« Choisir le bon hôtel pour ce séjour à Nanning a été une excellente expérience ! Un grand bravo à Winnie, la responsable du service clientèle ; son professionnalisme était irréprochable. Elle a communiqué patiemment avec moi tout au long du séjour après que j'aie soulevé quelques petits problèmes, ce qui était très rassurant. La chambre était bien équipée, propre et confortable. Les seuls points négatifs étaient le réglage de la climatisation, un peu fastidieux, et le léger bruit de fonctionnement ; les personnes sensibles au bruit du sommeil devraient en être conscientes. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande vivement cet hôtel et ce sera sans aucun doute mon premier choix lors de mon prochain séjour à Nanning ! »

TtankharrisThis is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is.
The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea.
The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me.
The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in.
The cons:
This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included.
The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that.
Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash.
This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again.

IInvité可能是期待值過高，導致落差太大。如果談服務，衹能感謝保潔阿姨晚上11點還在給我們送蚊香，不然衹能喂蚊子；説沒服務吧，房間送了香蕉，説有服務吧，香蕉不新鮮所以沒吃，如下圖1。加床150，就是摺疊床，墊絮都沒有，如下圖2；廁所水小得不如niao，如下圖3。僅個人觀點，不相信的可以自己去體驗一下。

UUtilisateur anonyme瑞泰航程大酒店是優質的酒店，超出預期，值得推薦，我和家人都非常滿意。
首先，酒店設施齊全，有輪椅提供服務，對行動不便的長者非常方便。王先生還親自幫忙推輪椅到房間，這讓長者很感動，這一點比嘉暘碧天（5星級酒店）好太多。
再次，酒店熱情服務。早晨趕機，前台2個女孩（不知道姓名）主動幫忙，司機自覺幫忙上行李，再次感謝。
還有，酒店乾淨衞生，毛巾都消毒，床單被單潔白如新。
