We booked a twin bedroom without a window. So the room was too warm and we couldn’t clear the air. Other than that it was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The rooms are not very soundproof so you can here the people walking and talking in the hallway and you can hear your neighbors. So if you are a light sleeper this is not a good choice.

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough - even before my accident they went out of their way in helping me in a warm. friendly manner, in spite of our language difference. I fell and broke my upper arm in the dark at 10pm and the help I received from the hotel management, front desk and security was exceptional - a large contingent took me to Kashi A&E and waited with me for treatment - this was at 02:00. At 06:00 the manager and security guard - who also helped me pack - drove me to Kashi airport and checked me in for my flight. They all went well beyond what could be expected.
