The location is average, but the room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay — it would be even better if it were more Muslim-friendly.

I recently stayed at “Maison” and was absolutely blown away by the incredible service and attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk team was warm and professional. The room was immaculate—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. Every staff member, from the concierge to the restaurant team, was attentive, friendly, and genuinely eager to assist. Whether it was recommending local attractions or accommodating special requests, they made sure my stay was flawless. I will definitely be returning and look forward to my next stay. Good hotel, clean in a very good location close to the textile market. Modern and spacious room.

Good location if you're visiting the Keqiao fabric market. Staff are friendly & and helpful, but the bath towel is not absorbing the water well.

The hotel is already relatively old and requires innovation and refurbishment. Very old tiles in the bathroom, and the furniture has thick scratches. Power sockets are very old.

Could have done better with customer service from the reception especially during check-in. Even lower stars hotel serve better. However, there are two guys who are really good and helpful. Just that I feel like they should do more training. Hotel wise all is good. Very clean and comfortable. Location is great, nearby there is a couple of food stall

什麼都好，位置離市場近，房間也乾淨，本來很滿意，但是大堂有三個男人抽煙，一直抽煙，大堂還有嬰兒，我主動説可不可以就去抽，他們繼續抽，不理人，酒店桌子上放着，禁止抽煙，酒店看到他們大堂抽煙，不制止，以後不會再住了，受不了一點室內抽煙的酒店。
