Avis : Shantou Small Park Hotel

Was greeted by a warm front office crew upon arrival. Good first impression. The whole Crew was young and vibrant. Helpful and very tactful. Very involved in running of the hotel to a point that i thought they were the owners of this establishment. Takes great care in the day to day. The cleaning 阿姨 were also nice and friendly. Very good experience and speaks great teochew. Even my parents had great teochew moments with them. Hotel itself has a zen feel. Very clean and with a touch of "Wen Qing" aura. Hotel has a lift which is very all -inclusive for guests of all age group. Room itself is kind of modern zen feel . Being Clean, big , good sound proofing , rooms are better than most of the bigger hotel chains. No complaints of the room. Amenities are well stocked- shower gel, shampoo etc. Special mention is a great cafe at its lobby - Atelier Coffee. Great latte and special drinks which you must try. Location is opposite Xiaogongyuan area and many old taste eateries. Real gem and selling point of this place is the people. They gave us a great "teochew" hospitality experience during the stay. Every crew members is a great personality. If you want to have a total Swatow experience , staying at Shantou Small Park Hotel will complete it.

Newly renovated hotel. Aircon is good and the staff are friendly. Just a short walk to Shantou xiao gong yuan park.

Hotel is located in little garden, room is clean and spacious. Smart TV with many international movies for entertainment. Shout out to the friendly and helpful receptionist and staffs. Any request can be made via WeChat and they will deliver items via the delivery robot instantly. Highly recommend if you are visiting ShanTou.

Entrance of the hotel is at a small alley near the main road so there is no proper space for didi to stop or wait. Walking-wise, location is superb as it is nearby all the attractions in the old city. Staff is also very helpful to faciliate my refund for a night which I accidentally booked extra. Room is clean and cosy, bed is comfy, room is quiet.

5月3日入住了汕頭小公園宿町酒店，地理位置優越，附近吃的很多，酒店就在網紅打卡點麥當勞的旁邊。五一人多的時候可以回酒店上洗手間這點很方便。酒店內部風格有些像日式風，不適合開窗，沒有紗窗，蚊蟲容易飛進來，有電蚊香，酒店沒有洗衣機和烘乾機提供，馬桶下水不是很流暢，提供的水是農夫山泉綠色的水，洗髮水護髮素都是一小支裝的那種，比較好的是和管家要都用機器人及時送到了。

地理位置很好，停車也方便，雖然開過去的是大車，也是沒什麼難度，那裡走路過去小公園超級方便，附近有很多地方可以打卡，樓下麥當勞，吃的也很方便，直接推薦。員工也很隨和，也很專業，一切都很好。衞生需要再檢查清楚就可以

今次是第二次入住，酒店位置真是十分方便，前往美食街和小公園走路都是幾分鐘便到。打車往龍眼南路都是20元，十分適合不懂開電動單車的人。 幾位前台服服務員都是年青人，服務殷勤反應又快，還主動搬行李上車。必須點贊。 香港人的我最怕熱冷氣不足，這裡房間是獨立調温度，在這悶熱的天氣，回到涼意足夠的房間就是爽，衛浴整潔淋浴間的水力亦足，沐浴後吃夜宵+超大投屏看電影真是大滿足，房間向內街沒有汽車的嘈雜聲影嚮睡眠，床褥軟硬度合適，一覺醒來身心康泰。 強烈推薦這間酒店，性格比絕絕子。

房間環境很好，裝修的很有設計感，很乾凈，工作人員也很熱情，美中不足的是衞生間的排氣扇及空調聲音實在是太大，晚上時不時的會有東西掉落的聲音，還有就是窗簾和牆壁不夠嚴實，天一亮就沒法睡了，透出來的光正好在臉上，試圖把枕頭堆起來擋住也不行

小姐姐小哥哥都很熱情，免費升級了房型，配套的早餐居然是麥當勞的早餐，好特別呀，旁邊就是麥當勞的打卡點，離小公園，汕頭旅社都很近，都在附近，掃個小電動車去哪都很方便，房間也非常滿意，安靜乾淨舒適寬敞，房間都是很舒服的香味，真的休息的很好

汕頭老城的五星優選酒店！ 設施：裝修設計精心，設施完備，使用方便。 衞生：乾淨，細節之處也照顧的很好。 環境：在小公園中，距離幾個打卡點都不遠，更何況酒店本身儼然也是個打卡點。 服務：很不錯，認真而温婉。 在景區中難得有專屬的小停車場，還有充電設施、洗車設施，大大方便了自駕者。
