Le propriétaire est très accueillant. La chambre est globalement agréable. Les transports sont pratiques : le métro est juste en bas et il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité.

Il est idéalement situé près du lac, pour vous permettre de nager à votre propre confort. Le propriétaire était très bien placé pour aider à transporter, donc même si le transport public peut être lent, elle vous arrangera pour vous quitter et vous prendre de zones de visites à proximité. Elle nous a même emmenés chez nous, à deux heures d'avance, quand il était temps de partir. Le lieu est magnifique. Vous aurez accès aux vestes de vie, canoës et flotteurs. La zone générale dispose d'une chaudière, d'un réfrigérateur pour acheter de petites quantités d'eau et de noodles, et d'une zone de charge pour votre téléphone, bien qu'il serait plus pratique si la tente avait sa propre zone de charge. N'oubliez pas de porter un répulsif et puisqu'il est un peu de loin, préparez-vous à être les seuls là-bas tard la nuit si vous choisissez une tente. C'est très sûr, cependant. J'y suis resté avec deux enfants et nous étions parfaitement bien. Il y a une caméra de surveillance dans la zone générale et juste en dehors des salles de bains. Mon seul souci était les salles de bains. Ils doivent être nettoyés plus souvent, de sorte qu'ils sont préparés pour les utilisateurs suivants. En général, il était un parking parfait avec des vues impressionnantes et un service très bon, et convenablement situé près des zones de vue.

Ayant séjourné dans de nombreuses auberges de jeunesse, c'est de loin la meilleure où j'aie jamais séjourné 🥹 !! 1️⃣ Tout d'abord, l'environnement : c'est très, très propre, sans aucune odeur. Un point particulièrement appréciable est que tout le monde doit ranger ses chaussures dans les casiers du hall et ne porter que des pantoufles dans les chambres, ce qui améliore considérablement le confort des pièces. 2️⃣ Ensuite, le service : l'espace commun permet de regarder la télévision et de jouer à des jeux vidéo. Il y a aussi un coin lecture, une salle d'étude et un espace jeux de société. C'est une expérience qui dépasse toutes les attentes et les besoins ! 3️⃣ Pour ajouter quelques points : le personnel de la réception est particulièrement sympathique. Voyager seul et avoir l'impression de rentrer chez soi, c'est vraiment génial. Les chambres sont très propres et bien rangées, il n'y a ni désordre, ni chaussures, ni poubelles empilées (contrairement à d'autres auberges où l'on a l'impression d'entrer chez quelqu'un d'autre). Enfin, merci à cette auberge de m'avoir laissé un si beau souvenir et un attachement à Wuhan. J'espère avoir la chance d'y retourner la prochaine fois~ ❤️🎉

I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel—this place is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. If you’re looking for luxury without breaking the bank, look no further. Let’s start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhan’s cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving. The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and say, “Wow,” the moment you walk in. I’ve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while it’s fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience. You’re getting a top-tier, modern boutique stay at a fraction of the cost. The staff, especially the warm and professional Ms. Liu, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind—service was impeccable. If you’re a traveler who appreciates unique experiences, luxury on a budget, and a fusion of futuristic style with rich cultural heritage, this is THE hotel to book in Wuhan. I can’t recommend it enough. I will definitely return, and when I do, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

Poor service attitude – booked for my boss and felt embarrassed I booked two rooms through Trip.com for my boss during their long business trip across multiple cities in China – one single and one triple. Two days before check-in, the hotel contacted me via the app and asked to connect on WeChat. I agreed, thinking it was just for easier communication. On WeChat, the hotel representative suddenly told me to cancel the booking because of an ”urgent maintenance issue.” However, I checked on Trip.com and saw that the hotel was still accepting new bookings for the same dates. Cancelling at the last minute (just before a weekend) would mean much higher prices for alternative hotels. After some back and forth, the representative said he would reply the next day, then later confirmed that check-in was fine after all. When my boss arrived at the hotel, there was no maintenance work happening at all. This made the whole situation feel dishonest and confusing. Worse, the staff member at the front desk wasn't even ready when my boss arrived – a cleaner had to call him out. He came out looking very sluggish and yawned loudly, which my boss found extremely rude and unprofessional. My boss arrived before the official check-in time and left luggage at the front desk. A few hours later, the same staff member kept calling and messaging nonstop, rushing my boss to come back and even asking if he could put the luggage inside the room without permission. My boss has stayed at many hotels but has never experienced such pushy and strange service. As the person who made the booking for my boss, I felt quite embarrassed. The attitude and handling here are completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially business travelers.

Un hôtel très économique. La décoration des chambres est encore toute neuve. Il y a un léger parfum lorsque vous franchissez la porte. Les fenêtres sont grandes et la ventilation ne pose aucun problème. L'emplacement est excellent. En bas se trouve la rue des snacks de Wanda, qui est très pratique pour faire du shopping et manger. Bref, c'est un très bon magasin et mérite cinq étoiles👍👍👍👍👍Je reviendrai la prochaine fois.

設施：設施齊全，衞生間乾濕分離，還有洗衣服 衞生：基本上頭一天晚上使用的浴巾洗漱用品，第二天中午就已經都換新了，垃圾桶桌面，包括被子枕頭也都收拾的乾乾淨淨，不影響日常使用 環境：環境優美，房間無異味，大床房有大窗户可以俯瞰風景 服務：前台小姐姐不僅好看，人也很好，晚上11點辦理的入住，不到5分鐘就辦理好了，給小姐姐點贊！

The hotel was located pretty close to the tongji medical school campus, which was convenient for us because we had to go there. There’s also a pretty large street with everything you need, including convenience stores, lots of street food and restaurants and cafes. The other parts of Wuhan take a little bit longer to reach, depending on where you want to go. It might take up to an hour to get to the area around Yellow Crane tower, as the metro is also a little walk of 15min away from the hotel.  The staff was friendly, and tried to communicate with us even tho they weren’t fluent in Englisch.  The rooms were average and have everything you need. It seemed like the ventilation in the bathroom didn’t work properly so it can get really steamy during a shower. But maybe it was a fault on our part.  The beds were a little less comfortable than we expected; the mattresses are quite hard and sometimes really uncomfortable.  There’s a possibility to wash your clothing but there’s only one to two laundry machines and one dryer, so you might have to wait.  The breakfast was fine, fresh fruit and hot food and toast was available. All in all for the low price an okay stay, wished the mattresses were a little more comfortable tho.

Bon emplacement. Le service et la propreté peuvent être améliorés. Bonnes installations. L'ambiance est plutôt détendue. Beaucoup de soleil et vue sur le lac depuis les fenêtres. Les commerces sont accessibles en cinq minutes à pied. Mais le premier étage pue. Les carreaux de sol sont également très anciens. Mais dans l’ensemble, ce fut une expérience merveilleuse.
