First and foremost. The receptionist Danyell was chipper and super friendly. Customer service skills on 100 . She made me feel welcome and definitely warm and fuzzy . She made me feel valued and appreciated. The breakfast was fantastic as usual. The facilities were clean and neat. The next day I was plesantly surprised my a call from the manager Kimberly. She was checking on my stay and making sure everything was great. I definitely will return to this location.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce Sleep Inn il y a 6 ans, et sur la base de mon examen à cette époque, nous avons décidé de rester à nouveau sur notre chemin vers The Outer Banks. J'avais besoin de 2 chambres et le prix était correct. Le lit était confortable et la douche était merveilleuse. Le tapis tout entier doit être remplacé. Il était très sale. Il y avait quelque chose jeté sur le lit du lit de mon fils et il a l'air gros. Le petit déjeuner était un prix continental moyen et la zone de petit déjeuner était propre. Elle a fait en sorte que nos chambres soient sur le même étage avec le nombre de lits nécessaires. Mon fils est handicapé, donc nous avons besoin du premier étage. Lorsque ma demande a été faite, quelqu'un de l'hôtel m'a contacté pour me dire que ma demande serait honorée.

Nightmare!!!! Après 11 heures de voyage pour aller à l'hôtel et check-in, les réservations (toutes 4 chambres pour 2 nuits qui ont été confirmées deux fois!!! une fois le jour du check-in!!!) n'ont pas été honorées. On m'a dit qu'ils étaient juste sur réservé et c'est essentiellement cela. Le Général n'était absolument pas d'aide et vraiment très rude sur la situation ......I comprend pourquoi ils ont des problèmes après notre courte conversation ...Seulement un point brillant était une jeune dame sur le bureau frontal qui essayait vraiment d'aider mes gars et en fait a fait attention à une mauvaise situation qu'elle n'a pas créée.

My daughter's wedding was this past weekend at Potomac Point Winery. Our family and friends (in over 40 rooms) all stayed at this property and everyone was happy! The rooms were clean, lovely with comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel helped us with room blocks, a special welcome reception in the Bistro, shuttles to the venue and handing out welcome bags to guests as they checked in. All of the staff was helpful, kind and welcoming to our guests. But I especially ant to highlight one staff member, her name is Luz and she is a member of the house keeping staff. My mother in-law was incredibly grateful for the assistance she received from Luz. Making this trip was physically challenging for my mother in-law, my husband and I were so moved to learn of the special attention and assistance that Luz provided. Upon their arrival Luz noticed that a shower chair might be helpful for her (and it was!) she brought one to her room. She also saw her struggling to get a glass of water in the lobby and provided assistance. There were several other kind gestures and it all made my mother in-law feel so welcome! What a wonderful and dedicated employee, the Marriott company is very fortunate to have her. She really went above and beyond. Being the hosts of a wedding kept us busy - learning that our mom was so cared for just meant the world to us. Luz also showed us photos of the special ”Just Married” decorations she put out for the newlyweds! It looked beautiful and was such a sweet and special touch. My daughter and son in-law really appreciated it! We would not hesitate to recommend this property!

Nous avons eu deux lits doubles et ça va bien parce que la matrice était ferme, car nous ne sommes pas vraiment habitués à un double. Le ménage est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé, et il est très bien situé. L'endroit où manger à la porte, mais il sent mal et le bâtiment semblait probablement être mieux en forme dans les 1960s. Kebabs... Halal, cependant. Nous avons traversé la rue à Panera. Silence.
