets, so it is convenient to work from a distance. SONOS sound system to play music in all the rooms. Different suite lighting scenarios based on your favourite colour. The rooms have a makeup table and large mirrors. There is a lounge and dining area for in-room dining. The massage therapists are real artists (customized in-room treatment in the Kivotos Villa). There is also a balcony hidden in the Villa with views on Skaros Rock. The honeymoon suite and Kivotos Villa each have a staircase with private access to the poolside sun terrace. Exclusive feeling and living in this hotel. We received a welcome drink, snacks, complementary bottle of wine, fresh flowers, personal letter from the hotel manager in the room upon your arrival. We felt very safe here: There is a safe in the room and villa.
