J'étais là avec 13 de mes amis. Les lits sont propres, les toilettes sont propres, le karaoke est très bon (d'après un de mes amis qui chante beaucoup), la télévision est accompagnée de canaux différents qui accueillent les jeunes et les vieux, la cuisine est en haut avec tous les cutters. Le service de l'équipe de gestion est réaliste, même lorsque je les ai envoyés au milieu de la nuit le jour où nous devions nous rendre. La location est à environ 20 minutes de route à Jonker Street ou à environ les restaurants ”fameux”. A l'heure de la réception, vous pouvez vous rendre à l'hôtel.

A very clean European-style youth hostel, with very cute kittens downstairs. The air conditioning is sufficient, the location is convenient, the facilities are well maintained, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The whole environment is very clean, because you need to take off your shoes. The cat is very well behaved and cute, and the atmosphere is very warm. Have to take off your shoes when entering the door. The hostel is chic and practically design, the accommodation was tidy and cozy with affordable price. Moreover, the spacious common area and separated Male/Female bathrooms, simple pantry with 3in1 coffee, tea bag, snacks, water dispenser and microwave oven. There are 3 cute & friendly cats in the hostel too. The public space design is not very interactive. The capsules or boxes are comfortable. Have good locker system which uses card. The capsule pod was poor ventilation after cover by curtain as there is no mini fan and exhaust fan, towel not provided. After pulling the curtains and turning on the light, you can clearly see dust flying around. It is generally very clean, but the bed is relatively small This dormitory hostel has strategic location and are good, small, noisy electronic lockers, privacy curtains don't bring that much privacy. Staff don't seem to care a lot about what's happening and the staff are not that friendly. The mattress was comfortable. The lobby was clean and offered complimentary hot water and snacks, which was a nice touch. There are no bath towels and slippers, and it costs RM5 to ask for a bath towel. No hot water for shower and 2in1 shampoo/body wash provided but rarely replenish. The bathroom and toilet have windows to the outside, so they are more ventilated, the space is large, and they are very comfortable to use. The shower head has a brass retro shape, which is super beautiful. No deposit needed, easy to check in and check out. Location is strategic and near to major attractions, shopping malls and eateries within walking distance. But no lift and amenities. Have to climb up stairs and suitable for younger generations.

Je trouve l'emplacement idéal. Il est facile d'y accéder et il n'y a pas de restrictions de circulation les jours fériés. On peut facilement faire ses courses et aller au restaurant. S'il fait trop chaud à midi, on peut rentrer se reposer et se rafraîchir. C'est vraiment très pratique.

I booked for a hotel not air bnb, toothpaste and tooth brush is provided but shower gel and shampoo not provided, inconvenient check in, deposit hold up to 72 hours after check out, that’s ridiculously long. The room we got have improper Sstaircase, I missed a step and feel down on both my knees and knocked my head on the wall. Having a bruise above my eye around my eyebrow, heard and both lens bruised and swollen

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and all the facilities were well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. Breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely come back on my next visit!

This hotel practice self check-in services. There was some difficulty in checking in, and it was resolved over the phone call. I would be happier to meet the staff upon arrival and also can resolve any issues arise. Overall my family and I have a good stay ant the staff are friendly and interactive.

Cet endroit est situé au meilleur endroit de Malacca !!! Juste à côté de la rivière près de l'église St. Frances Xaver, certains des meilleurs cafés et restaurants sont juste à côté. Allez à Baba Kaya tôt le matin pour prendre un thé et des toasts au bord de la rivière ou à Ban Kengh pour des œufs brouillés et un cappuccino incroyables, déjeunez chez Patma pour le meilleur roti et les lassies et les gens les plus sympas et allez au marché de nuit ou au restaurant indien au coin de la rue pour une collation nocturne..... La maison est ancienne et charmante, avec beaucoup d'intérieurs anciens. La chambre était propre, la climatisation fonctionnait bien ainsi que l'eau chaude. J'avais la chambre au deuxième étage avec un balcon donnant sur la rue. L'enregistrement et le départ se font au coin de la rue, sans aucun problème ! Très très bon rapport qualité/prix !
