The customer service was excellent. The location, the food, service, just to mention few. Everything was perfect 👌. Will recommend this hotel 100x to my friends and family. I'll be coming back for sure.

Je suis resté au motel Box Hill entre le 3 novembre 23 - le 5 novembre 23. Mon mari et moi sommes arrivés au motel Box Hill autour 12-1pm. Nous étions si épuisés que nous avons pris la tournée de Sydney - Melbourne. Nous avons conduisi de Sydney au milieu de la nuit. Si nous avions été laissés en avance, il est surprenant que cela soit autorisé. Si nous n'avions pas encore été prêts, nous aurions dormi dans la voiture jusqu'à l'arrivée à temps. Je n'ai pas utilisé le toilet, je préfère utiliser mon propre toilet, mon mari utilisera aussi son propre toilet. L'un des serviettes de remorquage, bien qu'il y ait un truc sur elle, et je l'ai mis à côté, malgré que nous n'en avions pas utilisé. Il y avait 3 fois de plaques au total et une plaque était sale et je suppose que l'invité précédente a dû avoir utilisé cette plaque et ne lave pas, mais juste glissé entre la plaque propre. Nous avons utilisé 2x plaques pour nous-mêmes, mais j'ai lavé les 3x plaques moi-même. La grande vitesse Wifi aussi, puisque j'ai pu terminer un peu de travail à partir de la chambre no.1. Mes parents m'ont toujours appris à apprécier et à respecter les lieux des gens. À la sortie, j'ai vu Carol et OMG, elle est si gentille, amicale, descendue à terre et utile. Elle était occupée à rouler les bagages des gens dans leur chambre. Je me souviens que mon père m'a toujours appris que le grand homme d'affaires n'est pas celui qui a toujours voulu être servi, mais celui qui savait comment servir d'abord les autres. Un grand chef sait comment il se sent en bas pour observer, apprendre et servir les autres, ainsi que mieux apprécier et expérimenter les différents rôles pour comprendre les devoirs et responsabilités de chacun. Roles. Nous avons été en mesure de dormir très bien, espérons que personne ne peut nous entendre snorer :) Je recommande vivement à tout le monde de voyager à Melbourne, à Box Hill motel.

The hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

Beautiful souls 🤍 I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport and wanted to share my experience for anyone travelling in or out of Melbourne. We have stayed here a number of times, the first time was because we had flight delays and didn't want to head home to return the following day. It made sense and ever since then we have used it as our little night before we go on the next adventure stop over. So if you are like me, and you’re looking for something close, easy, and stress-free before a flight… this place really delivers. The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service makes everything feel seamless especially when you’re travelling early morning or arriving late. That alone takes so much pressure off. And if you are like me and need to have a change of suit case for clothing it makes a great base between flights and countries. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. Not overly luxurious, but they have everything you need for a short stay. It feels more like a practical stopover than a holiday destination and that’s exactly what it’s meant to be. What I appreciated most was the ease of everything… No overwhelm, no complications — just a place to land, reset, and move on with your journey. If I had to describe it energetically… it feels like a “pause point” between destinations. A couple of things to note: It’s more of a classic, older-style hotel, not modern luxury but its a great base and we leave our car there for convince. Dining options can be limited depending on timing, but we ate next door a Sheesh and plan to go there again. You may hear a little airport noise (as expected) But overall, for value, convenience, and simplicity, it does exactly what it promises. We will definitely stay again when I need a smooth airport stopover, like in September with a group of travelers heading on.a cruise. The place suits business, family, couples, solo and groups. T'was my third time here and they don't disappoint. Room is clean and sleek. Breakfast is good quality. Toiletries needs to be requested all the time- it's not always convenient especially that you need it daily and you stay for 2 weeks.

The hotel is located in a lively area with plenty of food options and convenient transportation. There are also clubs nearby for nightlife. The room is spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. The location is excellent 👍 Next time I travel with my family, I will definitely stay here again 💖

It would have been good except for the large western facing windows left without blinds down and an electrical setup that turns the air conditioning off when no one is in the room. So we arrived to stifling heat, and an air conditioner that doesn't really cool the bedrooms, and no fans or windows in the main bedroom. Most other things were good, but having a comfortable room is fundamental and the apartment just isn't set up for that. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We can't really speak to service levels cos we didn't ask for, expect or get any. It was a bit frustrating that the hotel only had a booking for 4 adults when we made a booking for 2A+3C on trip.com but who knows who was responsible for that.

Mon séjour au Citadines on Bourke Melbourne a été vraiment excellent. La chambre était joliment décorée et très confortable, me donnant l'impression d'être à la maison. Les installations étaient également complètes. L'emplacement est absolument imbattable : les transports en commun sont incroyablement pratiques ! Il suffit de marcher quelques pas pour atteindre l'arrêt de tram, ce qui rend l'accès à toutes les attractions de la ville extrêmement facile. La station de métro est également très proche, donc pas de souci pour se déplacer. Les commodités aux alentours sont aussi excellentes. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut une expérience d'hébergement très agréable et efficace. Je choisirais cet endroit en priorité la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Melbourne, je le recommande vivement !

Very convenient location as it just 10mins walk to Melbourne central. The rmit university and swanston tram station right in front of the hotel building. Don’t have enough time to enjoy pool and sauna as it opens from 7am-9pm only. The only dissatisfied is I don’t know that the room service is provided. On the 4th night of our stay while we entered the room after one day trip, we realized that the cleaner has actually entered and cleaned our room without asking our permission. Imagine what if our goods have went missing, can the hotel management beared the cost of our loss? Please do not enter the room without inform customer, customer will ask for room cleaning if they really want the service.

Location: The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Nights were serene with barely any car noise. It’s about a 10-minute drive to a nearby mall with Coles, Kmart, and other essentials—super convenient. For travelers, it’s around 40 minutes from the airport, which is manageable. Cleanliness: This was a mixed bag. Upon entering, we noticed a burnt iron mark and several purple stains on the carpet. We made sure to report these to reception immediately due to the $300 AUD bond fee, to avoid being held responsible. Being close to a lake or river meant encountering mosquitoes and some large flies. We also found spiders in the bathroom, but we managed to catch and release them outdoors. Towels provided were an issue—one was dirty when we checked in, and even the replacement towel the next day had stains. However, the beds were spotless, which was a relief. Service: The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, thorough, and accommodating. They explained all the amenities, including the location of the gym and pool, and handled our late checkout request graciously. Facilities: Although I didn’t personally use the gym or pool, the in-room facilities stood out. The smart TV was a bonus, with access to YouTube, Disney+, and Prime Video, ensuring entertainment for the family. Room: The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms flanking a central living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, complete with an exhaust fan to keep the heat out. The beds were the highlight—so soft and comfortable, providing an excellent night’s sleep. Overall: While the initial issues with bugs were unpleasant (I dislike insects), once we cleared them out, the stay became very enjoyable. The spacious layout, serene environment, and cozy beds made it a pleasant experience overall.
