We had a wonderful stay at 1 Melbourne Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which set the tone for our visit. The room was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and convenience. We especially appreciated the cozy bed and well-maintained amenities that made our stay relaxing.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Chinatown and Thai Town, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s also close to the tram, making transportation very convenient. The room is spacious and comes with cooking facilities.

The staffs are very friendly, helpful and approachable. Food was excellent with so many varieties. Fresh and delicious. Rooms clean, spacious and very good views.

C'était ma troisième fois ici et ils ne sont pas déçus. La chambre est propre et élégante. Le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité. Les toilettes doivent être demandées tout le temps- il n'est pas toujours confortable surtout que vous en avez besoin quotidiennement et vous restez pendant 2 semaines.

We had a fantastic stay at Imagine Lighthouse. The apartment was modern, clean and very comfortable, with plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around the city, and the facilities were well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help whenever we had a question. it was a great experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Location: The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Nights were serene with barely any car noise. It’s about a 10-minute drive to a nearby mall with Coles, Kmart, and other essentials—super convenient. For travelers, it’s around 40 minutes from the airport, which is manageable. Cleanliness: This was a mixed bag. Upon entering, we noticed a burnt iron mark and several purple stains on the carpet. We made sure to report these to reception immediately due to the $300 AUD bond fee, to avoid being held responsible. Being close to a lake or river meant encountering mosquitoes and some large flies. We also found spiders in the bathroom, but we managed to catch and release them outdoors. Towels provided were an issue—one was dirty when we checked in, and even the replacement towel the next day had stains. However, the beds were spotless, which was a relief. Service: The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, thorough, and accommodating. They explained all the amenities, including the location of the gym and pool, and handled our late checkout request graciously. Facilities: Although I didn’t personally use the gym or pool, the in-room facilities stood out. The smart TV was a bonus, with access to YouTube, Disney+, and Prime Video, ensuring entertainment for the family. Room: The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms flanking a central living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, complete with an exhaust fan to keep the heat out. The beds were the highlight—so soft and comfortable, providing an excellent night’s sleep. Overall: While the initial issues with bugs were unpleasant (I dislike insects), once we cleared them out, the stay became very enjoyable. The spacious layout, serene environment, and cozy beds made it a pleasant experience overall.
