We had an amazing stay at Le Da Villas. It’s a true entire private 5-bedroom villa, so we had the whole property to ourselves with complete privacy and no shared facilities. The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the private pool was fantastic. The location was excellent just minutes drives from Boat Avenue and Bang Tao Beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families and groups visiting Phuket.

I had an amazing stay here and it truly exceeded my expectations. The 4-bedroom villa is brand new with all modern facilities in perfect condition, and I honestly couldn't find a single flaw during my entire stay—it was spotless and super comfortable. The location is also fantastic, as it’s just a 10-minute walk to Kata Beach and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and a 7-11 all within easy walking distance, making everything so convenient. If you are looking for a fresh, high-quality, and worry-free place to stay in Phuket, this is definitely the best choice—I will absolutely be coming back!

La maison est très belle, adaptée pour des vacances en famille. Nous avons ajouté le WeChat du propriétaire et de la gouvernante. La communication chinoise est très fluide. Les équipements de la cuisine sont complets et peuvent être utilisés pour cuisiner la première nuit de notre séjour. en Thaïlande, je suis venu manger et boire ensemble et je l'ai accidentellement cassé. J'ai envoyé un message WeChat à la patronne et lui ai dit que si elle avait besoin d'une compensation, elle pouvait transférer de l'argent via WeChat. tout. La première phrase qu'il a demandé était de savoir s'il s'était blessé à la main. C'était très réconfortant.

La villa est magnifiquement désignée et la piscine est une famille préférée. Nous nous sentons bien reposés après notre séjour et nous serions sûrs de revenir. Merci au personnel de la villa Akal pour votre service merveilleux.

Мы были компанией из 6 человек, вилла просто невероятная, чистая, ухоженная, ровно такая же как на фото в описании, бассейн на фото выглядит меньше, в действительности он больше, мы в 6 спокойно купались и всем хватало места. Кровати большие и удобные, есть стиральная машинка с сушкой, гладильная доска с утюгом, вся необходимая посуда, телевизоры, оборудованные русскими приложениями, можно и фильм посмотреть и караоке попеть. Дом шумоизолирован. Арендодатель невероятный человек, на все мои просьбы отзывались в кратчайшие сроки, сервис просто невероятный, территория охраняется, есть парковка. Расположение супер, 6 минут до 7/11, 15 минут до моря пешком, свободным шагом. Пляж шикарный, мало людей. Невероятно отдохнули в этом месте, советую от души🫶🏻 Мы обязательно вернемся, за свои деньги вилла оправдывает каждый рубль! 🩷

Ne pas être beaucoup mieux que je ne le pense. Très nouveau quartier de la villa. Il y a plusieurs bouteilles de café dans le café de la porte et un hamburger long. Il devrait être très gentil. Nous avons décidé deux ensembles de dizaines de personnes. Nous vivons très heureux. Les enfants vivent dans le poupée et ne veulent pas sortir. La prochaine fois. La plus importante est que la sœur Nan, le propriétaire de la maison, est vraiment bonne femme. Lorsque Puggie Flying Bangkok, les amis ont oublié le portables dans le portrait de l'embarquement. Our flight to Phuket was delayed, and instead of landing at 9:30 PM, we landed at 1:30 AM. Despite the late hour, we checked in quickly and comfortably because we had notified the hosts via text message, and they took care of everything, for which we are very grateful. We vacationed during the off-season, and the entire village was almost deserted except for the gatekeeper and the occasional vacationer, giving us complete privacy and peace. The villa isn't new or modern, and a renovation would have been beneficial. However, we were very pleased with the ample green space, convenient parking, the quiet surroundings despite the local road immediately behind the house, and the ample amenities. The area is surrounded by lush mountains, providing protection from the winds, and its elevated location protects it from potential flooding. The cleaning was adequate and high-quality for us – when the staff found us at the villa, it was more important to us that no one entered without us. We liked the linens and beds, but we didn't use the sofa. The pool lighting and cleaning pump aren't user-controlled, but we've gotten used to it. Unfortunately, the photos were taken at night upon arrival, so they're not very high quality. We rented a car, so the issue of being in walking distance of shops, beaches, and entertainment was resolved. When our vacation ended, renovations began on the neighboring villa, which gives us hope that they'll also be working on this one, and it will be even more enjoyable to return next year. I just stayed at this villa, and it was awesome! The living room and the master bedroom are huge and feels both cozy and luxurious at the same time. Plus, it’s super close to the mall, restaurants, 7-11, and all the good stuff. I felt really safe with the security guard around at night. I had such a great time that I’m definitely coming back!

ห้องพักสะอาด หอมมาก ประทับใจสุดๆ ห้องกว้าง มีโซนแยก ส่วนตัวสุดๆเหมาะกับการพักผ่อนเราชอบที่นี่มากๆ ไม่เสียงดังหนวกหูกลางคืน หลับยาวๆเลย มีมินิบาร์ในห้องด้วย สะดวกมากๆ น้ำไหลแรงมาก เราชอบมากๆมีสระว่ายน้ำส่วนกลาง เราเล่นน้ำกันเพลินเลย ถ้ามาแบบคู่รักที่นี่เหมาะสุดๆ ไม่วุ่นวาย ใกล้สนามบิน ใกล้บางเทา เชิงทะเล ใกล้แม็คโคร โลตัส แหล่งช็อปปิ้ง ห้องใครห้องมันไม่วุ่นวายใคร ผนังไม่ได้ติดกัน ช่วงราคาถือว่าถูกมากกว่าที่อื่นที่เราเคยพักมา ทางเข้ารีสอรทส่วนตัวหน่อยแต่พอมาถึง ว้าวว มากๆไม่คิดว่าในภูเก็ตจะมีที่พักแบบนี้ การบริการดีมากๆ เราค้างค่าอาหารได้ค่อยจ่ายครั้งเดียวตอนออกไป เจ้าของใจดีมากๆ ในห้องมีพร้อมทุกอย่างทั้งสบู่ แรงสีฟัน ยาสีฟัน ยาสระผม ครบชุดมากๆ มีครัวทำอาหารด้วย หากเราซื้อมาด้านนอกมีบริการอุ่นอาหารให้ฟรี เขาไม่คิดเงินเราเพิ่มเลย ส่วนความสะอาดเราต้องเดินไปบอกเขาเขาถึงกล้าเข้ามาทำความสะอาดด้านในห้อง ไม่อย่างนั้นเขาไม่กล้าทำความสะอาดเพราะกลัวจะรบกวนลูกค้า มีบริการส่งอาหารถึงในห้อง ถือว่าดีเยี่ยมกับการเข้าพักครั้งนี้ เราคิดว่าจะอยู่ต่อที่นี่อีกสัก1เดือน เพราะเขามีรายเดือนด้วยราคาถูกมากๆ 😊🫰🏻♥️
