C'est un bon hôtel compte tenu des conditions économiques locales. Il est très pratique pour la réception de vous aider à louer. Le Grand Hotel est idéalement situé, près du parc et du théâtre, de commerces, de restaurants, de tous les hauts lieux touristiques de la ville. Tout est parfait et j'ai eu un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était (très) spacieuse et il y avait assez de rangement pour y séjourner pendant longtemps. J'ai tout aimé dans la chambre et j'ai apprécié son calme. Le service était parfait et le personnel aux petits soins. S'il faut critiquer, je n'ai pas aimé la machine qui permet de chauffer l'eau, j'aurais préféré une bouilloire, et de ce qui est des thés, il est dommage que la personne renouvelant le stock n'ai pas déterminé mes préférences.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés pour nous garer à l'hôtel, nous devions savoir où nous garer et où aller, ce qui a rendu les 15 premières minutes insupportables. On nous a dit à plusieurs reprises pas ici. Veuillez fournir des orientations positives à l'avenir. L'hôtel lui-même après le mauvais début était excellent. La chambre était propre et utilisable avec un bon réfrigérateur. Bien que ma femme ait trouvé le lit et les oreillers inconfortables, je ne l'ai pas fait. Le petit déjeuner avait un bon choix et la salle à manger était spacieuse. S'IL VOUS PLAÎT S'IL VOUS PLAÎT S'IL VOUS PLAÎT quelqu'un apprend au chef à faire frire un œuf. Peu importe votre préférence, qu'il s'agisse d'un jaune facile, retourné ou dur, tous les œufs avaient une fantastique jupe en plastique brûlé. ASTUCE utilisez le bon type d'huile, n'augmentez pas le chauffage si haut, faites chauffer l'huile avant que l'œuf n'y pénètre et n'utilisez pas d'œufs glacés. L'hôtel a organisé des taxis pour nous et ceux-ci étaient excellents.

Nous sommes venus fêter l'anniversaire de ma fille Sofia le week-end dernier. L'hôtel a fait tout son possible pour qu'elle garde un très beau souvenir de son séjour à l'Intercontinental. Bravo et merci notamment à Viktoria à la réception et Ivan le concierge. Les chambres vue Cathédrale ont une vue magnifique, le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent et le service de l'hôtel irréprochable et au niveau de la chaîne. Je vous recommande de prendre l'option Club Lounge qui coûte 50 euros par chambre (2 pers) et par jour. Cette option comprend petit déjeuner + min-bar offert + tea time + apéritif. nous l'avons prise 1 jour et vraiment cela vaut le coup, les cocktails sont excellents. Très bon restaurant le Floret qui est un bon plan si vous arrivez tard car les autres restaurants dans Sofia ferment à 22h. En conclusion, un sans faute pour ce séjour qui était très important pour moi et attendu par notre famille. Bravo et Merci l'intercontinental Sofia. Florence, Hervé, Sofia et Marine

Je commencerai par les points positifs d'abord : - Je commencerai par les points positifs d'abord - Le minibar et les boissons au bar sont bon marché Alors les points négatifs qu'ils effectuent principalement les chambres : - Le tapis est sale et les chambres stinquent. Ils n'ont probablement jamais changé le tapis depuis la construction de l'hôtel - Le climatisation a été installé plus tard. La tuyau pour éliminer l'eau du climatiseur passe par une tuyau dans la salle de bain et se termine au-dessus du sol de la salle de bain. - La chambre ne peut pas être sombre parce que le tissu des curtains est très mince et transparent. dès que le soleil se lever, il n'est pas possible de dormir. Dans mon cas, c'était autour 05:30AM quand le soleil est venu. Ce point m'a ennuyé le plus parce que je n'ai pas assez dormi sur mon voyage d'affaires. J'ai visité l'hôtel Hemus depuis 2017, quand je n'ai pas pu trouver une chambre ailleurs. en 2019, ils avaient fait de grandes rénovations, mais je ne comprends pas encore ce qui s'est exactement amélioré. Les points mentionnés ci-dessus n'ont pas été résolus. La télévision n'a été échangée que pour un écran plat et le bracelet pour la vieille télévision à tube a été retiré. Peut-être c'est pour cela que la rénovation a été faite. J'espère que quelqu'un de l'hôtel lira cela comme une révision générale est urgente. Il n'y a pas de raison de choisir un hôtel pour se détendre après un long jour de réunion et ne peut même pas dormir en raison des fenêtres qui ne peuvent pas être sombres ou de l'odeur du tapis qui n'a jamais été remplacé.

We spent only one night in one of the ”panorama” rooms so this review is resticted to just those things that left an impression. The room itself is very large, being divided into three areas: a living area, bedroom and bathroom. Arguably there is also a separate hallway in front of the main door. Note however that only the bathroom is divided from the rest of the room by its own door. Everything was very clean and mostly comfortable. There was both a shower cabin and a separate bathtub, and a large selection of bathroom toiletries was provided. So far so good. It was clear that the hotel was not busy at all during the period between Christmas and new year, but despite that, there was an excellent selection of things for breakfast, hot and cold, healthy and not so healthy, together with decent coffee from a machine. One thing I didn't like, though, was that the oranges were just cut into quarters and not peeled. There is a balcony where you could take your breakdast if the weather is a bit warmer. When we arrived in the room, it was very, very warm to the point of being very uncomfortable. There are two air conditioning controls in different places in the room, and we turned them down to the lowest possible temperature (marked as 10 degrees on the control) and turned the fan speed up to maximum but it made absolutely no difference. There was still warm air coming out of the vents. The only option to cool the room was to open the windows and turn off the aircon. This of course makes it rather noisy, since the hotel is located in the city centre. This lack of effective aircon is a serious problem and given the price of the room, it should be working properly. Other people have complained about this in their reviews; the hotel really needs to do something about it, because it seriously discourages us from coming to this hotel again, especially during the summer - and we are regularly in Bulgaria every summer. Certain other things could use some attention from the hotel. The pillows on the bed are filled with some rubbery substance that provides no support and is very uncomfortable to sleep on. There seems to be no alternative available. There is a minibar in the room with items priced as high as you would expect, and when you check in, they insist that you pay a Lv50. deposit against use of the minibar, which is refunded when you check out - provided that they've checked that you haven't used anything. This is the first hotel where I've ever had to do that. The staff on reception, especially on checkout, were mechanical and not pleasant to deal with. I don't know if it's just a lack of confidence in English but it really doesn't feel great to deal with such robotic people and it is neither a good first or last contact with the hotel. The room has a safe and slippers are provided but no bathrobe. Also no iron to iron out the creases in your clothes that they've got from being in a suitcase for hours. I was very disappointed overall with this hotel. Pros: good location - you are about 15 min from the palace metro and sofia is small you can walk most places, clean, some fresh fruit at breakfast, the breakfast staff were very nice Cons: the spa/sauna was not open breakfast was just ok no hotel staff late at night other than a guy who says he is only 'security' there was a fridge in the room but no minibar as the website states The pictures on the website are seriously misleading, the hotel is old and needs updating Some Front desk staff were not very friendly Overpriced - about 115 euros per night it is not worth this Definitely NOT 4 star! It is super loud if your room faces the street. The street is not so busy so I think the windows are not as sound proof as they mention on the website

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est proche d'une station de métro et à seulement un pâté de maisons à côté de la rue piétonne qui vous emmène à de nombreux restaurants et magasins. L'hôtel est propre et ils s'efforcent de vous fournir les meilleurs conseils lorsque vous leur demandez. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, et ils ont des options qui peuvent vous convenir. Nous avons adoré l'heure du petit-déjeuner car ils proposaient différents types de café et plus encore. Je recommande fortement l'hôtel pour les familles et les couples car il se trouve dans un coin calme à côté de nombreux bons restaurants et bars.

Superlage, direkt an einer Ecke am oberen Vitosha Blvd. Für Touristen ideal weil viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Für's Auge nett eingerichtete Zimmer, das eingesetzte Material allerdings ist von minderwertiger Qualität. Billigstes Spanholz oder Presspappe oder was auch immer. Die Böden der Schubladen teilweise lose, weil mit Ministiften vernagelt, die sich auch bei leichter Beladung lösen. Wasserspartaste der Toilette ohne Funktion. Die Betten waren okay - mit gutem Schlafkomfort. Allerdings hatten wir auch ein Zimmer nach hinten raus - was sehr ruhig war. Nach vorn hin dürfte es laut werden. Eine echte Zimmerreinigung erfolgte nicht, Handtücher wurden aber tgl. gewechselt und Abfalleimer (der auch für's Toliettenpapier genutzt werden muss) geleert. Empfang bei Ankunft war sehr nett, mit Einweisung zu Zimmer und Gebäude. Gute Lösung mit codierten Türen (Eingangstür Gebäude, Eingangstür Etage und Zimmertür). So braucht man nicht auf Schlüssel aufzupassen. Danach saß eine junge Dame an der Rezeption, die für den Job m.E. völlig ungeeignet war. Wir hatten eine einfache Frage. Sie blickte kurz vom PC hoch, antwortete 'no!' und starrte sofort wieder in den PC - wohl in der Hoffnung, dass wir wieder verschwinden. Ich war geneigt micht für die Störung zu entschuldigen, bis mir einfiel, dass wir ja die Gäste in dem Hotel waren. Wir haben jeden weiteren Kontakt vermieden. Also niemand sollte mit der Rezeption als Ansprechspartner zählen.

Cet hôtel ne fera certainement pas partie des lieux qui m'ont laissé un souvenir ému. Toutefois il est idéalement situé à deux pas de l'artère commerçante principale de Sofia et à proximité du métro ” NDK”. Il m'a donc permis de visiter la capitale bulgare en une seule journée. Ma chambre quoique très sommairement meublée était vaste et dotée d'un salon indépendant de la chambre à coucher. Ma réserve: le petit déjeuner quoique servi avec le sourire par deux messieurs, était lui aussi très sommaire et n'émargeait pas aux buffets illimités !... Mon coup de coeur alla plus vers le restaurant servant une excellente cuisine dans un agréable jardin salutaire les soirs d'été après une visite de la ville sous le soleil.

Nous avons fait un voyage de travail à Sofia et nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel au début du mois de mars / pour 2 nuits / et c'est la deuxième fois que nous avons choisi Roslyn Thracia. Et tout le personnel se sourire, ce qui est très important pour l'expérience de l'invité. :) L'hôtel dispose également d'une très bonne position en termes de rues, bars, cafés, restaurants, etc. Nous avons eu un compliment dans notre chambre comme un geste de bonne volonté qui était absolument super! Nous apprécions vraiment! Nous reviendrons certainement pour nos futurs voyages.
