The customer service was excellent. The location, the food, service, just to mention few. Everything was perfect 👌. Will recommend this hotel 100x to my friends and family. I'll be coming back for sure.

I stayed in Box Hill motel between 3rd of Nov'23 - 5th of Nov'23. My husband and I arrived at Box Hill motel around 12-1pm. We were so exhausted as we took turn driving from Sydney - Melbourne. We drove from Sydney past midnight. Upon calling if we would be let in early, surprisingly it is allowed. Otherwise we would have slept in the car until check-in time if the room isn't ready yet. We got room no.1 and it was very clean. I didn't use the towel as I prefer to use my own towel, my husband also use his own towel. One of the hanging towel though had a snot on it and I put that towel aside despite we didn't use it. There were 3x plates in total and one of the plate was dirty and I assumed previous guest must have used this 1 plate and didn't wash it but instead just slipped it in between the clean plate. We used 2x plates for ourselves but I washed the 3x plates myself. Great Wifi speed too as I was able to complete a little bit of work from Room no.1. My parents always taught me to appreciate and respect people's places. Upon checking out, I saw Carol and OMG, she is so kind, friendly, down to earth and helpful. She was busy rolling people's luggage to their room. I remember my father always taught me the great businessman is not the one who always wanted to be served but the one who knew how to serve others first. There's a saying about ”servant leadership”. A great leader know how it feels to be at the bottom to observe, learn and serving others as well as better appreciate the top and experience various roles to understand the duties and responsibilities of each roles. THANK YOU Box hill motel team and Carol too for allowing us to stay at your beautiful clean and tidy place. We were able to sleep very soundly, hope nobody can hear us snoring :) I highly recommend Box Hill motel, Melbourne to anyone on a trip to Melbourne.

avantages : Bonne situation, transport pratique à proximité. inconvénients : Peut-être à cause du détergent ou du désinfectant des parures de lit, j'ai senti que ma peau me démangeait, ce qui n'arrivait jamais dans les hôtels où je vivais auparavant. Après être resté allongé dans le lit pendant 20 minutes, une sensation de démangeaison est apparue. Quand je suis sorti, aucune sensation de démangeaison n’est apparue. Nous vivions tous les trois dans cet hôtel, j'étais la première personne à ressentir cela. plus tard, les deux autres avaient l’impression que c’était le cas. Alo, l'un des membres du personnel de la réception n'est pas professionnel, mon numéro de chambre est le 339, j'ai dit trois heures trente-neuf, il ne savait pas ; J'ai dit double trois neuf, il n'a pas compris l'éther et il a dit que j'avais dit un mauvais numéro. Ces expressions numériques sont courantes en Amérique du Nord

The hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

C'était ma troisième fois ici et ils ne sont pas déçus. La chambre est propre et élégante. Le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité. Les toilettes doivent être demandées tout le temps- il n'est pas toujours confortable surtout que vous en avez besoin quotidiennement et vous restez pendant 2 semaines.

The hotel is located in a lively area with plenty of food options and convenient transportation. There are also clubs nearby for nightlife. The room is spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. The location is excellent 👍 Next time I travel with my family, I will definitely stay here again 💖

It would have been good except for the large western facing windows left without blinds down and an electrical setup that turns the air conditioning off when no one is in the room. So we arrived to stifling heat, and an air conditioner that doesn't really cool the bedrooms, and no fans or windows in the main bedroom. Most other things were good, but having a comfortable room is fundamental and the apartment just isn't set up for that. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We can't really speak to service levels cos we didn't ask for, expect or get any. It was a bit frustrating that the hotel only had a booking for 4 adults when we made a booking for 2A+3C on trip.com but who knows who was responsible for that.

Mon séjour au Citadines on Bourke Melbourne a été vraiment excellent. La chambre était joliment décorée et très confortable, me donnant l'impression d'être à la maison. Les installations étaient également complètes. L'emplacement est absolument imbattable : les transports en commun sont incroyablement pratiques ! Il suffit de marcher quelques pas pour atteindre l'arrêt de tram, ce qui rend l'accès à toutes les attractions de la ville extrêmement facile. La station de métro est également très proche, donc pas de souci pour se déplacer. Les commodités aux alentours sont aussi excellentes. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut une expérience d'hébergement très agréable et efficace. Je choisirais cet endroit en priorité la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Melbourne, je le recommande vivement !

Nous avons réservé un hôtel King Standard pour ce voyage, car nous avons le tarif spécial de Trip.com. Avant notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un courriel de Trip nous demandant de nous écrire un courriel pour demander un check-in précoce, puisqu'on a également réservé un billet d'avion par Trip. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la ville de l'hôtel. Si nous voulions changer le style de l'enfant, nous devrions payer AUD 30/night pour 5 nuits 😅😅autre AUD 150. Le jour où nous avons vérifié, nous avons appris que le chef de file avait récupéré notre frais d'hôtel même lorsque Trip.com a confirmé que tout était entièrement payé. Le chef de file nous a dit qu'ils nous rembourseraient le montant. La chambre est petite et belle et tout était jusqu'à 4 standards internationaux mais la Crown Casino Tower dispose d'une chambre beaucoup plus belle et plus grande.

Location: The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Nights were serene with barely any car noise. It’s about a 10-minute drive to a nearby mall with Coles, Kmart, and other essentials—super convenient. For travelers, it’s around 40 minutes from the airport, which is manageable. Cleanliness: This was a mixed bag. Upon entering, we noticed a burnt iron mark and several purple stains on the carpet. We made sure to report these to reception immediately due to the $300 AUD bond fee, to avoid being held responsible. Being close to a lake or river meant encountering mosquitoes and some large flies. We also found spiders in the bathroom, but we managed to catch and release them outdoors. Towels provided were an issue—one was dirty when we checked in, and even the replacement towel the next day had stains. However, the beds were spotless, which was a relief. Service: The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, thorough, and accommodating. They explained all the amenities, including the location of the gym and pool, and handled our late checkout request graciously. Facilities: Although I didn’t personally use the gym or pool, the in-room facilities stood out. The smart TV was a bonus, with access to YouTube, Disney+, and Prime Video, ensuring entertainment for the family. Room: The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms flanking a central living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, complete with an exhaust fan to keep the heat out. The beds were the highlight—so soft and comfortable, providing an excellent night’s sleep. Overall: While the initial issues with bugs were unpleasant (I dislike insects), once we cleared them out, the stay became very enjoyable. The spacious layout, serene environment, and cozy beds made it a pleasant experience overall.
