This is a very nice hotel, I assume it was recently built: everything looks new (not scratched and dated like in so many other hotels). It's one of the few hotels that offer a mini fridge. The rooms are clean and they do a very good job on a daily basis. At the ground floor there is a convenience store opened 24/7, decent prices for do many things you might need. Then, just outside the hotel there is a proper grocery store Fresh Hippo with great prices for all the things you need. Right next to it there is a Luckin Coffee store for all your coffee needs, and in the same mall there are plenty of other stores for different things. Also there's a Costa Coffee and a KFC nearby. I would definitely come back here, a clean and safe neighborhood in the Hongkou district, a 10 minute walk from the yellow line 3 subway station Chifeng Road.
