We enjoyed our three-night stay at Leura Gardens. The accommodation is surrounded by lovely gardens which you can wander around. It is located amongst a quiet residential area which has some beautiful and fancy houses. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It included a microwave, mini-fridge, kettle, TV and a balcony. There is plenty of parking. The continental breakfast was great and well set-up - it included a variety of cereals, toasts, yoghurt, juices, muffins and a pancake machine. The breakfast room has big windows with a lovely view of the gardens and golf course opposite. The accommodation is only a few minutes drive to Leura Mall which has many cafes and boutique shops, as well as a Woolworths supermarket. A few minutes more and you get to Katoomba which has a larger range of cafes, restaurants and shops, including antique shops. There are many beautiful walks and lookouts in Leura, Katoomba and surrounding areas. We had a lovely few days in Leura and would stay at Leura Gardens again.

Il y avait beaucoup de bruit de construction à la porte de l'autre, et je n'aurais jamais réservé si j'avais su que c'était pas sur le site. Pas sous protection ou quoi que ce soit, donc juste mes pieds sur une madrague brute. Effrayant. Le lit était aussi assez inconfortable (dur) et profiterait d'un top. Les chaussures sales d'un autre étaient dans la caisse. Je suis prêt à ignorer la tradition qui est venue dans ma chambre pendant que j'y étais. En général, je pense que 3 étoiles sont un peu généreux, mais je suis reconnaissant de ce qu'il semble être dans les petites entreprises et avoir des facteurs externes affectant votre produit.

Le lieu était super .. le personnel est très agréable et ils sont toujours attentifs à nos besoins .. grand séjour et je recommanderai à mes amis qui veulent visiter katoomba pour trouver un bon hôtel

PROS: grand lieu, agréables propriétaires, parking disponible gratuitement, et je suis reconnaissant d'accepter un hébergement que j'avais eu quelques désavantages selon TA. Lits OK. Puis-je suggérer une meilleure connaissance touristique locale au bureau frontal? Il ne peut être plus facile de se développer et de devenir une 4 étoiles malgré la position de la route occupée. Vous êtes toujours dans les Montagnes bleues. CONS: bruit routier/rail. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de charme. Je vous suggère de vous débarrasser des restes de trampoline ? Il semble horrible et le retrait serait facile. Lorsque vous descendez la route arrière, il regarde aussi en bas et en amont. Si vous avez réparé ces choses, votre motel serait un endroit très désirable pour rester en raison de sa proximité avec partout dans les Montagnes bleues.

Don’t waste your money on this Damp smelling Deluxe King room with Courtyard . A/C would not turn on so was a cold 14• for a few hours then someone came turned on a noisy outdated system which got to a top of 19• after 2 days. Couldn’t use the blanket provided in the cupboard was smelly old and had hair all over it.Bathroom was hard to access as sliding door was jammed and had shower in bathtub. Dodgy screwed latch was on sliding door to ugly outdated courtyard jail (didn’t even bother to go out as was so I’m inviting) ceiling in the hallway leaking and the ceiling tiles fell onto the floor during the night. A horrible overpriced experience at $557 for two nights!

Unfortunately we started off on a bad foot when we had to wait in excess of an hour past our book in time for our room to be ready, then when we did finally get in, the TV remote wouldn't work and to turn it on manually meant it was stuck on one channel with no volume. Went back to reception and swapped batteries which didn't help, then we're told that thier maintenance people wouldn't be back until Monday so nothing they could do. To thier credit they did extend our check out time by an hour and provided breakfast at thier sister property in Katoomba. The property is in need of some TLC and to call them luxury apartments is a bit of a stretch, but they are in good condition overall. To access the studio lofts are up a rather tall flight of stairs that doesn't have a hand rail all the way, and the step treads are rather small (only just over half the length of my foot) which will make it very difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The room does have a kitchenette, but the only thing to cook with is a microwave, no hot plate or frypan included, so bring plastic wrap, paper towel etc with you, aswell as cutlery as there was only 1 knife, 3 forks and heaps of spoons. Room had a nice gas log fire place though we needed the a/con to help heat the room. Also a super sized 2 person spa that's so deep that if your not particularly tall you'll struggle to get in and out of. The shower is over the spa and with the weird uneven base, it makes it difficult to stand in to shower, aswell as a lack of grab rails anywhere.

Amazing hotel and I had the most wonderful stay here. The hotel employees are very helpful and caring. The breakfast variety is great, had many options to choose from. The views from the restaurant are breathtaking, overlooking The Valley. They have a golf course joint to the hotel area. And it’s very convenient.
