Le climatisation n'était pas opérationnel , ce qui était mauvais parce que la raison entière pour laquelle nous avons réservé cet hôtel pendant cette chaleur était pour un climatisation, mais le personnel était gentil et nous donnait un fan mais nous étions encore assez ennuyés La clé de la porte n' était pas bien maintenue à vieillir pour travailler ,

Nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour pour de nombreuses raisons - + l'appartement avait de belles vues sur le balcon du parc, les arbres et la mer à distance, surtout au soleil de l'après-midi. + le personnel était chaud, bienvenu et le conseil de Debbie était vraiment utile - restaurants, lieux de visite, parking, etc. + les chambres étaient très confortables, propres, chaudes et chauffage/ventilation très réglable. + suite bien équipée, très confortable lit et tout fonctionnait comme il devait - douche, TV, etc avec un couple de traitements sur l'arrivée + bâtiment et intérieurs élégant et tout dans un emplacement central mais toujours tranquille +Nous avons fait une courte pause de mi-hiver Nous vous proposons un hôtel très agréable pour vous célébrer notre 50e anniversaire de mariage et attendre votre retour.

L'hôtel est assez adéquat et notre chambre au niveau 1 était de bonne taille. Dans un climat agréable, un magnifique espace extérieur avec une bonne vue peut être utilisé. Le restaurant de cet hôtel est très agréable et mérite une visite. La musique dans le restaurant pour le petit déjeuner était beaucoup plus vibe que je m'attendais avec un hôtel boutique (chille-out Ibiza). Le parking devant l'hôtel n'est pas gratuit le dimanche. L'hôtel est situé dans le centre de la ville, à l'extérieur de la ville, à l'extérieur de la ville, à l'extérieur de la ville, à l'extérieur de la ville, à l'extérieur de la ville, à l'extérieur de la ville, à l'extérieur de la ville, à l'extérieur de la La réceptionniste a confirmé qu'elle n'était pas gratuite, nous avons téléchargé l'application et payé (elle n'a pas fait connaître ces informations à l'arrivée). Nous avons été condamnés à 8h20 dimanche matin. La réceptionniste que j'ai parlé a dit qu'elle parlait toujours aux gens et j'ai juste confirmé que notre réceptionniste ne l'avait pas fait. Je ne crois pas que cet hôtel fait de son mieux pour informer les invités qui laissent un signe de question pour moi. Je ne reviendrai pas personnellement, car je pense que d'autres hôtels du sud ont le bord et que la fine a laissé un peu d'expérience négative qui aurait pu être facilement évitée.

What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend started off as very stressful indeed as neither of the receptionists knew what the parking rules were so despite having downloaded the parking app before we left home, on arrival, when we queried why we could only pay until 6pm we were told there was an error on the app but not to worry, if we got a ticket we could claim a refund as a member of staff had done recently. After an hour of driving around trying to find where we could park, even asking a traffic warden who was only on 'transmit mode' and kept repeating it was the hotel we needed to speak to and they must have given us an incorrect code, we parked up outside the hotel where we'd first parked and paid for the parking to 6pm despite being told by the hotel it was to 9pm and as there was a show on at the Cliffs there would be traffic wardens about. We weren't offered the option to book breakfast on check in and so decided having read the mixed reviews to not bother and would go out the next day and get something in Southend. The triple room we booked was very comfortable and once we'd put the heating on, soon warmed up. There were plenty of amenities in the room - the only thing missing were glasses - but there were coffee mugs. The location is perfect for The Cliffs Theatre and there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The whole experience though could have been much better and less stressful if we'd been given correct information on the parking. At 6pm we got a reminder our parking was due to run out and we then booked the next 24 hours. Fortunately we didn't listen to the receptionist who told us we didn't need to worry about parking until 11am the next day. There was a wedding fayre on at the weekend - let's hope anyone booking a wedding there ensures their guests come by train or they get better information on the parking than we did - otherwise they could miss the wedding whilst driving around trying to find where / how to park!!

Le salon est très confortable et confortable et le personnel de réception est très confortable. Toutes les familles et les amis qui ont séjourné ont dit qu'il s'agissait de belles et belles chambres. La nourriture était fantastique, pas de plaintes là tout était parfait Et tout le personnel qui travaillait ce jour pour le mariage je voudrais également remercier, vous avez tous fait un travail merveilleux Hayley de l'événement était trop grand pour me revenir quand j'ai posé 100 questions 😆 et toujours me gardé à jour Ne peut pas remercier le salon de vacances suffisamment vous avez fait notre journée parfaite encore plus parfaite
