They got washing machines but there’s no laundry detergent supply. Hope they could prepare for customers next time.

Trop adéquat pour emmener un bébé! Le peuple de Wuhan Mulan nous a donné une expérience parfaite qui dépasse les attentes. L'environnement populaire est trop caractérisé. Assieds-toi sur un paysage unique du paysage montagneux, la fenêtre est pleine de verdures et le chaud est éloigné de la ville. Lorsque les enfants entrent dans la porte, ils s'en sont amoureux ici! Le plus heureux de lui est que, outre son proche parent, le chat de la super-parent dans la foule de la population est devenu son ”petit partenaire” incontournable. Les activités sont aussi des excursions de terrain riches et colorées qui ont fait chauds papa et enfants et accéléré le rythme cardiaque; et le merde 🚣, le midi, nous avons aussi senti une longue tranquillité et un désir de cœur. Ce rythme, qui est un éventail de choses, explique parfaitement ce qu'est une autre méthode vivante. Il faut saluer les magasins enthousiastes, le service est soigneux et agréable, ce qui fait que tout le processus de séjour se sent chaud. Si vous voulez arrêter les pas occupés et faire des enfants vivre des montagnes différentes, il est absolument une autre option. Nous avons déjà commencé à planifier la prochaine piste!

From the pristine cleanliness to the impeccable service, it stands head and shoulders above the Hilton Hotel downstairs. The attention to detail and commitment to excellence are evident in every corner of the hotel. Scenery: The views from the hotel are breathtaking. Whether gazing out at the bustling cityscape or enjoying the tranquil surroundings, the scenery is unparalleled compared to the Hilton. The hotel's location near the metro station and World Trade Center also adds to its charm. Pricing: Despite its high quality and stunning scenery, the Shell Hotel offers pricing that is more reasonable than the Hilton. Poor service attitude – booked for my boss and felt embarrassed I booked two rooms through Trip.com for my boss during their long business trip across multiple cities in China – one single and one triple. Two days before check-in, the hotel contacted me via the app and asked to connect on WeChat. I agreed, thinking it was just for easier communication. On WeChat, the hotel representative suddenly told me to cancel the booking because of an ”urgent maintenance issue.” However, I checked on Trip.com and saw that the hotel was still accepting new bookings for the same dates. Cancelling at the last minute (just before a weekend) would mean much higher prices for alternative hotels. After some back and forth, the representative said he would reply the next day, then later confirmed that check-in was fine after all. When my boss arrived at the hotel, there was no maintenance work happening at all. This made the whole situation feel dishonest and confusing. Worse, the staff member at the front desk wasn't even ready when my boss arrived – a cleaner had to call him out. He came out looking very sluggish and yawned loudly, which my boss found extremely rude and unprofessional. My boss arrived before the official check-in time and left luggage at the front desk. A few hours later, the same staff member kept calling and messaging nonstop, rushing my boss to come back and even asking if he could put the luggage inside the room without permission. My boss has stayed at many hotels but has never experienced such pushy and strange service. As the person who made the booking for my boss, I felt quite embarrassed. The attitude and handling here are completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially business travelers.

J'ai réservé cet hôtel lors d'un voyage d'affaires. Je ne m'attendais pas à un excellent rapport qualité/prix. La chambre est très confortable. Les grandes fenêtres ne se soucient pas de la ventilation. C'est tellement confortable de regarder un drame sur l'écran de projection. et détends-toi après avoir travaillé toute la nuit [strong]

La chambre était propre et bien, proche de la gare et du métro, mais il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix pour le petit-déjeuner. Je pense que pour le prix c'est bien

Location is close (5 minute walk from Metro). Hotel is at 11th floor and hence the view from room is good. Clean and especially a comfortable bed. Hotel was kind to give me an upgrade. ( i extended my stay)

The hotel was located pretty close to the tongji medical school campus, which was convenient for us because we had to go there. There’s also a pretty large street with everything you need, including convenience stores, lots of street food and restaurants and cafes. The other parts of Wuhan take a little bit longer to reach, depending on where you want to go. It might take up to an hour to get to the area around Yellow Crane tower, as the metro is also a little walk of 15min away from the hotel.  The staff was friendly, and tried to communicate with us even tho they weren’t fluent in Englisch.  The rooms were average and have everything you need. It seemed like the ventilation in the bathroom didn’t work properly so it can get really steamy during a shower. But maybe it was a fault on our part.  The beds were a little less comfortable than we expected; the mattresses are quite hard and sometimes really uncomfortable.  There’s a possibility to wash your clothing but there’s only one to two laundry machines and one dryer, so you might have to wait.  The breakfast was fine, fresh fruit and hot food and toast was available. All in all for the low price an okay stay, wished the mattresses were a little more comfortable tho.

La chambre de style crème est propre et lumineuse, et offre une vue sur la fontaine et le lac. Il est très confortable de prendre un bain dans la baignoire et de regarder la vue sur le lac. Les équipements de la chambre sont très complets, avec notamment un réfrigérateur, un lave-linge et un micro-ondes. Les toilettes sont également intelligentes, et les rideaux sont télécommandés et automatiques. Le prix est abordable et très économique !
