I had an amazing stay at the Super 8. Sandy is amazing if you’re checking in with her, and the lady in the pub has fantastic service skills. I wish I had of caught her name. She’s fantastic and very attentive. My only complaint is after I left the hotel. I had accidentally left my single use contact lenses in my room. I obviously didn’t realize this until I was getting ready the next morning. I phoned the Super 8 to see if I had accidentally left them….and honestly had to really push for them to look in the lost and found. Thankfully, they found them. I had an emergency pair in my purse “just in case”, but had I have not had the emergency pair, I would have been unable to drive or even see 2 feet in front of me. When I picked them up, they clearly had my old room number and date attached to the “lost item”. I really would have appreciated a two minute phone call or text message to let me know that I had left something behind. Luckily, I was still in the area to be able to pick them up. When I expressed my disappointment to the front desk about the lack of contact, a manager (I think) was there to immediately jump on me to let me know that it was my fault for leaving something behind. I completely and fully understand that it was my mistake that I left something behind, however it would have taken a two minute call to let me know and I would have immediately turned around to pick them up. My recommendation would be to simply just let guests know if they leave something substantial behind. Many of your guests are travelling and are unable to drive back to pick things up when they realize something is missing. Small things make a big difference in the service industry. :) Regardless, I’ll be back! It’s one of my faves in Sherwood Park.

We recently stayed at the Sandman Signature in Sherwood Park for a family wedding. The hotel and suite was perfect and all the guests were very pleased with the Group Booking rate. Loved the fact we were offered a suite upgrade for a very reasonable addition. Reception and Housekeeping staff were all very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The hotel and suite were extremely clean, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom with double sinks and rain shower. Quiet location close to amenities and lots of parking! Thank you Sandman Signature Sherwood Park!

Le tube est construit pour les petits, la vanité de la salle de bain pour les géants. Le tube est de taille de pince, environ un pied élevé. Je suis cinq pieds haut et juste adéquat. J'essayais de faire le plus de ce qui était d'étancher dans un puddle, mais ne pouvait pas le faire même comme le plug ne tiendrait pas de l'eau. Le personnel a agi comme s'il pouvait s'occuper de moins. Le compteur de la vanité de la salle de bain était plus élevé que normal, un peu, donc même laver mon visage était un défi, encore, à partir d'un pied de cinq. Le miroir de la salle de bain a été monté un pied plus haut, donc je suis heureux de voir un miroir de paroi à la fenêtre que j'ai pu utiliser pour l'application de maquillage. Je suppose que c'est un hôtel plus ancien qui a été quelque peu mis à jour. La chambre était propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Air con fonctionnait bien. J'aime être un peu épaissée quand je reste à un hôtel, et ce n'était pas ça. Au moins, un bon sock à la fin de la journée n'est pas trop à demander. Ne sera pas de retour. Trop d'argent pour un hôtel bas.
