Hôtel spa à Wuhan

Tout a été parfaitement préparé avant l'arrivée de moi avec mes deux collègues. Je voudrais remercier Mlle Hu de la réception, non seulement parce qu'elle m'a aidé à organiser le transport de 30 kg, mais elle m'a aussi aidée à acheter un outil spécial en ligne et a été livré en 20 minutes. Sans son aide, je me mettais en difficulté. C'est pourquoi je remercie tout spécialement de laisser Hu. Bien sûr, d'autres employés de l'hôtel sont aussi chauds. En bref, c'est un bon séjour et un voyage dans votre hôtel. J'attends avec impatience de revoir votre hôtel dans un avenir proche.

Had a 98 sm suite. It was fabulous in terms of size and furnishings, very clean and quiet. Wished our stay was longer. Breakfast choices were great and there was a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer to use. Malls nearby were small and not well occupied. Recommended for an comfortable hotel stay at hankou.

A flawless one-night escape, exceptional in every way! I recently enjoyed a one-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Wuhan, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable – warm, attentive, and genuinely personal without ever feeling overbearing. Every staff member seemed to anticipate my needs before I could even express them. The room itself was fantastic: beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was evident in everything from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful layout and stunning city views. It truly felt like a private sanctuary. What really set this stay apart, however, was the personalized welcome letter waiting for me in the room – signed by the General Manager. It wasn't a generic form letter; it felt sincere and added a wonderfully personal touch that made me feel like a truly valued guest. If you're looking for a world-class luxury experience in Wuhan, even for just one night, The Ritz-Carlton delivers on every level. I cannot recommend it highly enough and am already looking forward to my next visit.

Équipements de l'hôtel : Le hall d'entrée est excellent et idéal pour prendre des photos. Il existe de nombreux détails sur les installations pour vous. De plus, la salle est assez grande, elle fait plus de 50 mètres carrés et est très spacieuse. Les installations sont également très récentes. La literie de l'hôtel est très confortable, ni trop molle, ni trop dure. Convient à tous les types de personnes. Il convient de mentionner que l'hôtel est très calme autour de l'hôtel et est très proche du quartier des affaires de Wuguang, du parc Zhongshan, de Jianghan Road, etc. Pour se rendre à la Yellow Crane Tower, le ferry au bord de la rivière n'est pas loin. Il peut être considéré comme un hôtel calme à Wuhan. Service : Très chaleureux. Vous pouvez découvrir ici un service que vous ne pouvez pas expérimenter dans les hôtels de Wuhan. Le personnel occupé est également très patient. May a surclassé le type de chambre et le service était très patient. Enfin, la piscine est très belle et peut être enregistrée.

Business hotel on the outskirts of Wuhan. The hotel is at the Hongtu Road metro stop, so very convenient if you travel via metro. It is 5 metro stops from Hankou Railway Station. The hotel is near a park for morning exercise. There are very nice swimming pool facilities including locker rooms - I really enjoyed the pool. The towels/linen were clean, white, and freshened everyday. The breakfast buffet is outstanding - so many choices - the noodles are excellent. The hotel dinner buffet closes down at 9pm (not stated in the list of hotel timings), so go early or there won't be much left and the cleaners start to remove things. We had spectacular floor to ceiling windows with a view of the suburbs.

Everything was so beautiful about our trip, especially the employees and the way they helped with everything! I would fully recommend visiting. However a few things to note, seems like the outdoor swimming pool is never open or open in specific times. Also the indoor swimming pool you MUST wear a swimming cap, we just wanted to do some casual swimming but they wouldn’t let us without a cap which is a shame really as this was one of the reasons we visited this specific hotel and we didn’t get to use either swimming pool. Also there isn’t an actual “bar” but there are comfortable seats where you can order alcohol in the main lobby but not really a bar. Only one of the restaurants was open in the evening. Overall would stay again if the amenities are sorted. Also, don’t copy and paste the local address on the APP as it takes you to the wrong location and had to take another 30 minute taxi!!

This was an amazing hotel for me as a solo traveller. The modern furnishings in my high rise room made for a relaxing atmosphere. I loved watching cars right outside the window in the evenings. The front desk workers were very welcoming and efficient with the checkin process. I would definitely stay here again. The only down side is that I found hair stands in my bed on the first night. My sheets were changed upon request. The mirrors in the room had dust and water spatters on them. The room is gorgeous, clean mirrors would elevate the appearance even more.

L'un des points de vue était le petit-déjeuner buffet. Bien qu'il offre une bonne sélection d'options, j'ai pensé que l'ajout d'une variété accroîtrait encore l'expérience.
