C'est un super hôtel pour moi. Tout le personnel est un bon service. Breakfadt a un excellent goût et la taille de la chambre est grande. Une autre chose qui me fait aimer ici, c'est un robot de livraison, j'ai demandé de l'eau potable et un réceptionniste m'a été livré par Robot !!! J'aime tellement ça. Ici, la plupart des membres du personnel ne parlent pas anglais, mais ce n'est pas un problème du tout, car le personnel utilise toujours Google Translate avec vous pour s'assurer que nous comprenons correctement. Je reviendrai ici pour mon prochain voyage.

IInvitéL’hôtel est très bien situé. Le service est top, et les chambres sont bien équipées. Les points a améliorer, mettre de quoi accrocher les serviettes dans la salle de bain et aussi le ménage qui est fait un peu à l’arrache. En 3 nuits, le lit n’a pas été fait une seule fois (je parle de faire le lit et non de changer les draps). En somme, super hotel avec très rapport qualité prix.

IInvitéLa chambre est propre et confortable. L'hôtel est bien placé et propose des navettes pour Disneyland et l'aéroport (à réserver en avance pour l'aéroport). L'énorme point positif est le personnel, qui est très gentil et serviable, ils aident à monter les valises, répondent aux questions et sont arrangeants. Je recommande fortement.

WWutongliLe personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant. Sachant que nous voyagions avec notre bébé, ils ont même eu la délicate attention de nous offrir des jouets et des produits de toilette adaptés. Nous avions réservé une chambre familiale, et notre bébé était ravi de trouver des jeux de construction et une tente à sa disposition. L'hôtel étant assez récent, les installations et la propreté sont très satisfaisantes. Le petit-déjeuner offre un choix varié, et j'ai d'ailleurs remarqué qu'il y avait beaucoup de clientèle internationale pendant les repas.
Le seul petit bémol concerne l'insonorisation de la chambre, qui n'était pas optimale. Cependant, cela n'a pas été un problème pour nous, car notre bébé, épuisé par ses journées de jeux, s'endormait aussitôt après sa toilette. L'hôtel propose également un service de navette desservant plusieurs arrêts. Bien que nous n'ayons pas eu l'occasion de l'utiliser cette fois-ci, nous avons trouvé cette attention très appréciable.

CcoaltrollLe prix est largement justifié, surtout compte tenu de l'emplacement. Concernant les chambres, ce que l'on voit est ce que l'on obtient. Je n'ai pas demandé beaucoup de services, mais le personnel semblait extrêmement gentil et respectueux ; je ne doute pas qu'ils feraient de leur mieux. Le seul problème concerne les murs fins, ce qui permet d'entendre facilement les autres et de se faire entendre, mais vu le prix et l'emplacement, je suis surpris que ce soit le seul reproche. Étonnamment, les toilettes sont également superbes : belle vue, siège chauffant, bidet, papier toilette souvent nettoyé et renouvelé, etc. Très bien. Je reviendrai certainement ici lors de mon prochain séjour à Shanghai.

J'avais réservé une chambre spéciale, mais ils m'ont heureusement surclassée, me permettant ainsi un séjour plus spacieux. Les installations étaient propres et le personnel sympathique, j'ai donc passé un séjour confortable ! Le paysage environnant était également magnifique. 👏

IInvitéHormis un temps anormalement long (+20 minutes) au moment du check-in, une histoire sans fin de carte Visa internationale qui ne passe pas au moment du check-out (il suffisait de la passer dans la bonne machine…) et une décoration un vieillotte des années 2000/2010, il faut reconnaitre que cet hôtel est extrêmement bien placé (il est, notamment, directement relié à l’aéroport de Pudong par la ligne 2 de métro) Ses chambres, toutes en étages élevés, sont spacieuses, lumineuses et disposent d’une vue magnifique sur la ville de Shanghai. On s’étonnera, à l’arrivée, de l’absence de kit d’hygiène dans la grande SDB dotée d’une baignoire et d’une douche puissante ainsi que du frigobar totalement vide… mais on oubliera vite ces détails lorsqu’on découvrira le rooftop au 54ème étage, sa grande terrasse et son délicieux brunch à volonté du dimanche matin. Le petit déjeuner, servi dans une salle étriquée, est correct mais sans plus et manque d’originalité. Le personnel, pléthorique, est globalement aimable et courtois (et n’hésite pas à venir sonner à la porte de la chambre à tout moment pour savoir si tout va bien…) Y retournerai-je ? Non ! Pour le même prix (450€ la nuit), il y a mieux à Shanghai…

2202556****J'ai toujours fait confiance à Novotel. Les installations de l'hôtel sont très récentes et le service est rapide. La chambre était propre et le petit déjeuner était très copieux. C'est très pratique pour aller à Disneyland. L'hôtel se charge de venir chercher et déposer les enfants. Si les enfants sont fatigués de jouer la nuit, ils peuvent se rendre directement à la navette de l'hôtel. , ce qui est sûr et pratique. Un merci spécial à sœur Zhang, la guide de la navette qui a récupéré et déposé Disneyland, pour nous avoir aidés à planifier l'itinéraire, ce qui a rendu l'ensemble du voyage rapide, économisant du travail, du temps et de l'argent. L'heure et l'itinéraire de chaque activité sont planifiés de manière très raisonnable, et l'itinéraire peut être modifié de manière flexible en fonction du flux de personnes sur place. Économisons de l'énergie, du temps et de l'argent. C'est l'expérience Disney la plus sans soucis que j'ai jamais vécue. Je reviendrai au Novotel Sichuan et je reviendrai voir sœur Zhang. Je remercie sincèrement sœur Zhang pour son service excellent, chaleureux et attentionné. !

BButiandetangLa chambre est très spacieuse, parfaitement adaptée aux familles avec ses deux grands lits et un canapé-lit, ce qui est bien plus avantageux que de réserver un hôtel. Le vidéoprojecteur de la chambre offre une image très nette. Il y a aussi une petite cour intérieure où l'on peut s'asseoir pour prendre le thé tranquillement quand il ne fait pas trop chaud.
L'emplacement de cet hébergement est extrêmement pratique. L'hôpital Ruijin est accessible à pied, et le musée d'histoire naturelle n'est pas loin, on peut facilement s'y rendre en taxi. Le centre commercial iapm se trouve à seulement 5 à 10 minutes de marche, avec un Uniqlo et le magasin phare Yonex juste à côté. Juste à l'extérieur du quartier, plusieurs petits bistrots dégagent l'ambiance authentique du vieux Shanghai.
Le service de l'hôte est également impeccable : les messages reçoivent une réponse quasi immédiate, et les articles manquants sont livrés très rapidement. Une expérience vraiment excellente !

IInvitéJe recommande fortement au propriétaire de remplacer les portes lors des prochaines rénovations. L'insonorisation est déplorable, à tel point qu'on entend quelqu'un péter dans sa chambre. De plus, le courant d'air fait osciller la porte, comme si quelqu'un la poussait doucement de l'extérieur, comme un timidum. De plus, il y a des moustiques dans la chambre. Si ce ne sont pas des moustiques, ce sont des punaises. Ils ont laissé des boutons rouges. Si je n'avais pas été aussi épuisée à courir partout toute la journée, je n'imagine pas comment j'aurais réussi à passer la nuit.
