I often stay at Accor hotels. I have been to different Ibis hotels in various parts of the world. An Ibis Budget may be old and worn out, but an Ibis hotel must always have good bed linen, a proper mattress, a good pillow, and blackout curtains. This hotel is quite decent considering the price and location, but it absolutely does not meet Ibis standards. The mattress and pillows were disappointing. At the same time, I would like to note that the hotel staff were very polite and friendly. The front desk and housekeeping were pleasant and helpful throughout my stay.

I stay here for roughly a week because I have to go to RSCM everyday. The location was great, and has easy access to Cikini Commuterline station and bus stop to strategic location. Overall my experience was nice

Emplacement stratégique à côté d'un axe routier majeur. Il y a un dépôt obligatoire de Rp. 200 000 (à ce moment-là, je n’avais apporté que 100 000 Rp + KTP était détenu). Le dépôt est restitué au moment du départ Le matin à 6 heures, j'ai appelé la réceptionniste pour demander que la chambre soit nettoyée, mais le soir, lorsque je suis arrivé dans la chambre, il s'est avéré qu'elle n'avait pas été nettoyée. Finalement, j'ai juste demandé de nouvelles serviettes et de l'eau potable. Donc oui pour la qualité des chambres et du service. Juste pour un court voyage, ça vaut largement son prix

I was very disappointed with my experience at Saffron Suites Syariah “SUPER DUPER DISSAPOINTED” I booked the room for two people, but after arriving, I was informed of several restrictions that were not clearly communicated to me when I made the booking. My partner was not allowed to visit me without being questioned about our relationship, and I was also informed that unmarried couples are subject to restrictions. I was additionally asked to sign hotel regulations only upon arrival, including a restriction on bringing alcohol into the room. These conditions were not clearly brought to my attention before I paid for the booking. I fully respect that a Syariah hotel may have its own rules. However, such important restrictions should be clearly disclosed before guests make and pay for a reservation, not presented only after arrival. THIS IS SO UNETHICAL due to not to disclose this kind of information in the public I strongly recommend that future guests confirm all hotel policies directly with the property before booking, particularly regarding partners, visitors, marriage requirements and alcohol (I have been even asked to presented the official marriage certificate) this is truly INSANE For me, this was an unexpected and very uncomfortable experience, and I believe these policies should be made much clearer to customers before they book. And specially for Trip.com and the team to do further investigation on this.

Kamarnya oke. Suasana di dalam kamar sepi enak buat istirahat. Dikasi kamar lantai 3 sik ya agak syapek tapi karena sangad terjangkau, I'm ok hehe. Receptionist-nya baik mau pinjemim chargeran karena charge ponsel saya gak masuk sama colokan Indo. Ada laundrymart di samping hostelnya. Banyak jajanan. Mayan puas!

La propreté des chambres pourrait être améliorée. Il y avait toujours une file d'attente à la réception, ce qui me laisse perplexe quant à la gestion de cet hôtel. La proximité de la route principale et d'un passage à niveau peut être gênante pour les personnes au sommeil léger.
