Avis : Lavande International Apartment (Vientiane City West Tower)

Difficulty in checking in, no receptionist to help, we got stuck in the security area. Room seems old Ceiling height on top is quite low.

Went to the address listed on Trip and it was a closed room in a commercial building with a sign hung on the door saying that they were "out for delivery, will be back soon" and a WeChat contact. I added the WeChat but they didn't respond, so I called the property via Trip, then they finally responded. Not really clean (stains on walls, dust on floor, hair in bathroom). It was expensive due to the Qingming Festival holiday... Location was really good though, next to the mixc mall. The English property name on Trip (Lavande) is misleading. It is not "Lavande" (麗枫) but "Dongfeng" (東枫), as printed on their towels. Doesn't seem to be related to the Lavande hotel chain.

Amazing location. Check in was through WeChat, no reception check in which made it quick and easy. Big room with beautiful projector and big windows. No refrigerator, only a washing machine. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was in terrible condition and very dirty. The bathroom stank of urine and it had not been properly cleaned. When we woke up in the morning it smelt so bad it made me sick. We requested that the cleaner come and clean it that day which they did. When we got back the bathroom was very clean but they had not cleaned or tidied the rest of the room (they did not even make the bed) which surprised me.

The Apartment is located at Shopping Malls with lots of restaurants choices. Easily access to DiDi to sight seeing and rooms are clean and spacious.

The staff is really friendly, the apartment is clean and spacious, very close by to the mall. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

地理位置十分優越，距離各個景點公交共享單車都非常方便，但是酒店的衞生間不是乾濕分離的，這點不太方便，一洗澡整個衞生間漫延着水，再是酒店服務及時性很差，訂兩天房，改密碼不及時告知，四人房，個人衞生用品就衹有兩份，水也衹提供兩份，説再提供就要收費，頭回聽説，其他還行，價格也不便宜的，服務有待提高

來市中心出差/逛街選這家真的絕!步出門直達萬象城 ，逛累了直接沖回房間癱着，不用扛着購物袋擠地鐵太爽了 房間比想象中精緻 ins風軟裝+全景落地窗，白天曬着太陽喝咖啡，晚上看城市夜景超治癒 重點是設施超全!

我説東楓國際公寓的管理團隊，你們怎麼好意思把如此惡劣的房間出租呢？首先24小時的前台服務在哪兒呢？到攜程平台所提供的地址辦理入住，卻發現就是間無人的小倉庫，門口就掛了個手機號及微信二維碼，還要把證件照逐一的發給你們，到底是誰在服務誰呢？入住後，衞生間地板是黃的發亮，還必須幫你清洗地板，不然無法使用。打開空調，發現出風口飄出一大推的灰塵，打開一看，這是從開業就沒清洗過吧？行，又要幫您清潔空調濾網。 都説來潮汕必須來上一泡功夫茶，茶具蒙塵也就算了，打開茶壺，發現上一位住客泡的茶葉還在，這個可是太噁心了。第二天傍晚回到房間，發現除了垃圾被清理了之外，其他的還是與入住時一模一樣。我都不曉得床單、被套、枕頭套是否有換洗過，還是我和上一位住客間接同眠了？ 反正如果想把房間出租，麻煩您先把房間的衞生搞乾淨了再説吧. 別再噁心下一位租客了。

我們下午兩點到的，酒店通知我們下午三點入住，讓我們等一個小時，但是入住以後裏面根本沒打掃，如圖一喝圖二所示，亂的一塌糊塗。 馬上電話聯繫客服，客服説等一下。 等了大概十分鐘都沒有來電，於是又打電話給客服，客服説你們馬上去隔壁入住，也就是説這十分鐘客服根本沒有在處理我們的事情。 到了隔壁以後，地上全是水，杯子上也是水，地上有瓜子殼，如圖片三到四，東西擺放也很隨意，老闆，咱做事用心，靠譜一些行不！？

地理位置不錯 就在萬象城上面。離龍眼南路很近。房間尺寸挺大的，店家的服務態度還可以。 但是衞生有點堪憂 進去的時候有頭髮 並且杯子也是有沒有洗的。。 然後水池的台盆是破的 有點無語😓

聽了很多朋友説汕頭很多美食，和朋友第一次來汕頭， 入住了這個酒店，酒店環境優雅，住得很舒適。前台服務員熱情周到，不僅向我介紹酒店的情況，還向我推薦汕頭周邊的美食和遊玩的地方，這一次來汕頭的旅行體驗非常好，下次還來汕頭和入住這家酒店。

房間很大，交通方便，就在萬象城那，美女老闆人也很好，一進房間打開門就香香噠

房間好看很大安靜，床舒服

最近入住了這家酒店，體驗感超棒，必須給個五星好評！雖然它沒有配備餐廳、健身房和游泳池，但完全不影響我對它的喜愛。 一進房間，乾淨整潔的環境讓人倍感舒心，床品柔軟親膚，躺上去瞬間驅散了一天的疲憊。房間的佈置簡約又不失温馨，各種設施一應俱全，無論是空調、電視還是衞浴用品，使用起來都十分順手，細節之處盡顯品質。 酒店的服務更是一大亮點，從前台接待到保潔人員，每個人都熱情友好，服務細緻入微。不管是諮詢周邊景點，還是臨時需要一些物品，他們都能快速響應，幫忙解決問題。而且酒店地理位置優越，周邊交通便利，餐飲和購物場所眾多，完全彌補了內部配套的不足。在這裏住得安心又舒適，下次還會選擇這裏！
