C'était littéralement une escale pendant Covid, un voyage essentiel. Le personnel était agréable et serviable. Notre chambre à notre arrivée avait l'air propre et nous nous sommes littéralement écrasés. Cependant, dans la matinée, nous avons découvert une paire de chaussettes sales des occupants précédents laissées sur le côté placard et sachets d'édulcorant entre les draps et le matelas ! Inacceptable dans le meilleur des cas, peu importe pendant une pandémie mondiale. Signalé au personnel qui s'est excusé et qui traite la plainte. Personnel très désolé mais tout simplement inacceptable.

Chambres très propres relativement récemment rénovées. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme et verdoyant, à proximité du centre-ville. Le petit déjeuner était très agréable et d'un bon rapport qualité/prix. Le personnel est sympathique et la chambre était très propre. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un excellent hôtel.

Bon séjour à l'hôtel, très chic..

We got married here 12th Feb 2024 and it was absolutely perfect. We could not have picked a better venue. The venue was stunning and beautifully decorated just how we wanted it. We used the collaborative company Venue Creations, everyone loved it. From start to finish the staff could not do enough for us and big shout out to Dan who made this stress free for us from the very beginning. Kirsty for the above and beyond service to cater for additional needs - she was brilliant. The team here really are special and made our special day an unforgettable magical day we were absolutely over the moon with everything. Nothing was too much trouble and were always there when you needed them. The food all through the day to the evening buffet to breakfast was gorgeous and everyone commented on how beautiful the food was and some of the best they have had. The organisation of day to night was fantastic and could tell the team were very knowledgeable in this field. The rooms were brilliant for the guests and the bridal room was stunning. Oak Farm if I could do it all over again I would and I would still choose this venue again and again.
