First we start with check in, is easy and convenient at nearby IGA (2 min walking) till 12 am (so easy for late night flights in). The unit as per photos, new and clean. Kitchen is fully equip, even provide me with salt, pepper, oil and a rice cooker. It also come with clothes washer and dryer. Space might be a bit tight, need to adjust a bit but with the superb location, is acceptable (maybe because we Aseans are much shorter). Food is easy to find and all around, so no issue on food at all. Metro and trams just footsteps away. No regret choosing this place. I was anxious initially as during my booking, there was no review and as I have 2 kids with me, I really worried stranded on the streets as we arriving at night. But the pm with them slowly put me at ease. Another issue was we accidentally left our tripod upon check out. After coming back from the Great Ocean roadtrip, they purposely arrange Uber to send me back the tripod (deeply appreciate the effort and thoughtfullness). So yeah, go ahead and book this, guarantee happy with your option. Thanks.

The customer service was excellent. The location, the food, service, just to mention few. Everything was perfect 👌. Will recommend this hotel 100x to my friends and family. I'll be coming back for sure.

The hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

Sur 24/6 J'ai commandé des œufs frits pendant le petit déjeuner, mais la qualité des œufs n'était pas standard, le yoghour n'était pas normal et sans goût, mais j'ai commandé le lendemain avec un autre chef, qui était de retour à un œuf normal, Je me demandais si Sheraton pouvait utiliser une telle qualité d'œufs ! Une autre opinion est que les installations de salles de sport ne suffisent pas, merci!

The hotel is nice and the location is very convenient. Two things were problems. 1. Try running in the gym when the sun rises - you can't without being blinded by the sun. Blinds need to be installed! The rest of the gym was very basic. 2. I tried to go to the rooftop bar a few times. It was advertised as open, but it wasn't. Looks like it could have been a nice place for a drink. Overall, the hotel was ok, but it did feel very impersonal and it lacked attention to detail.

La position est bonne, l'environnement est bon, près des attractions du centre-ville; la chambre dispose d'un balcon grand pour regarder le paysage.

Appartement compact mais fonctionnel. Il manquait de la vaisselle, mais la réception nous a dépannés et nous a fourni des couvertures sur demande. Les deux lits simples sont montés sur roulettes, mais sans freins. La pièce principale offrait une superbe vue sur la ville. La salle de bain communicante fonctionnait bien. Nous n'avions pas été informés des travaux routiers à proximité de l'établissement avant notre réservation. Les travaux nocturnes (de 18h00 à 2h30) étaient bruyants malgré notre emplacement au 21e étage. Le parking était pratique une fois que nous avons trouvé où nous garer, car l'entrée principale était fermée à notre arrivée, la route étant barrée. Si vous venez en voiture, il est difficile de trouver une place de parking avant votre arrivée pour récupérer les clés de l'appartement et du garage, car les autres routes sont très fréquentées. Ce n'est pas la faute de l'établissement, mais c'est frustrant pour les clients et le personnel. Une fois les travaux terminés, ce sera certainement beaucoup plus simple.

Love staying here. All the staff are all really lovely and accommodating to requests. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfy 👌🏼

Location: The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Nights were serene with barely any car noise. It’s about a 10-minute drive to a nearby mall with Coles, Kmart, and other essentials—super convenient. For travelers, it’s around 40 minutes from the airport, which is manageable. Cleanliness: This was a mixed bag. Upon entering, we noticed a burnt iron mark and several purple stains on the carpet. We made sure to report these to reception immediately due to the $300 AUD bond fee, to avoid being held responsible. Being close to a lake or river meant encountering mosquitoes and some large flies. We also found spiders in the bathroom, but we managed to catch and release them outdoors. Towels provided were an issue—one was dirty when we checked in, and even the replacement towel the next day had stains. However, the beds were spotless, which was a relief. Service: The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, thorough, and accommodating. They explained all the amenities, including the location of the gym and pool, and handled our late checkout request graciously. Facilities: Although I didn’t personally use the gym or pool, the in-room facilities stood out. The smart TV was a bonus, with access to YouTube, Disney+, and Prime Video, ensuring entertainment for the family. Room: The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms flanking a central living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, complete with an exhaust fan to keep the heat out. The beds were the highlight—so soft and comfortable, providing an excellent night’s sleep. Overall: While the initial issues with bugs were unpleasant (I dislike insects), once we cleared them out, the stay became very enjoyable. The spacious layout, serene environment, and cozy beds made it a pleasant experience overall.
