Hôtel spa à Surabaya

L'hôtel est connecté à un centre commercial. Grand emplacement. Chambre propre. Petit déjeuner à Magnolia a une large diffusion. La qualité de la nourriture est bonne, une belle présentation et un service par le personnel est excellent. L'ambiance au salon Club est belle. Ce qui est le plus remarquable dans cet hôtel 5* est le service de classe mondiale fourni par tous les membres du personnel de façon cohérente. Il n'y a pas de personnel qui n'est ni poli ni utile. Merci spécial à Evan du Club Lounge qui nous a assistés lors de notre entrée et à Tian lors de notre entrée, Bayu et mes collègues (Conceige) qui nous ont aidé à commander des gâteaus de Spikoe lapis et Bu Rudy, Lita et David (Magnolia) qui nous ont servi à notre table et à Bastian et à notre équipe pour garder la chambre propre.

Second stay here and the consistency is solid. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — no drop in standards compared to my first visit. Service was smooth throughout. Special thanks to Joan for handling both check-in and check-out efficiently and professionally. Quick, clear, and hassle-free. Location is very convenient with easy access to nearby amenities and transport. We had a meal in Nishimura  is decent — not over the top, but reliable and well-managed. Overall, a dependable hotel that delivers consistently. Would return again.

The room is very bright thus enough light when its needed for me to work during my business trip. The breakfast have decent amount of choices. Will definitely come back and stay here in the future trip

Location is second to none, near to Tunjungan Plaza. Service is amazing, I loved the short hair lady with glasses at the recep. She is so warm and friendly. Indigo's staff is also lovely and attentive. Room is really nice. Big bathroom, hot showers. Good quality toilet paper (always a sign if the management cares). You can relax and trust everything works. Pool is big and the water is warm. But the immediate sides of the pool is a bit dirty. The chef here is superb. Their soto soups are out of this world. And almost everything on the breakfast buffet is so good. Except the coffee. That's pretty weak and not showing off true Indonesian coffee. The cocktails here are so good too, great taste and strong as well. Although I didn't like the one with creme de menthe. Heritage tour at 2pm and 4pm. Try to go. It's cool. .

Comme toujours, il est très bon hôtel à Surabaya. Durant le Ramadan, leur petit déjeuner est très répandu. Je dois remercier particulièrement Mme Rose du taxi de l'Our Bird pour m'aider à trouver une voiture à partir Surabaya à Magalang dans un délai très court.

Ce que j'apprécie toujours dans les vieux hôtels, ce sont leurs chambres spacieuses. J'ai eu une suite junior, d'au moins 10 mètres de long sur 4 mètres de large, avec un grand lit, une chaise spacieuse, un grand bureau, de grands placards, une grande télévision, un réfrigérateur, une bouilloire avec accessoires et une douche spacieuse avec une eau délicieusement chaude. Le personnel est incroyablement sympathique et toujours prêt à plaisanter, à discuter et à rire. Tirta, Nayla et Fely, à la réception, m'ont conquise. Elles sont si serviables, jolies, gentilles et amicales, et elles m'ont même invitée aux activités de l'hôtel dans le centre commercial et sur la place. Merveilleux. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est excellent ; rien à redire. La piscine et la salle de sport se trouvent dans un autre bâtiment. La piscine était un peu sale au début et il y avait beaucoup de déchets autour, mais après que je l'ai signalé, des mesures ont été prises. L'eau du bain est beaucoup trop chaude. La salle de sport est également trop chaude (pas de climatisation) et les équipements sont vétustes. L'hôtel est situé près de la gare et entre deux centres commerciaux, ce qui le rend extrêmement fréquenté. Il n'y a rien d'autre à faire ; même une promenade n'est pas agréable à cause de l'agitation de la ville.

We enjoy our stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food for breakfast is variety and delicious. The location is strategic, near the mall and hot spot around surabaya. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Il a eu un grand temps. L'environnement était bon et toutes les installations fournies pouvaient être profitées. Certainement reviendra à l'avenir. J'ai rencontré quelques difficultés, mais il a été bien géré aux travailleurs.

This is actually a VERY COOL hotel. As someone who LOVE vintage things, I really appriciate this place. From their historical front building, their vintage styled room, all took me back to the 90s to early 2000. The NOSTALGIA 🥺. When I was little, my grandpa and grandma used to take me travel and stayed at hotels. So hotels like these have a special place in my heart. Unfortunately, it looked like they really cut down the budget. Although they gave a very cheap price for their room (not more than IDR 250K including breakfast), on WEEKENDS?? But the towels were not white anymore and felt thin (not like other hotel towels), the sheets had tough spots, and no shower cap. But I loveddd the lemongrass soap and shampoo, and they were in dispensers so less plastic waste. The breakfast was really sad. It was nice when I stayed here around a couple of years ago. But this time it was worse. Not too many options and looked empty. Really felt like they didn't put much effort. Well, what do you expect for that price? And I understand they might be in a very tight budget. I noticed they added a ”Mini Zoo” signage. A staff warned me that there were not many animals yet. But I decided to go see it. Turned out it was located in the side of the parking road (but outdoor), there were fishes and a big avian animal (like chicken but different, I don't know what it was). And some parakeets in two separate cages, they were all dead 😭😭 I told a staff and they quickly removed the dead birds. Good idea but poor execution. But anyways, location was top. Just a few meters across the street, there was a bus stop and you can hop on the Suroboyo Bus to go anywhere. And the hotel itself was in a main street of a hot destination (Old Town Surabaya), with historical buildings complex, also with the chinatown nearby. I really hope they can survive this economy storm. I really love this hotel 🥺.

Le service est excellent : ils sont gentils, polis et serviables. Ils ont toujours le sourire et s'efforcent toujours de vous aider rapidement. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, savoureux et le choix est encore plus vaste, avec une grande variété de plats indonésiens. La chambre est spacieuse, le sol est clairement balayé, la salle de bain est propre et les équipements sont adéquats (apportez votre propre sèche-cheveux, car celui qu'ils ont est moins performant). J'ai été terriblement déçu par le personnel d'entretien. J'ai utilisé la cuillère et le verre le premier jour et ils n'ont même pas pris la peine de les nettoyer, se contentant de les remettre à leur place habituelle. J'ai essayé de leur « rétorquer » le lendemain, mais ils n'ont toujours rien nettoyé 🥲🥲
