A beautiful, quiet, neat inn owned by a kind and hospitable couple. Shangri-La winters can be very cold, the owners ensured maximum warmth with heated flooring, additional heating by providing a heater, blankets, etc. The Inn is situated in the heart of the Ancient Town. The inn is clean, tidy, and above all quiet and tranquil. If I am ever in Shangri-La again I will definitely book this inn.

Excellent location, close to the square but quiet. Some western cafes and bars near by. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms are nice and spacious. The bathroom is clean and roomy. There are many restaurants and supermarkets very close by. We really enjoyed our stay here as the lady running this hotel is very kind and helpful.

My only complaint is that the walls are very thin and it got very noisy one night because of some very rude neighbors. Every night there is also loud music playing in the square next to the guesthouse for dancing that lasts until 9 PM. The lounge area downstairs is also a little messy. However, the rooms are PERFECT 😊 So well designed, cozy, and spacious. I loved coming back to my room to relax and warm up after a long day of sightseeing. For the price, it's really the best place to stay in Shangrila city. It's at the perfect location in the center of the old town, but right around the corner from a street with car access, and just down the hill from Baiji Temple. I was so happy to find this place. One of the managers also gave me her WeChat contact and answered a million questions I had, giving me great advice on how to spend my time. As long as the other guests staying at the hotel are courteous, you'll have a lovely stay for sure!

客棧嘅同事非常熱誠，我哋搵唔到個車地同事專登出嚟帶我哋入去，房間寬敞，床鋪有電暖墊，地板仲有地暖，非常貼心，我哋合共住咗兩晚至離開，非常之推薦比大家。

老闆夫妻兩人都非常的熱情，房間乾淨整潔，裝修看得出來老闆是很有品位的一個人。住了兩個晚上，香格里拉一直下雨，衣服也幹不了，擔心孩子感冒，老闆還提供了油汀。民宿有一個小院子種滿了鮮花，很喜歡這樣寧靜閑適的感覺。很安靜，雖然住的是一樓靠近街道，但是窗子是兩層的，所以睡得很好。關鍵是帶孩子出行，床很寬，住得很舒服。

客棧就在在古城四方街。 很方便。老闆人真好。用三輪車去古城門口幫我們拿行李。 客棧的房間挺大的。尤其是他們的院子 我很喜歡。 白天逛累了。 下午去老闆那裡喝免費的普洱茶。 我們出門遊玩很多不懂的地方老闆忙前忙後的幫我們聯繫包車。 對比了一下比我們自己外面問的要便宜不少。 真的非常好。 值得推薦。

我們第一次來到香格里拉，由於古城裡是石板路拖着行李箱不好走，於是聯繫了老闆幫忙接行李。客棧位於古城四方街附近，離古城北門很近，出去打車也方便。房間舒適，還配備了加濕器，不怕高原乾燥。老闆娘還泡茶給我們喝。離店前跟老闆説了幫忙送行李到北門，老闆爽快答應了

本次雲南之旅最滿意的民宿🏨沒有之一 位置📍：四方街旁邊，在古城去逛街超方便，而且晚上四方街還有藏式廣場舞，特別歡樂，也適合拍照📷 衞生🧹：乾淨整潔，房間有地暖，對於怕冷星人太友好啦，床頻也好舒服，睡的特別好 服務：老闆親自來接我，幫我拿行李，還給我泡茶，免費🆓旅遊路線規劃，我避了好多坑，感謝🙏老闆 還有最最重要的就是我超喜歡民宿的花園，老闆説天氣好時，還會舉行燒烤趴。已經等不及下次休假再來。
