Hôtels 2 étoiles à Phuket

My initial thought on this accommodation business is in some ways positive. If it is viewed purely as a 'hostel' with an associated coffee shop, then it definitely has attributes (and I'll come back to those later). But if taken at face value on the basis of its tariff cost and amenities, both real and indicated, then there are several problems with it. The first is the way the premises is represented on the Trip com platform. Photographs of the double bedroom include one of a bathroom. The attached text description and its context makes the plain implication that the room has an ensuite bathroom, which it does not. If little scrutiny is applied when reading the description, this fact will escape the readers attention. Anyone looking to make a reservation quickly can easily be misled (inadvertently?) into believing that this is a 'hotel' style room. Many hostels do offer rooms with ensuite bathrooms after all. The bathroom is communal and is inconveniently located on the ground floor. Rooms are above this. A second related criticism is the room size description - 18 m sq is quoted. The room has dimensions of 3 x 3.5 m. That is, about 10 m sq ! Although late February is still peak season in Phuket, it has to be said that the room tariff of almost $60 AUD per night is exorbitant. It may be considered acceptable for a 18 m sq hotel style room, given the circumstances, but a room of this kind at this particular locality ought to be offered at a lower price. Having said this, I concede that the reservation was made late and in haste. Now onto the good things. The 10 m sq double bed room has old but high quality wooden furniture which serves its purpose well. The air conditioning is responsive and strong There is a large kitchen next to the bathroom/wash basin (trough). It's equipped with a large fridge, sink, cutlery etc as well as a coffee maker ( + ground coffee). A delicious banana cake was offered to guests. Clothes can be washed and dried via a coin operated machine. Other attributes include the woman owner/ manager who has a professional approach and an attitude very well suited to the hospitalality jndustry. The coffee shop also makes decent coffees and ham n cheese croissants.

********* the Burmese woman made the stay unpleasant and uncomfortable for myself and multiple other guests. @Owner, consider replacing this employee with a Thai person who has customer service skills. Promote someone in the group that comes in to cook breakfast and clean. Cleaning should be prioritized to a higher degree - the floors and bathrooms are cleaned once per day. There is black mold growing from standing water in the second floor bathroom. This place has potential to be great, but lack of management has it going downhill quick.

Les clients étaient calmes et l'emplacement, à proximité de la vieille ville, était idéal pour une escapade paisible au cœur de l'effervescence urbaine. Concernant les équipements, la serrure de la chambre était cassée et la pression de l'eau était légèrement faible, bien que la pression de l'eau froide soit relativement constante. Le lit et la chambre étaient spacieux. Je recommande un court séjour pour explorer la vieille ville et faire du tourisme insulaire, mais la plage étant un peu éloignée, il est conseillé de prévoir un moyen de transport.

C'était la première fois que je séjournais dans un dortoir avec terrasse. Le gérant était disponible et a effectué mon enregistrement en pleine nuit. Il m'a demandé la caution remboursable de 200 bahts et m'a donné une serviette. Il m'a également informé qu'il était interdit de porter des sandales ou des chaussures au deuxième étage afin de préserver la propreté du sol. Voilà tout ce que vous pouvez voir. Chambre agréable et calme, aucune nuisance sonore et respect des règles de repos. Si vous avez un problème avec le port de sandales dans la salle de bain, alors honnêtement, un hôtel avec une chambre privée vous conviendrait mieux. Oui, la terrasse supérieure était impressionnante. J'ai rêvé de tomber 😪 Bref, ce type de dortoir n'est pas fait pour moi. Mais j'ai passé un bon moment ici, et pour 217 bahts (taxes incluses), c'était un bon rapport qualité-prix. L'hôtel propose également le petit-déjeuner. Une agréable surprise 😁😁 On m'a aussi offert une clé en cadeau lors de mon départ. C'est certain, je récupère mes 200 bahts.

Good location . Good price , had a good nights sleep but mattress is is a little hard . Would recommend

Постараюсь быть объективным. Выбирал отель за два дня до прилёта, поэтому был ограничен в выборе, но хотелось попасть именно на этот пляж. Раньше он был достаточно малолюден, сейчас ситуация, конечно, изменилась Итак жирные плюсы : -Близость к пляжу (вышел из номера- попал сразу на потрясающий пляж и обалденное море. - В целом красивое место, несмотря на увеличивающийся турпоток в этом месте. Уходя влево можно попасть на живописный островок, вправо-сделаете потрясающие фото на фоне садящихся самолётов.Недалеко действующий буддистский храм. - рядом всевозможные магазинчики и кафешки на любой вкус и кошелёк, а также ночной рынок. -По сравнению с Патонгом достаточно мало(пока) людей. Рекомендуется семьям с детьми. Минусы (сразу отмечу,что был в одном номере,поэтому в общем картина по в других номерах может быть и другой: -Когда отель пишет,что в номере есть окно,он лукавит...лучше бы его вообще не было, потому что открывается сантиметров на 30 и то на лестницу, и на кусок грязного забора, а по ночам за ним происходят какие то разборки местного населения с душераздирающим криками)Спать так себе конечно..... -идёт ремонт в соседних номерах, перешагивая и перепрыгивая через кучи строительных материалов и грязные лужи не очень комфортно -Убитое бельё и мебель....ну имейте уважение к гостям, за эту цену хотя бы одеяла поменяйте..... -Стеклянная входная дверь.....мне,здоровому мужику, по большому счёту наверное не так страшно, девушкам может быть некомфортно..... -в душе плохо уходит вода, заливает по щиколотку весь пол и возле унитаза и возле мойки.... - слышимость просто нереальная....как будто в одном номере с соседями..... -В целом грязновато и неряшливо,идёшь по коридору, а вокруг всё разбросано,неухожено и т.д.... Девочки с ресепшена старались, но вот остался какой то негатив после проживания. Возможно после ремонта будет лучше.

L'auberge est décorée avec soin et très économique pour une famille de trois personnes. Un petit-déjeuner simple et des vélos sont également inclus. C'est très pratique pour explorer Phuket Town. Je la recommande vivement. Il y a aussi un petit marché nocturne à proximité, ce qui est également très pratique. C'est le meilleur choix pour les transports en commun.

C'est une villa entièrement indépendante. La chambre était très propre et les équipements excellents. La piscine était plus petite que prévu, mais elle était propre et bien entretenue. C'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre. L'emplacement est proche de la route principale et permet de rejoindre rapidement Nai Harn et Ya Nui en moto.

La chambre est correcte, confortable et le prix est raisonnable. Le rapport qualité-prix est correct. 💓💓💓 Le personnel est aimable.

It was a very good trip in the hostel. The location is perfect, very close to several night market, to the grossery, a lot of good restaurants and cafe, from 5 minute to the old town and very close to the pier to go to Phi Phi Island.  The personal is also very kind and helpful !
