UUtilisateur anonymeHad a really pleasant stay at this hotel in Shenyang. The location is very convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to transportation.
The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable, which made it easy to rest well after a long day. The environment was quiet, and everything felt well taken care of.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, great value for money. Would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

AAngel GgTThis place feels more like an Airbnb-style stay in a serviced condominium rather than a traditional hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and proactive. She contacted us before our stay and sent videos showing how to get to the place, which made everything much easier. She even came down to the lobby to meet us. She didn’t smile much that day, possibly because she was tired, but she was still attentive and professional.
There’s a very famous night market right below the building, where you can try all kinds of local Sheyang snacks and, honestly, food from all over China thanks to the variety of vendors. In the morning, there’s also a morning market on the same street where you can get simple Chinese breakfasts.
During our stay, the four of us washed quite a few clothes, and the hangers and drying rack in the room weren’t enough. After contacting reception, he came very quickly and brought us a much larger drying rack, which was extremely helpful.
On our last day, our train was at 10 p.m., and we didn’t want to carry our luggage around all day. We checked out early at around 10 a.m., and the reception kindly told us to leave our luggage in the room. We just needed to message them when we returned, and they would bring the bags down to us. It was a very sweet and thoughtful arrangement.

WWu Hwee JooThe hotel room big & clean. The location is only about 5 to 8 minutes by car. The hotel offer free shuttle service to send us to the airport. The only weak point is the hotel nearby do not have any restaurants. Need to walk about 15 minutes to the small eatery shop which we did not eat dinner there. In the end, we walk back to the hotel & ask the hotel staff to order food delivery for us. The hotel staffs are friendly & helpful. Highly recommended if u are taking an early flight & need to reach the shenyang airport early. This is a good one to stay.

The location is very good, within easy walking distance to Zhongjie (中街), which is a major plus. The room was in good order, and the cleaning lady deserves special mention—she was very friendly, helpful, and did her job perfectly.
However, the check-in process was a bit confusing. Communication was arranged via WeChat beforehand, but responses were not very responsive. This process seems more suited to locals who can easily make direct phone calls to sort things out, and it may not be the most foreigner-friendly experience.
Overall, a good stay thanks to the prime location and excellent cleaning service, but be prepared for some communication challenges during arrival.

YYuzuruSamaThe room is big, new and clean and very comfortable lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, we love the views from our room window.
What is most outstanding is the amount of helps the owner has provided to us during our stay:-
1. On the first day, we misplaced our international plug which means we cannot charge our phone, the owner helped to make purchases on our behalf and the plugs was delivered within an hour.
2. On the last day when we checked out, we dropped a watch when we boarded a taxi, however we only realised after 30 minutes, although we all knew it's very unlikely it will still be near the boarding area, we texted the owner again for help, and albeit skeptical that the watch will still be laying around, he helped to go personally to confirm that no watch is there.
The service we received from this hotel is outstanding, we will definitely come back if we visit Shenyang again!!!

UUtilisateur anonymeLa situation géographique est également bonne et il n'y a pas de parking inconvenant. Les personnes âgées sombres dans la chambre et le corridor ne peuvent presque pas voir les marches. Les personnes âgées ont des enfants à prendre en considération. Le serveur de la réception est vraiment mauvais, l'amour ne répond pas, je ne sais rien, je me suis vu sortir de la réception à 7 heures du matin et j'ai dormi. Le Express Hotel est au moins deux boîtes d'eau, pas ici, aucun couteau de poche unique n'est fourni, il a acheté sa propre machine. Il est possible d'envisager avec attention d'autres sites, sauf les installations de loisirs plus adaptées à la collectivité! Le plus important est le prix * * cher !!!!
